Our overall experience with CCMG was very positive, and I truly appreciated the dedication and effort that went into making our wedding day special.
Bryánne, our day-of coordinator, was absolutely wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly, from start to finish. Her attentiveness and organization helped make the day feel seamless, and her thoughtful gesture of bringing a gift for our ceremony was incredibly kind and memorable. I felt completely supported by her presence throughout the day, and she handled every detail with care and professionalism.
Ontoneyo, who served as both our DJ and officiant, brought great energy and worked hard to help set up for our reception. The ceremony itself went a bit differently than we had planned — I had written a promise for the officiant to read to our guests, but instead, my husband and I were asked to read it ourselves, which was challenging since my husband has dyslexia. This created some unexpected stress in the moment. Additionally, there were a few hiccups with music timing (our reception entrance song, for example), and the song selection during the reception wasn’t quite what we had envisioned. We were hoping for a mix that appealed to all generations, but a few choices felt out of place for our crowd. There were also a few personal announcements made over the mic that I felt took away from the professionalism of the evening.
That said, both Bryánne and Ontoneyo were incredibly helpful in setting up and ensuring things ran as planned. I was especially impressed that they arrived earlier than our contract stated, which showed genuine commitment to making sure everything was ready on time.
Overall, I’m grateful to CCMG for their hard work, positive attitude, and dedication to making our day special. I would definitely recommend them for day-of coordination services, as that part of our experience was exceptional. With a few refinements to music curation and communication during the event, CCMG could truly deliver a five-star experience.”
