“Valerie planned the most incredible elopement for us in Iceland. And she did it all in under a month! This woman is fabulous and kind and an all around amazing human. She was organized and had back up plans to back up plans. Seriously, if we had any questions, she found time to listen and talk through everything with us. She was even able to procure an entire picnic for us, that was vegan friendly too! She made all of our florals, and got them to the location we were at. I think she's a magician. “We used Showcase Events Rentals for our wedding on 9-22-23. Our experience was great; their selection of rentals was vast their prices were fair consistent in comparison to other local rental companies. We found that Showcase had the best looking best priced farm tables, which fit out aesthetic perfectly. We specifically chose Showcase because they came highly recommended by our venue for their quality, set up clean up services, month-of coordinator, Sheena. 10/10 recommend. We were very excited to utilize their month-of coordinating services. To no fault of her own, we didn’t really utilize Sheena’s coordinating help too much the actual month-of (we had pretty much everything ready to go a few months in advance we took care of final communications with vendors ahead of time), so I can’t speak to her level of involvement in that sense. However, Sheena was very responsive to our emails from the time we booked our rentals (9 months in advance) she was very helpful with coordinating the rehearsal, setting up the venue the morning of, helping facilitate the smoothest, most stress-free day possible. She was super prepared during our check-in phone call, and we were confident in her ability to handle anything that came up so that we wouldn’t have to! She even purchased several cases of High Noons for us DURING our reception when we unexpectedly ran out! She was fantastic. Sheena worked with 2 other coordinators that day, Kim Kat. Kat was a HUGE help at the start of the ceremony – she helped hold my dress’s train keep me hidden from the guests during the bridal party processional. She has a very calming presence talked me through each moment leading up to my entrance, pointing out my *now* husband escorting his mom down the aisle, pointing out my dad, reassuring me that all those jitters I was feeling in that moment would soon go away the moment I saw my husband at the end of the aisle. She was so right, it was very special to be able to share those moments with someone as sweet as her.”

From the very beginning, Brittany went above and beyond. She helped me with everything from choosing my wedding dress to managing tailoring timelines, and she made sure I had every detail booked and organized well in advance. Even though we were planning from different states, Brittany made it seamless with thoughtful coordination calls and constant communication. Distance was never an issue. In the week leading up to the wedding, she truly came through. Brittany joined me at the venue for a full walkthrough, helped set up our archways, and coordinated flawlessly with all of our vendors. When my hair stylist unexpectedly canceled, Brittany stepped in immediately and saved the day by helping with both my hair and my mom’s—something I will forever be grateful for. She didn’t stop there. The day after the wedding, Brittany also helped coordinate and execute a beautiful brunch for our guests at our home, allowing us to relax and actually enjoy time with everyone. Brittany is calm, organized, kind, and incredibly capable under pressure. Having her by my side made the entire experience stress-free and joyful. “I cannot say enough about working with Brittany S Events for special event coordination! We hosted my baby shower at the Bedford Village Inn for 80 guests and needed additional help with set-up and timing to ensure the event ran smoothly. Brittany was instrumental in both the development of the timeline for the big day and executing the decor and program day-of. She was the perfect person to gut check how long speeches, games, food service, etc. would take and create a timeline for the event that put our guests enjoyment first. Brittany arrived right on time for set-up and flawlessly followed the intricate decor plan we had crafted. Having her there made the shower more enjoyable for me as I was able to relax as a guest and know that she was handling any backend questions that popped up with the venue team. Not only that, but Brittany made sure I always had a (non-alcoholic) drink in hand and was wonderful about capturing some special moments throughout the day. “My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!”

“Nicole from Simply Beeutiful Events was amazing! She was extremely well organized and proficient at ensuring that everything was going according to schedule and plan. We were out of state for where our ceremony was being held, and Nicole was amazing at communicating through emails and coordinating with all the vendors. She was also instrumental for both our rehearsal and dinner the first night, as well as the entire wedding day, and was able to keep the two toddler flower children from running amuck while still having a loving and gentle hand in corralling them. “I could not have asked for a smoother wedding day. When we first decided to have our ceremony and reception at two separate locations, and eventually realized we would be working with around ten different vendors, I didn’t fully understand how essential an experienced day-of coordinator would be until late in the planning process. Looking back, I’m so grateful I had the foresight to book with MB Events. I worked with Caroline, and she was truly my rock on our wedding day. She communicated clearly and consistently and brought such a calm, genuine presence that immediately put me at ease. We had a few last-minute changes with some guests who were unable to attend while another one was added at the last minute. Caroline handled everything by coordinated directly with the venue to remove chairs and add name cards without needing any prompting from me. I was extremely stressed leading up to the wedding, but in hindsight, I really didn’t need to be. Caroline had everything completely under control! We met four times before the wedding: an initial Zoom meeting, another Zoom call about three months out to review the timeline and vendors, a venue walkthrough, and the rehearsal. She was incredibly detail-oriented and always thoughtful in her approach. It was so helpful to have a professional to bounce ideas off of, and she often raised considerations I hadn’t even thought of. I truly felt like she was my safety net throughout the process. Caroline planned everything down to the minute while remaining flexible and when changes came up. I never once felt rushed, and I appreciated how down-to-earth and approachable she was. Our wedding day came together so well, and I genuinely believe MB Events was the cornerstone that made it all happen.”

“My husband and I worked with Britny from Beautiful & Timeless Events for our wedding in September 2022, and we can't recommend her services enough! Britny helped us with our overall wedding plan, budgeting, vendor selection and management, and decor. She supported us through every step of the planning process and was even with us on our special day as our Day of Coordinator. We had a vision of what our big day would look like, but early on in the process we realized we were having trouble bringing that vision to life. Britny was able to help us create a plan from our vision and helped us execute that plan, all while staying within our budget. One thing I really appreciated about Britny is that through our early conversations, she was able to figure out what aspects of our day were most important to us. From there, she showed us what parts of our budget were worth spending money on and where we could cut our budget back. When it came to Day of Coordination and scheduling, we relied heavily on Britny's services. She knew how important it was to us to relax and enjoy our special day, and that we wanted as much time on the dance floor with our guests as possible. Not only did Britny make our entire Day of Schedule, she managed our vendors and bridal party day of, and miraculously kept us ahead of schedule which meant more time on the dance floor for us. Having Britny with us on our wedding day allowed us to truly be in the moment and made it stress-free. Britny was organized, professional, fun, and a pleasure to work with!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Ayden! I hired her later in the planning process, and my only regret is not hiring her sooner. She truly kept me sane on my wedding day. From quickly bustling my dress so I could get back to the party, to even helping my dad fix the hem of his pants—she went above and beyond in every way. My venue went through three different coordinators in the span of a year (something I never thought would happen, especially at such a nice hotel in Maine). The communication was a nightmare, and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Ayden. She was relentless in trying to get in contact with someone when I simply didn’t have the time—I work a full-time, demanding job—and I didn’t even hear from the venue until about three weeks before my wedding. We still had timeline issues that needed immediate attention, and Ayden took charge. She finally got me in touch with the general manager, and things smoothed out from there. By the time the wedding arrived, I was so burnt out that I gave Ayden very little direction on how to set up some of my decorative pieces—and she absolutely nailed it. Everything looked wonderful and exactly how I had envisioned it (if not better). She kept me on schedule, executed every detail perfectly, and made the day feel effortless. I know wedding planning is expensive, but the stress and anxiety are just not worth the hassle. Having Ayden there was truly priceless. She is calm, collected, and incredibly detail-oriented—exactly the person you want by your side on your wedding day.
