“We took on a lot of planning ourselves, and hired Rina to be our day of coordinator--or really month of coordinator--and out of all of our planning decisions, hiring Rina was one of the best decisions we made. Ahead of our first call, we sent a long document outlining the ideas we had--which she looked through and gave us useful feedback on as we considered what support we needed most. We had some unique ideas for how to do things our own way--and it was also clear from our conversation, that while Rina knows how to do a "textbook" wedding--she also knows how to listen to clients to help them make their unique vision a reality, even if that requires some creative thinking, crafting, or problem solving. When we did our venue walkthrough a month before the event, we sent Rina another long document, floorplan, and schedule the day before--and she once again arrived familiar with all of it. She had crucial suggestions, important questions we hadn't thought of, and proved again she was the right person to help us get prepared for the big day. That pattern repeated once more at rehearsal which was very efficient! The day of our wedding, Rina was punctual, professional, and in expert control running the show we had put together. She had already connected with all of our vendors, reviewed all the decorations we designed and how they set up, and was fully familiar with the timeline. When the inevitable surprises popped up, she was quick to roll with the punches--in a way that kept our plans on track! The entire event was not just beautiful, unique, and exactly the vibe we had envisioned--but it was also EXACTLY ON SCHEDULE, from set up to the paper lantern send off at the end! We are thoroughly impressed, and can't recommend Rina highly enough! She was our not so secret weapon. Let her be yours too! And make no mistake, while we had Rina as our month-of-coordinator--we would have absolutely hired Rina to take on the entire thing if we hadn't enjoyed planning so much (and even then, we couldn't have finished the plans without her input!). I will also say, having planned so much ourselves, it really made it very personal to us that the schedule we made, the decorations we crafted, and the timeline we envisioned were faithfully executed. It was so personal, that I thought it would be hard to hand off our cherished plan to someone else. Who could know it as well as us or care as much? But every conversation with Rina made letting go easy, because it was so clear she was listening to us, and understanding us. There is no one else we would've trusted with our plan except Rina.”

She held our hands through the hard part and then helped us stay on task and organized when our energy and excitement came back. She helped us navigate being out of the country for 3 of the six months prior to the wedding. She already had experience and relationships with most of our vendors, which helped those contracts go more smoothly and meant less management from us was required. She was 100% ready to get behind any project we could come up with — she supported our vision like it was her own. Whenever I asked her to find someone who could bring an idea to life, she always did so quickly and often with options to choose from. Her depth of connections meant that when I needed a new photographer with just six weeks to go, she was able to give me at least ten available and talented options in 24 hours. She is a wedding planner pro. Most importantly, she is just a lot of FUN and FUNNY. We enjoyed spending time with her on our monthly check in calls, at tastings, walk throughs, and finally the weekend of the wedding itself. She met with us multiple times leading up to the wedding, and always came prepared with outlines, itineraries, and details that we would have never thought of! She also is the sweetest and so easy to get along with. Truly felt like we had known her for years. With regards to communication, she was extremely responsive, and always kept us in the loop. As we got closer to the wedding, and things inevitably became more hectic, vendors would email us questions and before I could even think of a response, Renee had already replied and had the situation handled. I can’t tell you the amount of ease and stress relief Renee brought us. The weekend of the wedding, my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her team was quick and efficient and got things done. Our ceremony and reception set up was done exactly the way we had described and even exceeded expectations when we told her to use her creative liberties! “Oh my goodness! Where do I start?! Candice/Signed in Pink Events was INCREDIBLE!!!! Talk about someone who goes above and beyond to bring your wedding day vision to life! I came across (Signed in Pink Events) as a recommendation from a bridal group on social media. After looking at some of her really positive 5 star reviews, I decided to reach out to her. I originally was looking for a day of coordinator when I reached out to Candice, however when I first saw her prices, I realized I could afford the month of coordination services which ended up being a great idea. I hired Candice/Signed in Pink Events over a year before my wedding on December 20th. From the moment I hired her, she IMMEDIATELY, put me at ease. She walked me through all of their services, the process, asked me plenty of questions to get a good feel of what I want and provided a lot of clarity for me. I quickly realized, she knew what she was doing! Candice and her team were hired for “month of coordination” however, Candice made herself available to me for whenever I had a question or needed some advisement. Over the year, she really helped me through the wedding planning process, even when I hired an untrustworthy beauty vendor. With her support and guidance, I was able to quickly get out of that contract and later went on to work with an AMAZING team of beauty vendors that Candice went back to verify. As type A as I am as a person, I truly felt that I could trust Candice’s judgement and knowledge and she NEVER steered me wrong! I was even able to relax a little bit with her supporting me. Candice also handled my wedding decor and I was THRILLED that I went with her. She managed to handle all the vendor stuff AND perfectly execute my husband and I’s decor vision. I checked in Candice at least every couple of weeks just because lol She is such a fun and helpful person, it was very easy to work with her and come to her for my bridal anxiety needs or general questions. By the time we were coming up on the time for her to officially begin her “month of” services, she knew EVERYTHING we wanted, how we wanted it, all of the vendors we were using, who she needed to follow up with, how to she was going to plan out walkthrough, meetings. She had her questions ready for vendors, welcome card for vendors, rehearsal layouts ready…just the whole 9 yards (and then some)! She had everything running like a well oiled machine leading up to the wedding day, and on the wedding day, she handled everything! I can’t tell you how many times she told me “I got you! Don’t worry about anything!” and she meant every word of it! She really had it! All the coordination between vendors, the decor vision, the schedule…it was all so smooth! And she got along with every one of my vendors! And they easily went to her with no issues. The day of my wedding was INCREDIBLE!!! All the decor was PERFECT!!! She went above and beyond!!! I was so excited!!! It was all worth it! She was the absolute best at what she does! No wonder she is an award winning event coordinator. She is an absolutely joy! If ANYONE is looking for a wedding event coordinator look no further! You have found her!!! She is professional, helpful, kind, detail oriented, organized, down to earth but also she is about her business! She and her team will make your vision happen!
