Her career was launched while finishing her degree in Sports, Entertainment and Event Management at the University of Johnson & Wales. Following, she gained knowledge and experienced throughout her trade as a Banquet Manager, Food and Beverage Director and Social Catering Sales Manager for a Luxury Boutique hotel and a Golf Resort. Soon she realized working for a venue was limited and she craved more. With the support of past clients, UME was launched and has been growing ever since!
