“Keith was the perfect DJ. Honestly! There is nothing that we would change about our wedding night, it was truly perfect. Keith is a class act professional who makes no compromise between quality and affordability. He values his clients and offers extraordinary service at an affordable price. I went in with high (but reasonable) expectations for our wedding night, and he definitely delivered above and beyond!! We had read other reviews of weddings that Keith had DJ’d where the clients were musicians and they had curated a specific type of music they wanted throughout the night, and he nailed it. I consider myself a little bit of an audiophile, so I listen to a wide range of music, and I can also attest to just how amazing Keith’s music selection was! Part of a DJ’s job is to get you excited to go out on the dance floor, and we were already excited before the dancing began, because we just knew Keith was going to kill it (spoiler alert: he did!). He even mixed together multiple songs at once and it was amazing! Keith kept the atmosphere alive all night and there was never a dead moment. Most of the people were up and dancing, even people who have never been willing to dance before! It takes a skilled DJ to do that. It was electric. We had had a negative experience with another DJ company that we spoke to before we decided to look to Nocturnal Cafe, but just from the first conversation with Keith we knew he was our DJ. Keith was incredibly respectful to us, he was patient and understanding throughout the whole process, and he worked with us every step of the way to make sure we were going to have the best night of our lives. His process with his clients is great and made us feel very comfortable. He does a great job of avoiding the typical eye-roll cheesy songs (unless you request it, of course) and he picks songs that suit well for what you’re looking for. We gave him some songs/artists/genres we would like to hear (and some to songs to avoid) but we ultimately wanted to just give him an idea of what we were thinking and for him to use it as a guide more than a ‘must’. We gave him creative freedom to just let him work his magic and boy, was it magic that came out of those speakers!”

At our tasting, we knew we had made the right choice. The food was phenomenal. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the entire layout of our wedding changed 4 days prior to the big day. Chef Cooper was very instrumental in collaborating with our wedding coordinator and made sure that the changes would not affect his service. On the day of Chef and his team were on time, ready to work and pleasant with our guests. “Hiring Katie was THE BEST wedding planning decision we made! When we started planning our wedding, I really thought I was going to do everything myself (LOL). We found our venue first and they told us that they require at least a day of coordinator. After communicating with the venue for a bit we soon realized why, and after trying to do everything myself and realizing that was insane, I am SO grateful that we hired a coordinator and even more grateful that it was Katie. I found Katie on Zola and from our first virtual meeting with her we knew that she was the perfect person to help with our wedding! Katie was incredibly warm & friendly, super detail oriented, and I could immediately tell that she is very experienced in her craft. Katie starts working with you 12 weeks before the wedding & allows unlimited communication which I think is quite rare for coordinators but enables you to build a connection with her. Anything we needed help with, Katie was there to advise us along the way! At our venue walk-through Katie spotted some more red flags from our venue and quietly noted them, reassuring us that she would prepare and make sure everything went smoothly the day of. She made us feel so at ease knowing our wedding day was in her hands. During the planning process she helped with everything from reading our venue contract, ensuring they had the correct numbers for tables/chairs/linens, helping us with design details like linen colors and chair styles, answering all of our questions about how many songs we need for the ceremony, how long songs/speeches should be, etc. She gave us some really special & personal design ideas like having custom Mr & Mrs mugs made for our coffee at the reception since my husband and I don’t drink. She even introduced us to our photographer/videographer who was also incredible and so our style. Throughout the whole process she really got to know us and you can just tell she really cares about her couples and absolutely loves what she does. A few weeks before the wedding, Katie has you fill out a decor document where you put photos and describe each item you are bringing and where/how you would like it set up. Our document ended up being 26 pages long LOL. I had a very specific vision for my wedding day & Katie and her team executed it PERFECTLY!!! They were so sweet and even noticed that it was a bit windy of a day so they waited until the last moment to put out a special vase from my grandparents wedding to ensure that nothing happened to it. Just the thought and care and attention to detail from Katie and her team is unmatched. In addition to the setup, Katie coordinated the entire day, wrangling our families for the photos, ensuring everything with the venue ran smoothly, and even dealing with one of our other vendors who was incredibly difficult to work with (who we regretfully hired on our own - NOT a vendor recommend by Katie) and she handled it like a professional and a mom! At the end of the night, Katie and her team broke down and packed up all of our decor for us, again taking so much care to make sure that any of our delicate, special pieces were well taken care of. Our wedding day was genuinely the best day of our lives, much thanks to Katie and her team! At the end of the night I actually started feeling post wedding depression because I knew that our time with Katie as our wedding coordinator was coming to a close LOL. HIRE KATIE! You will absolutely not regret it. She is THE BEST.”

“I booked Bridal Beauty Vault for my wedding and it was the best decision I could have made. The owner, Nancy, and all of the artists are so so sweet and incredibly talented. I was drawn to them in looking at reviews online because of their soft glam style that was just perfect. Joy was my makeup artist and Stevie did my hair. They did an amazing job, listened to what I wanted, and made sure I looked perfect on my special day. All together I had 12 women getting hair and/or makeup done on my wedding day and we were on schedule the whole time! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a communicative and kind beauty team for their day.”

“Initially, my husband and I weren’t even considering using a videographer on our wedding day. But after we learned that some of our most cherished family members were unable to attend in person due to medical issues, we reconsidered and went on the hunt for a livestream option as well as an edited highlight video that we could have as a forever keepsake. We spoke to several videographers and Tony was the ONLY one to work with us on the livestream without charging an insane amount of money. He helped troubleshoot streaming platforms and software and even met with us in person beforehand to make sure things ran as smooth as possible. He was incredibly kind and patient while maintaining a professional attitude both before and on our wedding day. It did take a little longer than expected for us to receive the edited footage of our highlight video but the final product was everything we hoped for and more. We are incredibly grateful to have been able to include those members of our family who were unable to make the journey in person, and that’s all because of Tony. Thank you for everything!!”
