I'll never forget how delighted my daughter was when she had a first look at the floral arrangements and tables for her wedding reception that Michelle Borrero with Precious Moments Events and her team had designed. Every detail was perfect! The roses lining the aisle on the lawn when the bride walked in were gorgeous as well. The prettiest roses I ever saw! I had been worried about the availability of flowers for a January wedding yet Michelle found large, white roses and blue hydrangea. I'm so glad we had Michelle arranging the wedding for us! She gave me some advice that saved us some money. She was always there for us when we had a question. On the wedding day, she kept everything so organized that I wasn't nervous at all. Everything went smoothly! We received many, many compliments from wedding guests!

From our very first call, to some exciting design meetings, to many many emails, ending in our perfect day full of magic, we were truly in the best hands. Our wedding was on 10/24/25, at Tampa Bay Watch in St. Petersburg, FL, and I was a DIY bride who brought 95% of my own décor and even created my own timeline. My only regret is not hiring Stephanie as a month-of coordinator instead of day-of! You NEED Stephanie to run your wedding. She and her team worked tirelessly on every detail, from heavy setup and takedown to the tiniest finishing touches. She brought my dream wedding vision to life flawlessly. She has a big rental catalog, which is amazing! I rented several items (like table numbers) from her at a lower cost than making them myself - and it saved me the hassle of transporting even more décor to and from the venue. Stephanie is a total boss - professional, calm, and genuinely invested in your wedding’s success. I can’t recommend Astonishing Events enough. Julie came into our wedding preparation life after I had to let go of our first wedding planner (and let’s just say my spirits were low and some funds were already lost to paying our first vendor who was not a good fit to put it nicely). The universe had thrown us our saving grace in getting Julie as once she was onboard everything fell into place seamlessly. She was born to be planner. Organized, efficient, positive, calm, prepared and professional, Julie helped us achieve the most magical day that we will look back on with fondness for the rest of our lives. We had zero hiccups day of the event and that was thanks to Julie. She handles everything with such grace that even if things were starting to go off track you wouldn’t know as Julie resolves any issues as they arrive like a stealth ninja.  Mind you we were trying to plan a wedding in San Diego while living in Reno in 6 months time since we lost months to the first planner and didn’t have anything to show for it. Also we were planning a full Latin Catholic mads at one location and reception at a second approximately 30 minutes away. We came down 2 times before the event to do tastings and review venue/decor/DJ/photography/videography/florals. Julie made itineraries for us and we knocked one thing off the list after another with ease and smiles. If you are on the fence as to whether you should get a planner or not I will tell you that it is WELL worth it and if you get Julie S. you’ve hit the jackpot. She truly did create The Best Wedding for us and cannot recommend her highly enough.
