“Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. “Working with Marissa and her team at MB Events, was by far the best decision my husband and I could have made during our wedding planning process. Marissa truly goes above and beyond for her clients, and her passion for her work is apparent from start to finish. My husband and I chose a venue where every aspect of our wedding needed to be coordinated with third-party vendors (string quartet, DJ, catering (incl. table, chairs, linens), set up, breakdown, etc). When we realized how much we underestimated the time and coordination needed to plan such an important event, we knew we needed help. Enter: MB Events. From the start, Marissa kept my husband and I organized throughout the entire wedding planning process, ensuring our vision for the day came to fruition, and truly made our wedding day better than we had ever expected. We planned an outdoor wedding, and inevitably it was supposed to pour (thunder, lightning, flood, tornado warnings), and Marissa and her team worked from sunup to sundown to ensure that our day was exactly as we had imagined, rain or shine. Marissa was an advocate for my husband and I when difficult day-of -decisions needed to be made in relation to the rain, which allowed us to just “focus and take in the moment” which we are extremely grateful for. With some last minute timeline adjustments by Marissa, we were able to have the outdoor ceremony of our dreams. This would not have happened without the expertise and dedication of Marissa and her team. Multiple times throughout the wedding planning process I told my husband that Marissa seems to be the only vendor we chose that is actually “on our side.” We struggled with the organization and responses of other vendors, especially as the wedding season was in full swing, but Marissa never missed a moment. She was professional, quick to respond, and extremely reliable. I know that there are many options when choosing a wedding planner, but I can honestly say, I believe Marissa and her team to be the best there is. Personally, the only downside I’ve found about working with Marissa has been the end of it all… because it feels kind of like I don’t have my best friend around anymore!”

“We found Rachel after attending another wedding that she planned and hired her to be our day-of coordinator about 10 months before the wedding. It was one of the best decisions we made - Please book Happily Ever After Adventure Co! THE GOOD: Rachel is incredibly organized! Her pre-wedding google doc timeline & packing list saved my sanity multiple times. One of our other vendors said it was one of the most useful timelines they had ever gotten. Several venue/vendor problems were avoided because she took care of them before the wedding. She had us rehearse all of the small things that could go wrong the day before (antique car entrance, processional, readings, etc) and the ceremony went flawlessly. THE BETTER: Rachel helped us handle all of the small hiccups that happened going into the wedding. Need to re-do the seating chart the day before the wedding because the tables delivered were not the planned size? No problem, she fixed all of the table numbers on the seating chart. The table numbers were nowhere to be found? No problem, Rachel pulled together beautiful table numbers with some extra frames we had. Bustle popped in the middle of the reception? No problem, she had safety pins on her. THE BEST: She took my vision and completely brought it to life, and handled all the details so we could just enjoy. So many of our friends and family commented on how amazing Rachel was! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, largely because of Happily Ever After Adventure Co!”

“We had the absolute best experience with Jamie as our day-of wedding coordinator! From the very first meeting, she helped us stay organized and gave us the confidence that everything would run smoothly. On the wedding day itself, things didn’t exactly go as planned, it ended up pouring during our outdoor ceremony (we’re talking over an inch of rain in just half an hour!) moving everything under the tent. Even in the middle of all that chaos, Jamie and her team handled it with such calm professionalism. She was literally soaking wet from walking us and the bridal party to under the tent for the ceremony. Her team also did a fantastic job with the styling and décor. We had a few last-minute changes, but everything still came together beautifully. Since our wedding was at our home (not a traditional venue), I know it made her job more challenging, but you would have never known. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Jamie and her team. “Brittany was absolutely incredible, and hiring her as our final-detail wedding planner was hands down the best decision I made during the entire planning process. From the very beginning, Brittany went above and beyond. She helped me with everything from choosing my wedding dress to managing tailoring timelines, and she made sure I had every detail booked and organized well in advance. Even though we were planning from different states, Brittany made it seamless with thoughtful coordination calls and constant communication. Distance was never an issue. In the week leading up to the wedding, she truly came through. Brittany joined me at the venue for a full walkthrough, helped set up our archways, and coordinated flawlessly with all of our vendors. When my hair stylist unexpectedly canceled, Brittany stepped in immediately and saved the day by helping with both my hair and my mom’s—something I will forever be grateful for. She didn’t stop there.
