“949 Studio met and exceeded my expectations for the wedding day! Our DJ Mike was considerate of our wants and met with us a few times before the wedding day to ensure everything was nailed down. He double-checked our chosen songs and made suggestions if he thought one of them wouldn't work. He really brought the party to the wedding day! Our MC Matt was top-notch. He made sure that he had everyone's names correct, that our timeline was on schedule, and was able to work on his feet when something didn't happen exactly in the timeline. Then, a friend of mine posted a story at a party where Tyler was DJing/playing the sax, and right away I knew he was the missing piece. I've attended parties with a sax player before, but NEVER like this and never one who does BOTH the DJing AND the sax! From the moment I reached out, Tyler was incredible. He followed up quickly and was great with all communications - we hopped on a call and to go over my theme and ideas, and he was so receptive and amazing with adding in things to help take my existing ideas to the next level. He even helped with the floor plan suggestions to help ensure my goal of "everyone being on the dance floor with me all night" would be more achievable - and omg am I glad I listened. Additionally, he suggested extending the party 1 hour, and thankfully we did because my initial timing guess was way off. Bottom line - trust him, HE KNOWS HIS STUFF. At the same time, he was never pushy and I never felt like I HAD to go with his ideas, but again, so glad I did. On the night of the party, from start to finish Tyler and his team were flawless. He made sure to play all of my "must play" songs, and read the vibes of the room perfectly - I've truly never seen some of my guests dance this much EVER. The amount of people who came up to me that night and have texted and called me since to tell me how epic Tyler and his team were is not surprising in the least. Multiple guests described it as the "best party they've ever been to" and said they "haven't danced that much since college" (and let's just say, it's been at least 15-20 years since then for all of us). One of my friends even booked him on the spot for her upcoming birthday! I could truly go on and on, but I will just end with this - DON'T THINK TWICE, DON'T BOTHER LOOKING ELSEWHERE, BOOK TYLER. There are so many words I could use to describe Serenity and her teams services they provide but I wouldn't have enough room, she is the kindest, sweetest, most detail oriented person we have met. We hired Serenity earlier this year to be the day of coordinator for our wedding and not only was her price fantastic but what she offers with her packages is even better. She was with us from the moment we put down the deposit. She answered every email we sent her within a day and was always so bright and full of light. She took over all communications with all vendors 2 weeks prior to our wedding to relieve some stress and it definitely did, on day of she stayed in communication with both of us and even when the bride was running a tad bit late she did everything in her power and got us back on schedule!
