I barely have the right word to describe how amazing this team was. From the begining of the process, I felt like they really understood me and my partner. They asked all the right questions, clearly lined out what I could expect (which exceeded my expectations) and over delivered. I was the most relaxed bride there ever was and it had everything to do with them. They had my complete trust which allowed me to not have to think of anything on my wedding day. They fully understood me. They made me feel like family. They felt as close and important to me as my own family. They supported me and carried me through the day. They cried happy tears with me once I was finally married. Surely, I have to be special to them and they'll never forget me ;) Well at least that is the way they made me feel and that really speaks to them and their work and how amazing they are at what they do. Hardest part of my wedding day was saying goodbye to them at the end of the night. I can not thank them enough.

Hiring Katie was THE BEST wedding planning decision we made! When we started planning our wedding, I really thought I was going to do everything myself (LOL). We found our venue first and they told us that they require at least a day of coordinator. After communicating with the venue for a bit we soon realized why, and after trying to do everything myself and realizing that was insane, I am SO grateful that we hired a coordinator and even more grateful that it was Katie. I found Katie on Zola and from our first virtual meeting with her we knew that she was the perfect person to help with our wedding! Katie was incredibly warm & friendly, super detail oriented, and I could immediately tell that she is very experienced in her craft. Katie starts working with you 12 weeks before the wedding & allows unlimited communication which I think is quite rare for coordinators but enables you to build a connection with her. Anything we needed help with, Katie was there to advise us along the way! At our venue walk-through Katie spotted some more red flags from our venue and quietly noted them, reassuring us that she would prepare and make sure everything went smoothly the day of. She made us feel so at ease knowing our wedding day was in her hands. During the planning process she helped with everything from reading our venue contract, ensuring they had the correct numbers for tables/chairs/linens, helping us with design details like linen colors and chair styles, answering all of our questions about how many songs we need for the ceremony, how long songs/speeches should be, etc. She gave us some really special & personal design ideas like having custom Mr & Mrs mugs made for our coffee at the reception since my husband and I don’t drink. She even introduced us to our photographer/videographer who was also incredible and so our style. Throughout the whole process she really got to know us and you can just tell she really cares about her couples and absolutely loves what she does. A few weeks before the wedding, Katie has you fill out a decor document where you put photos and describe each item you are bringing and where/how you would like it set up. Our document ended up being 26 pages long LOL. I had a very specific vision for my wedding day & Katie and her team executed it PERFECTLY!!! They were so sweet and even noticed that it was a bit windy of a day so they waited until the last moment to put out a special vase from my grandparents wedding to ensure that nothing happened to it. Just the thought and care and attention to detail from Katie and her team is unmatched. In addition to the setup, Katie coordinated the entire day, wrangling our families for the photos, ensuring everything with the venue ran smoothly, and even dealing with one of our other vendors who was incredibly difficult to work with (who we regretfully hired on our own - NOT a vendor recommend by Katie) and she handled it like a professional and a mom! At the end of the night, Katie and her team broke down and packed up all of our decor for us, again taking so much care to make sure that any of our delicate, special pieces were well taken care of. Our wedding day was genuinely the best day of our lives, much thanks to Katie and her team! At the end of the night I actually started feeling post wedding depression because I knew that our time with Katie as our wedding coordinator was coming to a close LOL. HIRE KATIE! You will absolutely not regret it. She is THE BEST.

Linsey and Leah are definitely an amazing dynamic duo. I am in the wedding industry and have had the privilege of working with these two as a photographer while they have been the planners. It has always been amazing working with them so when looking for a coordination team for my wedding, I knew I wanted to reach out to them. They were so helpful for my husband and I, guiding us on the planning and all of the last min details we needed! I was stressed leading into the wedding, but once the rehearsal hit and the two of them went to work, I was immediately at ease and able to just enjoy and be present. They handled everything from setup to cleanup and all the events in between, even making sure to have us hit the photo list I made and get into the photo booth before it closed. They are an amazing team and working with them as a bride and not just a photographer gave me even more appreciation for them!! I already recommended them highly to my brides, and now I will even more as someone who experienced their amazing work from the bride's side! Can’t say enough good things about them and our guests loved them too and commented on how great and sweet they were and how quickly they took care of things and how hard they worked! Context Me (31) and my (now Husband, 36) are pretty much still kids and literally have no idea how weddings work (or how to adult in general). After careful yet impulsive decisions, we decided to have a wedding and we wanted to do it right since it would be our only adult achievement. Review, bear with me because im bad with words I accidentally found Dani on here because "Unicorn" caught my attention and she was in my budget, more so she offered way more than other Coordinators who were charging more! When I interviewed her, she was super transparent & straight forward it (which was i loved) and she was super nice & considerate to work out a game plan/deal given our lack of time left and funds. And her happily willing to help us even though we live 2hrs apart is dedication! Dani is beyond nice, flexible, respectful, funny, super easy to get along with. She was very relatable & accepting, open minded of both me/my husband's ways of thinking, our humor, etc.. plus, she has experience with the Gamer Lifestyles so she was very happy to communicate with us through Discord any time we needed. No words can express how creative & tough Dani is. She provided many ideas like things i didnt think of, helped bring my ideas to life and work with things I made. She had a huge selection of decor we could borrow, plus She even put her blood, sweat, & tears into making alot of other decor for us! (Custom signs, custom lanterns, my custom bouquet, Custom Mirror/Guest Seating Chart List, etc). All of my family & friends in my wedding party and even my guests loved her personality, and appreciated how creative she was with the wedding (and tough with the vendors, especially the many random bystanders who almost interrupted our ceremony haha). I cannot emphasize how much i admire her talent of working Amazing under stress & fast paced environments, handling like 100 things at once, and knowing how to be a leader and make sure everything runs smoothly. Of course there was a couple of bumps here and there due to the venue, her printer, us being human, availability of decor/materials, etc, but she quickly adapted and our guests said they would have never guessed they said our wedding was just so perfect! I would definitely love to have Dani help me whenever I have an event again, no questions asked. Even my grandparents want to Hire her when they redo their vows for their anniversary lol We will never be able to express how grateful we are to have met & have help from Unicorn Wings & Amazing Things! P.S. we both used Ai to help give us inspo and visualize things, but we were all educated/had enough common sense to know how Ai works and that real life will never compare. and not everything is always in our control! Our guests said Dani and our wedding was PERFECT irregardless of whatever issues arised. WE ARE HUMAN AND LIFE HAPPENS

Working with Megan as our day-of-coordinator was the smartest thing we did for our wedding!! Everything ran perfectly during the wedding that we didn’t have to worry about anything. Megan was organized to a tee and was so sweet to check on us and bring drinks or anything we needed. And magically she set up all our decor before the event beautifully with boxes and boxes of stuff to work with! If you are unsure if you need a coordinator, I would 1000% recommend working with Megan.

I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! It was truly the best day of our lives and it wouldn’t have been possible without McKenna’s help! I don’t even know where to begin. I am so pleased I went with Patrice and her team as my day of coordinator. She also did a lot more than just day of! She made plans for us and talked to all of the vendors, conducted our rehearsal, worked with the venue, and took care of all those nitty gritty details. I’m pretty type A and was probably emailing her more than I should have for only choosing the day of package (lol), but she always responded promptly and kindly to every little thing I had to say. Her team was so nice and so professional and they really made me feel like they cared about my wedding - like it was more than just the next job they had. My only regret was not hiring them sooner - I could have saved myself a lot of time and energy. Thank you Patrice and team. All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. Dana’s communications were always prompt, detailed, and thorough every step of the way, making the planning process a breeze. She lead our rehearsal too which is exactly what we needed. Her team also went above and beyond the day-of to ensure every aspect of our special day was executed flawlessly.
