“We did not use The Knott to find this venue but we had such an amazing experience we had to share. The venue itself, the first thing you see is a modern foodhall / full bar with a large variety of restaurants. If youre staying at the hotel connected, it was such a great place to hangout with your bridal parties before everything starts. Moving along to the even areas, the ceremony room gives off a modern barn yard style venue and it's such a pleasant contrast from what you initially see when first walking in which really adds to the "wow" factor when entering the room. The cocktail hour area is amazing as well and after we gifted some of our items, they will now have Cornhole and a beer cart available! The area itself is wide open with great seating areas as well. The reception is another instance where the contrast is such a difference from the food hall downstairs, it once again adds so much to that jsw drop reaction. We were approached multiple times complementing how "cool" this venue was and it was definitely a true compliment. Now the venue wouldn't be anywhere with out the staff and I can not say enough great things about them. The entire time was courteous, professional and really give they sense that they want to make sure you have your special day as one to remember. Specifically wanted to shout out our amazing coordinator - Brianna, banquet captain - Lee j and Dj - Rhy's. These three went above and beyond for us and it seemed like that was just their normal demeanor. Brianna made sure we had nothing to worry about and made every part of the planning process a breeze. Lee J was also always checking in appropriately often to ensure we were never left wanting, thirsty or hungry. Rhy's was also great to work with, we had a very specific request with music which ended up having my wife and I take part in a lightsaber fight to two different versions of starwars music - Duel of the Fates, and he handled it masterfully. All in all, 10/10 can not recommend enough.”

“I interviewed six photographers before selecting Carlsbad Photo. Irina was so easy to deal with from start to finish. We live out of state and I was nervous about selecting a photographer I had never met, but Irina put those nerves to rest. Our wedding photos turned out so beautiful and she captured our beach wedding perfectly! Carlsbad Photo and Irina were an excellent choice! “Great staff the owner is so friendly and they are very responses to calls and e-mails. I went to their location and did a tasting which was some of the best Mexican food I have had. They did all the table and linen rentals for my wedding. They made it easy and beautiful. I got so many compliments on all of the food (especially the shrimp ceviche appetizer). The only complaint is they ran out of ice cream for the churros. I would 100% use them again for another event.”

“We booked Peace Love and Photobus last minute for our OC wedding after a friend's recommendation, and honestly, it was one of the best calls we made. From the start, the team was so easy to work with—personable, kind, and willing to jump in on short notice. They showed up on time with all their fun props and kept everything running smoothly throughout the night. Even though it rained on the wedding day, they pivoted and made the experience very special. Our guests couldn't get enough of the photo booth, constantly leaving the dance floor to snap pictures and have a blast. The whole experience was affordable without cutting corners, and their hard work really showed in how much joy they brought to our day. Our favorites are the candid ones where we didn't even know she was shooting. Evelina was so easy to work with too. Super chill on the day, didn't make us do a million awkward poses, and somehow still managed to capture everything perfectly. “We hired Optimum Catering for a Marine reunion in Oceanside with roughly 120 guests, and the experience turned out great. Lisa was our primary contact and she was very easy to work with from the beginning. Communication was quick, clear and straightforward, which made the planning process simple. Their team took care of the full setup including tables, chairs and the general layout, so we did not have to deal with any of the logistics. Everything arrived on schedule and was arranged exactly the way we had discussed beforehand. The food was very good, there was plenty for everyone and the pricing felt reasonable considering the size of the group and the amount of work involved. The staff was professional but also relaxed, which fit the casual reunion atmosphere perfectly. They were attentive when needed but never in the way. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to anyone in North County who needs catering for a larger gathering.”

“We hosted our wedding ceremony and reception at LCR in August 2025. The venue was absolutely stunning, and our experience with the staff at LCR/Personal Touch Dining was very positive. Very organized staff who provided prompt responses to our questions or concerns, and always up front about costs. Our day-of coordinator was excellent! The day ran smoothly, vendors coordinated without difficulty, and we felt to be in very capable hands. We did a buffet-style for our reception dinner, and the food was much better at our event compared to the tasting that we did prior to the event. Overall would highly recommend to all brides and grooms around.”

The Flower Fields

“We loved our wedding at the Flower Fields! The venue comes with a day-of coordinator who is very helpful and makes sure everything goes smoothly. We had our wedding end of June, so the flower fields flowers were not in bloom, but the grounds still had a lot of other flowers and greenery that made the setting truly lovely. Plus, the barn and stage area are decorated with string lights that look great, so you really do not need to add many decorations. We are so happy we did our wedding there!”

“I We LOVED working with Stacey and can’t say enough good things about her. We got her month of day of package, but she began checking in with us starting a whole year prior to our wedding! After our wedding day my husband said that getting Stacey was the best money we ever spent on our wedding. Stacey is so friendly, I truly looked forward to our calls with her! She really makes you feel like she is your friend and that she is truly invested in the success of your day. She totally guided me through our tablescape (a word I’d literally never heard before she mentioned it to me) and was able to provide me with contacts for rentals for napkins, chargers, and the beautiful ceremony arch we had. She also recommended our awesome dj, she said he could read the room and play music to keep people out dancing, and she was absolutely correct! It really feels like Stacey cares about your day being beautiful and put together just as much as you do, which is a rare thing. For instance, once I began scheming on my tablescape, I fell in love with the idea of having monstera leaf place cards. However, this ended up being more difficult than I had anticipated with a lot of coordination required between the florist and calligrapher, to the point where I decided it was just going to be too difficult and I was going to scrap the whole idea. But Stacey to the rescue, she exclaimed that it was “too cute not to do!” and she made it happen! We also can without reservation recommend Stacey for weddings at the Safari Park. There are a lot of moving parts there as it is a zoo and not just a wedding venue, and there is very limited setup time available. Stacey was able to assist in guiding all our vendors, and she and her assistant beautifully placed all our decorations (welcome table, place settings, etc) which would have been impossible for us to do ourselves, as we had to do our first look prior to the ceremony so we could attend our cocktail hour animal encounter. Stacey was also invaluable both in helping us devise our timeline, and ensuring we stuck to it throughout our day. My maid of honor and my mom both had amazing things to say about Stacey after our wedding day, saying she was constantly moving around and making sure everything went off without a hitch. We as the wedding couple honestly hardly enough noticed all her movement on our day, as she had everything so well in hand that we were able to completely relax, enjoy, and be present in our day. If you want to ensure a seamless and joyful day, hire Stacey!!”

“I cannot say enough about Ashley! I talk her up to every single person I come across looking for photos. She took our engagement photos and our maternity photos, and not only were they so beautiful, but she made us feel like we are just hanging out (while she’s behind the camera)! On top of all of that, we were slated to have her photograph our wedding but due to COVID, it had to be moved. She made me feel so calm and gave me all the back up plans she could think of (all while planning her own wedding during COVID). In the end she recommended someone else who was also amazing for our new date, and then edited those photos for us.
