I am very late writing this review but I just want to say that we LOVED THE BAR KART. We used the Bar Kart for our 4.14.23 wedding and it was a really cute addition to our wedding. Christina was so responsive to all of our emails. The space of the Kart is a really good size; great for storage for your bartenders needs and plenty of space if you want to have two bartenders in the bar. The Bar Kart team also gifted us with these really sweet monogramed glasses that I have since used many times for margaritas at home :) thank you guys sooooo freaking much!!

We had the most incredible experience at Padua Hills Theatre. From the moment we toured the space, we knew it was very special. I Like Pie has been making couples happy with our pies for nine years! We have many, many repeat and lifelong customers that have resulted from our wedding work. We specialize in little pies and customized central pies. We have been named one of the top pie shops in the country by Forbes, MSN, Thrillist and Fodor's Travel.

I Like Pie provided part of our wedding dessert, and honestly we could not be happier. We loved this as a cake alternative, and there were so few mini pies left by the end of the night because everyone loved them so much! Also it was super easy to pick up the pies with their new location in Pasadena, really close to our venue. I look forward to having a little taste of our wedding anytime by going into their shop.

The Woman's Club of Claremont was the perfect venue for a summer birthday party we recently celebrated. The garden, with it's hydrangeas blooming, shaded lawn, and privacy hedges was a beautiful backdrop for our "garden party" theme! We have many beautiful photos and memories! The clubhouse ballroom is spacious with lots of windows and natural light and we had plenty of space to set up and store refrigerated drinks and cake. Parking was very convenient. The event manager explained everything we needed to know to have a great experience. I attended a wedding here as well, as a guest, and it was a beautiful event with a garden ceremony, and a ballroom reception. This venue offers the flexibility to design an amazing event you've been envisioning! I highly recommend it!

The hotel has a beautiful venue with plenty of parking. John (Director of Catering) was amazing to work with and helped make the planning process easy and stress free. The staff at the hotel and at the event were super accommodating, nice and pleasant to interact with. A lot of our guest raved about the food and service they were provided by the staff.

I am so happy to write a review for Seth and his team! From the very beginning, Seth has been a pleasure to work with. The first meeting I was very impressed by how he had researched the wedding venue and its layout so that he could ask us what our thoughts were on setup/DJ location placement etc. Our second meeting was then focused on how to set up the wedding playlist using the Vibo app. The app is fantastic, and an excellent way to keep track of the songs you wish to have played at certain time points (bridal processional, grand entrance, pre-ceremony, etc.). In the app you can request starting timepoints and leave extra notes for Seth to look over weeks before the wedding. Aside from these aspects, Seth went above and beyond to help us with other non-music related aspects of the wedding such as our wedding slideshow (that he helped give us step by step instructions so that the quality of the slideshow would be good for when it was projected on the wall of venue). He also created a mashup for my husband to dance with his mom ("Dance with me" mixed with "Just Dance"; it was amazing!). Even during the week of the wedding, when I had a mini-freak out, he was so kind and understanding. In the end, I 100% recommend Seth (and Matt too! He was at the Photo Booth, and he was so kind and was ready to help folks if any technical help was needed)! Seth's team is professional, kind, and has great attention to detail; if you can, book DJ Seth and his team for your wedding!

I couldn’t have asked for a better hair and makeup experience! I loved that Tiffany did both hair and makeup and that I didn’t need to book 2 different people. She listened to what I wanted and made quick changes when I changed my mind last minute. Everything lasted all day and looked flawless in photos, I didn’t need any touch ups at all throughout the entire night (I even wore my wedding hair 2 days later). I have never felt more beautiful. I owe this all to Tiffany and would tell any bride to book with her if you want a flawless look to last your entire wedding. We can’t say enough great things about Randall! Our journey with him started when he captured our surprise proposal, and from that moment, we knew he was the perfect photographer for us. He also did our engagement photos, and when it came time to choose a wedding photographer, it was an easy decision—it just felt right to have him document another milestone in our lives. James was so much fun at our wedding! He was a great MC/DJ and was a hit with all of our wedding guests. He communicated with us throughout the wedding process and kept in touch with both me and my wedding coordinator whenever we came across any details we needed to discuss. The Oviatt made planning and enjoying our wedding exceptionally easy, and we would not hesitate to recommend it to another couple. In fact, two of our friends who'd recently gotten married at The Oviatt were the ones to recommend us the venue in the first place. They did not steer us wrong. The initial touring and on-boarding process was seamless and attentive. We got clear answers to all of our questions and concerns, and the team had no trouble making adjustments as things evolved. The venue-related fees were all extremely reasonable for what you're getting, and we felt it was a tremendous value. If you are someone who's overwhelmed by the planning of it all or doesn't have it in you to evaluate the hundreds of vendors out there, The Oviatt can streamline things through their vetted preferred vendors list. We used this extensively and had a similarly excellent experience with everyone we hired, from catering to photographers to floral. We were also able to find vendors from this list that were able to realize our vision while meeting our budget, which was healthy and had some breathing room but was not exorbitant. We had a lot of extremely specific and arguably unusual requests that the venue team was happy to accommodate, even the week of. They were also there to troubleshoot when we encountered inevitable obstacles during the planning process. The venue itself is as stunning as the photos promise. They've recently been doing some historic refurbishment/restoration work, and the results speak for themselves. We wanted an art deco jewel box, and we got that and more. The penthouse elevator made for a grand entrance statement, and the furnishings gave the proceedings opulence to spare. While there was some concern with how we'd fit 90 guests into the interior spaces for cocktail hour while the terrace was turned over for the reception, we found it actually wasn't any trouble at all. The upper deck remained available and allowed for natural crowd control. The scene was lively and exciting, to be sure, but never uncomfortable. We really can't say enough kind things. The staff on the day were incredible, the attention to detail was immaculate, and everything went as perfectly as one can hope.

I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! It was truly the best day of our lives and it wouldn’t have been possible without McKenna’s help! You will not find a better wedding band than The Moon Units! (and it's way better than a DJ, trust). We chose them because we heard them at our friends’ wedding, and it was the best wedding band we had ever heard. They played songs that weren’t the typical songs you always hear at weddings (and get bored/sick of), and they sounded EXACTLY like the original version of the song - incredible musicians and vocals. My now husband is a former professional musician, so the music at our wedding was extremely important to us, and we knew they were the only choice. From their communication throughout our planning, to their extensive song list, to the option for them to learn specials songs just for us (which they crushed), The Moon Units were nothing short of spectacular. They are also all very kind people, which is the cherry on top and makes such a difference on a wedding day!! They will also be playing at another friends’ upcoming wedding soon too (that’s how impressed everyone is with them). We had so many people come up to us after our wedding to tell us the music was the best out of any wedding they have been to, and everyone had so much fun dancing! 100/10

Literally from the first interaction, Trey was thoroughly professional. We knew instantly that we'd be in good hands during the process, and he maintained through the big day. With Trey, we always had clarity over next steps, and we also got as much flexibility as we could ever hope for. We had a slightly unusual (or, unconventional) ceremony in a couple of ways, and Trey handled every request without any issue. Lastly, and most importantly for a DJ, he nailed the music. We felt like he "got" us while also filling in the gaps appropriately. A true professional, and we feel fortunate having him on the deck for our celebration.
