Our nine acre property provides perfect backdrops for your most special moments! Five acres of active grapevines surround our Farmhouse, which was built all the way back in 1900 and still features some of the original flooring and as well as the wood staircase. Two ceremony sites are yours to choose from, the Vineyard or the Lakeside. Our Vineyard site is nestled amongst the vines and sits at the base of a very large and old Oak Tree. The largest of our two sites, the Vineyard also features our onsite Wishing Well for couples married on the property. The Lakeside site provides a smaller, more intimate experience with the view of gorgeous Lake Thonotosassa at your backs. A dreamy Bridal Suite awaits on the second floor of our Farmhouse, and not to be forgotten, a Grooms Bunkhouse down by the lake. Draping the front of the Farmhouse, our reception area features 3,000 square feet of covered space with all new lighting and sound.

“I booked the 3 Day Dream at Osprey View, and it was truly beautiful! The venue itself is stunning, and so many of our guests complimented it after the wedding. One of the best parts was the ease of the entire experience, we didn’t have to rush out at the end of the night or rely on family and friends to help pack up. We were able to gather our things the next morning calmly and peacefully. Josh and Kayla were wonderful to work with and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process! They made the experience run super smooth. It even rained on our wedding day, and they were so accommodating, helping us time the ceremony perfectly during a pocket of sunshine so we could still have it outdoors. I’m so grateful for this space. It was perfect in every way. 100% recommend!”
