My florist friend shared Jackie's contact information with me and I contacted her to see if she had the capacity for a last-minute bouquet preservation. Luckily, she had availability and a few hours later, I was taking an impromptu day trip to Cold Spring with my husband. Jackie met us at the station and was so incredibly kind. She gave us a few suggestions of eateries to check out while we were in town. We had a symbolic ceremony a week later and I was so pleased with the service received with my first bouquet, that I asked Jackie to preserve that bouquet as well. Throughout both bouquet preservations, Jackie was very responsive and answered any questions I had. Jamie met with us over Zoom as we live out-of-state and helped talk us through our options to bring our floral vision to life. Jamie and her team were very familiar with our venue (Kent Island Resort) and seamlessly set everything up, moved large arrangements to repurpose, and broke down florals at the end of the night. The arrangements were absolutely gorgeous. My bridesmaids loved their bouquets and the level of detail in the large arrangement that was attached to the arbor for our ceremony and that was re-purposed to adorn our sweetheart table was incredible.
