We worked with Amanda for our wedding in Fort Myers, FL, and from the very start she was kind, patient, and incredibly organized. Leading up to the event, Amanda coordinated seamlessly with every one of our vendors, created a detailed and easy-to-follow timeline, and kept us on track with all our tasks. In the weeks before the wedding, I kept saying, “Amanda’s got us.” She had every detail covered and made sure our vendors stayed accountable. On the wedding day itself, Amanda and Stephanie were nothing short of amazing. They organized our décor exactly to the vision we shared, managed the timeline to perfection, and made sure both our guests—and us as the bride and groom—were having the best day possible. They even helped pack everything up at the end of the night. From beginning to end, they put us first and did whatever it took to make our day incredible. And their support didn’t stop there. We had a few issues with a vendor after the wedding, and Amanda jumped in immediately and worked with them until everything was resolved. From start to finish, Oh Hello truly went above and beyond. Hiring Natalie as our month-of coordinator was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My only regret is not bringing her on for partial planning, because she was that incredible. I was extremely stressed throughout the planning process, but once we hit that one-month mark, Natalie completely transformed the experience. She consistently checked in when I fell behind on responses, took the lead in every vendor meeting, and offered thoughtful suggestions for our timeline and all the little details that truly matter. She is so sweet, friendly, and unbelievably on top of everything. I think she could sense how stressed I was about timing, and she constantly reassured me throughout the day that we were right on schedule, which I appreciated more than she knows. She followed every direction perfectly when setting up our décor and made sure the entire day ran SO smoothly. At the end of the night all our things were packed, organized and ready to be loaded in the car by my family. Natalie was the best addition to our day, and I am endlessly grateful we found her. 1000/10. Do yourself a favor and hire her! You will not regret it.

Michelle was great at keeping us on track during the planning process and her team made sure everything went flawlessly the day of. She encouraged all of my colors and detail oriented finishes, but also helped us decide which items were higher priority for us. She and her team took such good care of us the night of the wedding - making sure we took time to eat, but also that we never were without a drink! All around great job.

Brooklyn truly made our wedding what it was — we could not have done any of it without her! From the very beginning, she was so easy to communicate with: down-to-earth, organized, and always one step ahead. She even helped connect us with other vendors during the planning process, which was such a huge help. But the real magic happened on the day of the wedding. Brooklyn was everywhere — handling the flowers, the centerpieces, setting up every little detail, and making sure everything ran smoothly. I genuinely don’t know how she did it all while still managing to keep drinks and food in our hands the entire night! She even helped bustle my very complicated wedding dress (I have picture proof!) — somehow figuring it out with total ease when everyone else was stumped. She was so intuitive, always knowing exactly what needed to happen next before we even realized it. Beyond just being amazing at her job, Brooklyn is also incredibly fun and easy to talk to.
