“This is my second experience with Flower Moxie, and it was just as good if not better than the first time around. I did the flowers for my friends’ kids’ weddings and used Flower Moxie as our primary source, especially for the more unusual flowers. We used another source for some of the filler flowers that was very inexpensive (starts with a C and ends with an o…) and the flowers were inexpensive and plentiful, but not as exciting as the ones available here, the quality was not the same, but the biggest difference is the customer service. We had a few issues with the flowers (I think it would be surprising not to, based on how many and what kind we ordered), and Alexa, Luis, and Mariale were AMAZING with their immediate and helpful support. They rushed out replacements that were perfect, and worked with us to make sure we were 100% happy with everything. Huge shout out to their team - it is very stressful in the days leading up to the big event, and they took a big weight off. If you are unsure about what to get, I highly recommend going with their packages based on color — their recommendations for flowers and amounts are spot on. The videos showing you how to build everything are incredibly helpful and delightfully snarky. I highly recommend!!”

She stayed at least 3 hours longer to fix the arch and make sure it was gorgeous again for my 20 min ceremony we slipped in between the rain showers. She went above and beyond to help make sure I got my beautiful ceremony flower arch pictures. I could not thank her enough! “The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”

Hi, I'm Addey! I started Collette Blooms about a year ago after my husband and I moved to the area. I have always loved flowers and beautifying spaces but never considered doing it for work until after college when my very talented friend started mentoring me and I started helping her with weddings. I gained so much experience and confidence in working with her that I started my own business and have loved every second. Collette Blooms is named after our beautiful standard poodle who is at my feet at just about every step of the process. We feel privileged to be included in your special event!

Stormbrew Farm is a small flower & vegetable operation located in the mountains of Southwestern Virginia. Operated by Daisy Sturgill & The Stormbrew Crew, services range from floristry to catering to wholesale commodity sales. Daisy graduated in 2018 with a BS in Environmental Horticulture from Virginia Tech. Diving into the rich world of sustainable agriculture surrounding the campus, a summer job on a flower farm began the journey. Daisy has been in the floral design business since 2017.
