He photographed both our engagement near Beacon, NY and our wedding in Glen Ridge, NY at the Glen Ridge Women's Club, and the results were incredible across the board. For our engagement shoot, which was mostly outdoors, Ihor recommended the best time of day so the lighting would be perfect, and it really shows in the photos. We moved around to several locations on the property, and even though the shoot was only about an hour, we ended up with tons of great shots. He was easy to work with and gave helpful direction that made us feel and look comfortable on camera. On our wedding day, Ihor arrived on time, stayed engaged the whole evening, and captured so many meaningful moments. Our venue was fairly dimly lit, but everything came out sharp, colorful, and beautiful. He did a great job capturing both the big moments and the candid ones in between, along with the emotion throughout the day. He also delivered way more photos than we expected, including a preview just a couple days after the wedding. Beyond the photos, Ihor is a genuinely great guy and a pleasure to have around. My husband and I initially reached out to her because she had photographed weddings at our original venue, and we were completely sold after looking through her portfolio. Her moody, emotional, and intimate photos were exactly what we envisioned. We are not “cookie-cutter” wedding photo people, and with every set of photos we reviewed, we found ourselves literally gasping. Our gut feeling was only reinforced once we started talking to her and getting to know her. Neither my husband nor I had ever had professional photos taken, but our engagement shoot was so much fun. I started photographing weddings in 2021, and it ignited a passion in me that I haven't been able to turn off. After capturing nearly 100 weddings for other businesses, I decided it was time to open my own. When you don't find me with a camera in hand, you'll find me cheering from the stands at my son's hockey games, grinding in the gym on leg day, busy in the kitchen making my famous shepherd's pie, or lounged on the couch with a cup of coffee and a playlist, scribbling stories in my notebook.
