I have waited 2.5 years to write this review and could not be more thrilled with our decision to work with Vine and Branch! Tatiana was the best investment we made into our big day, not only was she our planner but our planning bff! When we switched our wedding from California to Italy she didn’t even hesitate and jumped right into helping us pick our venue, research vendors and manage the most insane logistics I’ve ever seen! Whenever I was stressed or overwhelmed with a situation she was already working on figuring out a solution with the vendor and was ready with plan B, C and D just in case. Whenever we faced a design dilemma I would text her with the preface of “okay this might sound crazy..,” and crazy enough she was always on the same page. She was also honest with me about changing direction with certain plans if she knew something else would work better. When you live in Pinterest like I do, it was important that I had someone who gave me honest opinions and made sure the design worked together seamlessly! I have heard so many horror stories from friends about their planners not taking their budget seriously but throughout our entire time working with Tatiana she never pushed us to pick a more expensive option or made us feel bad if we had to drop something off of an invoice. She was also upfront with us from day 1 about what it would cost to create our vision. Day of the wedding she was an absolute rock star! I’ve worked in the industry and have been in charge of running events so letting go of control is hard for me but she managed everything without a hitch and I was able to be so present knowing she had everything handled! Seeing the design we have been working on for 2 years was absolutely surreal! Everything was stunning and all of our guests absolutely raved about everything! Taylor Made Makeup was wonderful to work with for my wedding day. Their communication was prompt and direct, which I really appreciated as a busy bride. 949 Studio met and exceeded my expectations for the wedding day! Our DJ Mike was considerate of our wants and met with us a few times before the wedding day to ensure everything was nailed down. He double-checked our chosen songs and made suggestions if he thought one of them wouldn't work. He really brought the party to the wedding day! Our MC Matt was top-notch. He made sure that he had everyone's names correct, that our timeline was on schedule, and was able to work on his feet when something didn't happen exactly in the timeline. He was professional and kind and brought the energy to the wedding day! This team was incredible and made our wedding a night we will never forget!! Pictures don't capture just how much fun we had! I can't recommend them enough!

When I started planning my 40th birthday party, I couldn't decide between a band or a DJ. Each one I was looking at was just not the vibe and I was starting to get discouraged. Then, a friend of mine posted a story at a party where Tyler was DJing/playing the sax, and right away I knew he was the missing piece. I've attended parties with a sax player before, but NEVER like this and never one who does BOTH the DJing AND the sax! From the moment I reached out, Tyler was incredible. He followed up quickly and was great with all communications - we hopped on a call and to go over my theme and ideas, and he was so receptive and amazing with adding in things to help take my existing ideas to the next level. He even helped with the floor plan suggestions to help ensure my goal of "everyone being on the dance floor with me all night" would be more achievable - and omg am I glad I listened. Additionally, he suggested extending the party 1 hour, and thankfully we did because my initial timing guess was way off. Bottom line - trust him, HE KNOWS HIS STUFF. At the same time, he was never pushy and I never felt like I HAD to go with his ideas, but again, so glad I did. On the night of the party, from start to finish Tyler and his team were flawless. He made sure to play all of my "must play" songs, and read the vibes of the room perfectly - I've truly never seen some of my guests dance this much EVER. The amount of people who came up to me that night and have texted and called me since to tell me how epic Tyler and his team were is not surprising in the least. Multiple guests described it as the "best party they've ever been to" and said they "haven't danced that much since college" (and let's just say, it's been at least 15-20 years since then for all of us). One of my friends even booked him on the spot for her upcoming birthday! I could truly go on and on, but I will just end with this - DON'T THINK TWICE, DON'T BOTHER LOOKING ELSEWHERE, BOOK TYLER. You will NOT regret it! Thanks Tyler and team for the most epic night of my life!!! (also, I wish I could upload videos here because photos don't do any justice!!!)

Raymond (Ray) was great! Very nice, on time and he definitely felt the vibe of the room and played music based on our guests. A lot of our guests were older (millennial and baby boomers). He played songs on our list and accepted request so that everyone could dance to music they like! Which was great! We received nothing but great compliments other than older people took Tylenol the next day as their knees were hurting from dancing so much! Lol

Modern Highway was absolutely FANTASTIC at our wedding! Their setlist of 80s, 90s, and 2000s hits had everyone on their feet all night. Christina’s voice is unforgettable, and their rendition of "How Far We’ve Come" by Matchbox 20, a song very special to our family, was particularly memorable. Their ability to engage with the crowd was exceptional, getting everyone excited and joyful. Summary/TLDR:  We had a big wedding with a lot of complex personal decor set up and Kimberly and Travis went above and beyond! Lessen your stress and book her! Full review: My now husband and I had a big wedding at the Disneyland Hotel, and Disney does not handle any personal floral or decor, so we knew we would need help!  We hired Kimberly for her full day of coordination service for things not provided by Disney, and it was one of the best decisions we made.  When I first reached out, she responded quickly to let me know of her services and to set up a call. I was already pretty set on hiring her from the reviews I'd seen, but the call was also extremely helpful! After hearing about our details, she recommended a DJ for us to request from Disney, who was absolutely perfect for our wedding! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Kimberly checked in to see how I was doing and if I needed help with anything, even though I had only hired her for the day of coordination, which was so kind and thoughtful!  We had a large wedding with over 250 guests, and our bridal party was huge as well, so there were a lot of moving parts.  I was pretty frantic the morning of our wedding as I had overslept with so much left to do. Kimberly was so helpful with everything - and really helped reduce and lessen my stress, which as anyone getting married would know, is priceless! Kimberly and her husband handled all of our personal items so well! Several of which had to be set up multiple times (e.g for the ceremony and then for cocktail hour or for cocktail hour and for the reception). We had multiple guestbooks, some of which had multiple parts, multiple card boxes, favors for each family that had to be set up alphabetically (150 bags), a huge memorial table full of pictures that I wanted set up in a very specific way, reserved row signs, a welcome sign, Filipino shawls for the wedding godmothers, custom bar signs, Venmo signs for the money dance etc. We also enlisted their help last minute to help guide people to their table for the reception because of the way our seating chart was set up. Some cousins were supposed to help with that but got caught up in the moment and forgot! But Kimberly and Travis handled it themselves and made sure everything went smoothly! At the end of the night, she and Travis made sure to pack up all of our personal items and bring them back to our getting ready room.  Kimberly and Travis also worked seamlessly with the Disney staff and other vendors! After the reception ended, I realized I had lost track of my Disney bouquet, to which I had attached irreplaceable sentimental items, and Kimberly, who was on her way home, texted our Disney day of coordinator to help us find it in the nick of time!!  If Kimberly was this fantastic with just day of service, I can't even imagine how incredible she is with full planning. I absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone! Brides and grooms - do yourself a favor and hire Her!

DJ Dominiq was THE highlight of our wedding. My husband first met Dominiq at a friend’s wedding, and he came home saying he found our DJ. We feel so lucky his schedule was open on our date. My husband and I couldn’t narrow down our list of songs we wanted to hear, and somehow Dominiq managed to get every single one in, plus some other bangers not on our list during the reception. He was so great with the guests and the wedding party. At one point, one of our groomsmen was a bit drunk and didn’t have it together for the grand entrance, and Dominiq got him in shape. We’ve recommended him to anyone we know who is getting married, and if we ever need a DJ for another event, he will be our first call. He’s fun, engaging, and very attentive to what the bride and groom want. Book him. You won’t regret it.

I decided to book LVLF for my November wedding at Rancho Las Lomas as my day of coordinator, and I’m so glad I decided to have the team there with me. I’m so grateful for Chiell and her team supporting me before my wedding and during my wedding. I seriously didn’t have to worry about a thing the day of our wedding and the team took care of every situation that popped up. They took care of everything from contacting my vendors before the wedding, keeping in touch with vendors, directing guests, helping set up the venue with decor that I brought, and even loaded up cars at the end of the night. Hiring Ashley at Rose Event Co as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. I thought I was going to be able to manage planning our entire wedding myself, but as the day crept closer and closer, I realized that I was definitely going to need a hand. We spoke with a dozen different coordinators, and Ashley just stood out SO strongly amongst the rest. To put it as simply as possible, she saw our vision, she understood it, she stood in and shared in it with us. She knew exactly how to support us in making it happen, and she was easily able to make us feel that. We initially had concerns about her being located so far away from us (we're in Oakland, CA), but she put those concerns to rest so quickly! Throughout my months of planning after hiring Ashley, she was always there to answer my questions, and provide support and reassurance in all of the little things that I just wasn't sure how to handle myself, and she did so with such grace, patience, and an air of calm that was so extremely helpful and reassuring. When the month of our wedding arrived, Ashley quickly got to work on communicating with and organizing all of our vendors and laying out the structure for the day. She traveled to Monte Rio to be with us the day before our big day, walked us through the ceremony, went over all of the details, and left us so confident and comfortable in her extremely capable hands. The day of the wedding, Ashley handled EVERYTHING and EVERYONE with such care and tranquility. All of our wedding vendors absolutely loved her, and we never stopped hearing about how great she was to work with! Ashley is an absolute BOSS in all of the best ways that you can imagine! She is supportive, encouraging, communicative, active, helpful, caring, the list just goes on and on. She wants you to succeed, and you can FEEL it. She remembered and double checked on all of the little details, before, during, and after our wedding, and words simply cannot express our gratitude. She did so many things automatically, that I hadn't even thought to discuss with her, but was so grateful that we had her there to do. Thank you Ashley!! She did so many little things that I didn't even realize until I started looking through all of our photos, and noticed that they had all been done. On top of all of that, she basically packed up the entirety of our decor with the assistance of her extremely helpful husband, which was such a huge relief for us and for our wedding party who had put so much into the day. We were all able to completely disconnect and just enjoy the evening, which was so unbelievably priceless. There are so many things that make Ashley stand out from other coordinators. So many coordinators that we had talked to before Ashley had a big list of things that they would NOT do, but not Ashley. She was willing to do whatever needed to be done to ensure that our wedding day went perfectly, and it did, thanks to her!! HUGE bonus, she brought along her Super 8 camera, and we CANNOT WAIT to see the footage!! Long review!! It has been well over a month, almost two and I still have Been gushing over our wedding day. From the start when I matched with Chasing Joy creations on Bark.com I knew I had to use her as my planner. I am the first in my family to have an actual wedding and I knew I needed all the help I could get. My husband has always been a man who needs to meet a person and feel them out and as soon as Joey spoke at our meet up I can tell he was set on her. She is warm, kind and sweet. She takes you in and really loves what she does and it’s shows in how she shows up executing each task. With that being said, there wasn’t ONE thing Joey didn’t help us with. She helped us with venue searching, confirming color schemes, floral arrangements, venue decor, invitation designs, and so so much more. I had no issues with her from beginning to end and she has been nothing but helpful and supportive through the whole process. My family, friends, and even vendors I used all had nothing but great things to say about her! There were a lot of unknowns about our wedding. But one decision was easy; choosing Tucker and Alyssa to be our photographers. We have followed Tucker Horton Media on Instagram for a while before we got engaged and when we decided on a venue in southern California, we knew we had to reach out to our favorite Instagram photographers.   Their replies were quick, professional and their quotes were more than fair. We were particularly pleased to learn that engagement photos were included in the quote and took full advantage of that perk as well!   Engagement photos: One thing we loved about working with Tucker and Alyssa was how much space they gave us during our engagement shoot. With all the wedding planning in our heads, they could tell we needed a moment to relax before we could really get the pictures we wanted. Their patience and relaxed presence let us open up and capture some truly beautiful moments. Tucker can chase the light like no other and Alyssa fed us prompts when we were feeling awkward. The result was some really special moments both captured in photo, and felt by the both of us. And! The turn-around time for getting our photos back was way faster than we thought!   Wedding Day: To be frank, our wedding day was more hectic than some. Personalities clashed, and some things fell apart. Through that, Wyld Story found pockets of peace to capture some really beautiful moments and showed incredible grace under pressure.   The final pictures were beyond what we could have expected! One of which we actually turned into a 2000 piece puzzle and is currently hanging in our living room! When we went through the fullness of our wedding photos a couple weeks later, more than once we found ourselves saying, “Wait, that’s us???” just because some of the pictures were so spectacular.   One of the best parts of the Wyld Story package was being able to get a handful of sneak peak photos to pass around at dinner to all of our guests. That extra step was a way for us to keep the celebration going right after the ceremony and was an amazing surprise! We were also amazed at the number of photos we got of our guests that were taken while we were off doing other things. During our wedding day, we found ourselves pulled in so many directions as we interacted with all of our guests. After the wedding day, we got to relive different parts of our reception that we had initially missed and smile in the moments that our guests got to enjoy.

Paru was so wonderful from the very first moment. It was great how easy she was to communicate with and she made me feel so secure in my choice very quickly. Paru had a wonderful portfolio of work to look at online with many diverse clients which made my vision really feel possible as I have a very diverse friend group with ladies of so many different skin tones and complexions. She was amazing at really capturing what I wanted for my wedding day makeup and was super accommodating despite having many additions to my wedding party needs between booking and day of. The whole time, Paru was super professional, kind and understanding of my changing needs. When the morning of the wedding came, she and her assistant were professional and prepared, while also being a joy to work with. I had 5 bridesmaids, my mom, mom’s friend, grandma, and me getting ready and everything worked out perfectly on time. She was so kind accommodating last minute additions just days before the wedding too, and taking such great care of my grandma, who hasn’t had her makeup done in a very long time. Paru and her assistant took such good care of all my ladies and me and everyone looked so stunning, me included of course. She sent me off with a touch up kit, but despite many tears, I feel like my makeup didn’t budge the whole night!!! I’ve never had makeup look so ME, I almost didn’t recognize myself right away as someone who hardly wears makeup, but once I was fully dressed and glammed up I felt like the most perfect version of myself. It was really like a dream come true! I am so happy with how my look and all my ladies turned out, everyone was so beautiful. I cannot recommend her enough, she was such an angel to work with. The University Club by Wedgewood Weddings made planning our wedding from out of state incredibly smooth. Their team responded quickly to every question. On the day of, we didn't have to worry about organizing or corralling people because everything was already set up and running like clockwork. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish, and we'd absolutely recommend them to any couple looking for a convenient and reliable venue. Lisa was the best day of coordinator and we got to be fully present and enjoy our day without worrying about any logistics.
