I first met Dusti in January 2024, and the minute I met her, we clicked and I knew she was the perfect person to plan and execute our Un-Wedded Bliss Bash in October 2024. We sat down for a couple of hours to get to know each other and understand what we were looking for for our celebration. She first helped us locate the perfect venue to host the vibe and vision we wanted. Once that was complete. Dusti went to work to create our vision board that guided all of our choices and decisions to create the perfect evening. She is incredibly talented and creative and we fell in love with the elements she put forth. Then it was on to finding all of the vendors. Dusti has so much experience with so many vendors and she made our selection process smooth and stress free. The vendors she selected with us were perfect and she ensured they provided exactly what we wanted to make our dream come true. If she was ever stressed about anything she never showed it… always as cool and calm as a cucumber! Dusti has great communication skills and always kept me informed of where things stood or what might be needed. And when the big day came….she created the event space that was absolutely stunning! She coordinated all of the vendors, kept them all informed on the run of the show and expertly managed the entire preparation. She is so attentive to details and one step ahead of me.. always. I never had to worry about a thing. I cried when I saw the event space come to life. She and Sam took great care of us that evening, ensuring we had food or anything else we needed. I can’t say enough about her kindness, talent and expertise. All of our guests raved about the entire evening—-and we have Dusti and Indigo Moon Events to thank for that. We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! Hiring BreAnn to be our day of coordinator was hands down one of the best decisions I could have made. We got married this past June and our day went perfectly, so smooth, no hiccups and this is all because of Bre. Anytime I recommend Bre to a future bride, one thing I always say is that when you consider how much money is going into a wedding - you should also make an investment in making sure your day runs smoothly. Bre met with me a year prior to my wedding, helped create a spreadsheet to keep track of all vendors, gave amazing recommendations on vendors, did a walk through of the venue with me, created timelines, helped with o ur rehearsal & so much more. All of that was done BEFORE the wedding day was even here. Bre goes above and beyond to coordinate all your vendors and puts so much effort in making sure your vision comes to life. The day of my wedding I, nor anyone in the bridal party was bothered with vendor questions which really allowed everyone to just be able to relax. When arriving to our venue Bre had helped set up the decor and everything was stunning. Because I live close by her she even came and picked up my welcome sign prior to the wedding day along with the marriage certificate so I truly had nothing to worry about the day of the wedding. Bre helped everyone stay on track with timing, helped everyone throughout the ceremony know where to stand, when to start walking, etc - which is so helpful when you’re trying to get a bunch of people in a bridal party to listen. Once the wedding was over Bre packed up all of our decor making sure everything was extremely organized and she even took home my flower bouquet since I was having it preserved and helped coordinate that to ensure the bouquet would be safe at the end of the night. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator - just do it. You truly will not regret hiring Bre, she was the best vendor/decisions I could have made for our wedding!

My husband, Zach, and I got married on May 25, 2025 and working with Hannah was seriously one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I feel like many vendors default to only addressing the bride, but Hannah made sure that we both felt included from our very first meeting, to all of the email exchanges, and to finally our wedding day! I was definitely a type A bride, but Hannah welcomed all of my planning energy and gave us access to a bunch of resources to help in the process including her wedding planning guide, a design template for a wedding binder, and access to her event diagraming software. On our wedding day, Hannah set-up everything to perfection, she keep things moving seamlessly, and she made tear-down a breeze. I don’t even know what fires she had to put out during the day and that’s EXACTLY THE POINT! When I think back on the day, I can’t even remember a single thing that “went wrong,” and that’s a huge testament to everything Hannah did behind the scenes so we could both relax and fully enjoy the day with all of our family and friends.
