I, kid you not, had 300 colorful bud vases, 200 colorful candle holders/votives, and a massive amount of other silly decorations for her to set up for us. I did my best to stay organized for her sanity - but let me tell you - IT WAS A HUGE COMPLICATED JOB and she did it with such ease. I kept apologizing for the amount of work I was giving her, I felt like I was being a little insane with it all LOL... but she was incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring with me through the whole process and kept telling me to stop apologizing LOL!! I added on a 30 minute planning session a few months before she started her coordinating for me - and it was incredibly helpful. Aside from her eye for decorations and impeccable creativity, she was also so so so amazing in coordinating the event in general. “We found RS Event Co. through a friend and are so glad we did! The Month-Of Coordination package offered us just what we wanted as we were looking for someone to handle the day of details to allow our family to enjoy the big day. And while Raquel did handle the smaller details, she also did so much more.
