My Old Kentucky Barn is a new venue in an old tobacco barn. The 1800’s barn is situated on over 50 acres on Main Street in Williamstown, Kentucky. Our owner John grew up in Williamstown and, along with his brother Mike, spent a lot of time painting the white board fence and planting Canna bulbs in the spring. John is only the fourth owner of the property in 180 years. The Webb Family were the longest running owners. In fact, they donated land from the property to form Webb Park to the south. John and Edna Risen purchased the property in 1976 and sold it to John over 15 years ago. There is so much history here and we are excited that others can now enjoy the barn. Even though the outside of the barn looks new, all of the old detail is still there on the inside. We know that brides and grooms will make great memories here with their families. It will also be the perfect venue for milestone birthday parties, reunions and other memorable events.

Built in 1842, historic Simmstown Manor has a rich story. Originally constructed by Harvey McElroy for his daughter Mariah, the home later passed to John Simms after the Civil War. Unlike many, Simms preserved his wealth through the war and acquired the mansion and its surrounding land, eventually owning 2,400 acres. The Simms family added a two-story north wing and moved in by 1868, hosting grand gatherings for the region’s most prominent families. When John’s wife, Sarah Cecilia, died in 1895, he divided his land among their five children, giving Simmstown to his youngest, Mary, with whom he lived until his death. The property remained in the family until 1983, when it was sold to the current owner, Larry Hodge. Both the house and grounds later underwent extensive renovation, preserving as much historic character as possible.

Welcome to Land O' Goshen Farm Event Center! A spacious 6700 sq. ft. under the roof, 8300 sq. ft. w the deck. Located on the historic 375 acre Belknap Farm in Goshen, Kentucky; the farm has been in the family for over a century. Inside is a polished concrete floor in the main hall, men/women's restroom, and bridal room, ten 10' x 4' giant slab and live edge tables, two 12' x 4' Banquet tables, 100 Black resin wood chairs, 6' rolling maple bar, and Wi-Fi/cable included w two flat screens. A White Birch wedding arch is also provided. Inside capacity of 200, restrooms were built for 400. There are four 60" windmill fans located in the main hall lower section to keep everyone cool. HVAC services provided to the five enclosed rooms: bridal/groom, men/women restroom and Prep Room. Handicap parking out front, 60 car parking lot close by. The West Sixth Farm is our 125 acre property off 127 in Franklin County. Here we have two venues: The Flat is a beautiful Kentucky farm wedding venue (holds up to 500 ppl) up at the top of the hill. We also have two canopies — one smaller and one larger covered structures with picnic tables, with the largest next to the taproom and the smaller one just a quick walk away in the shade - perfect for birthdays, friend gatherings, office parties, and more. The Taproom is only available for rent on weekdays that the Farm is closed to the public.
