Desiree was our coordinator for our wedding this past June, and we would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a day-of wedding coordinator! Desiree made us feel comfortable and confident from our very first meeting with her via Zoom. She seemed knowledgeable about the wedding planning process and was also just super happy for us which made the year leading up to our wedding feel even more special. She was always responsive when we had questions and she absolutely KILLED it on the actual wedding day. She completely handled setup and even did our dinner tablescapes which turned out more beautiful than we could have imagined. We did have one hiccup where there was a miscommunication and Desiree ended up not making it to our venue walkthrough a few weeks before the wedding, but it turned out fine since she already had familiarity with our venue and because we were able to answer all of the venue's questions ourselves. Anyway, this is just a small portion of what we loved about working with Desiree, but it's safe to say we feel great about our choice of wedding coordinator and would definitely go with Desiree if we had to do it all over again.

Planning a destination wedding in Cairo, Egypt came with its fair share of complexities. We had guests traveling from all over the world and were trying to blend three cultures - Lebanese, Egyptian, and American. In Egypt, most wedding planners focus only on décor and receptions, so I found myself struggling with the schedule and flow of logistics beyond that. There were so many moving parts - the ceremony, the bridal party, the reception - and I didn’t have a planner or a day-of coordinator to help me execute the day smoothly. Alex stepped in and became my anchor. She gathered every detail and built an hour-by-hour plan that carried us through the day, from getting ready to the end of the night. That included the procession of the church ceremony, the musical cues, the reception entrance order, the dj song list order, etc. She helped me create breakout schedules to give to each vendor so they all knew what part of the day mattered for them to take part in. Alex brought so much understanding and cultural awareness to our wedding. She respected the way that weddings are done in Egypt, Lebanon, and America, and helped me blend certain moments from each tradition into our wedding. Every special moment flowed. Courtney was the first wedding vendor I contacted after getting engaged. As a wedding professional, I already knew the value in having a wedding planner, but as a bride I truly understand it. Courtney was there with us from day one of planning. She made the appointments for florals, venues, rentals, and provided suggestions for other categories. She got all the information and quotes for us, making it much easier on our end. She checks in to make sure our tasks are being done and offers any support if needed. Our ceremony was mostly candle-lit. Absolutely romantic, but also aboslutely time consuming to light. Courtney practiced at the rehersal so she knew how long it would take to set up, and then break down to transfer the candles to our reception. Also, pro-tip that I learned, light your candles ahead of time so they'll be easier to light! Day-of, she made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be. My family and in-laws still talk about how much Courtney and her team made the day flow perfectly. I can't thank Courtney enough for helping us execute the best day ever!

Spending time with two such extraordinary role models was the Catullus she needed to become the person she is today and gave her the confidence she needed to start her own business.

My husband and I were so happy with our day-of coordinators, Teri and Mindy. We felt like they went above and beyond our expectations in terms of how well they communicated with us preparing for the wedding. On the day-of, they made sure everything ran smoothly and on schedule (: We did run behind schedule later in the evening (as expected with any wedding, mostly due to some family drama), but they managed to get us caught up because they were very efficient at getting all of the vendors on the same page! We got so many compliments from our wedding party and guests saying the flow events appeared very smooth, and there were very few, minor hiccups, which is a huge accomplishment for a wedding in my eyes! I can honestly say I don't think our wedding day could have gone any better, and it would not have been possible without our coordinators working so hard to make sure everyone knew where to go and what to do. I also greatly appreciated their attention to detail, they set up my decorations exactly how I requested and even provided a checklist of items for me to hand to them at the rehearsal. This was such a lifesaver, we would not have had anything to cut our cake with had they not lended us their knife and server! Cannot recommend Mindy & Co Events enough!

We couldn't have made a better choice in using Heirloom Event Company to help us plan our wedding. She was so supportive throughout the whole planning stage, any questions we had she answered and even after the wedding, answering questions that only come up after the event has happened. Haylie was intentional, thoughtful and she helped us be at ease leading up to the wedding and day of. With family travelling from outside of the country, she made a simple document we could give to them to have all the info needed so they didn't ask us the day of. Haylie went above and beyond to make our wedding day our dream day and we cant thank her enough.

Crystal is calm, efficient, and super personable. We hired her in February ‘25 originally for an Oct ’25 wedding, then pushed it up to a July ’25 wedding. We basically planned an 80 person wedding within less than 6 months and absolutely would not have been able to do this without Crystal. It was a whirlwind and Crystal made things much easier by keeping us on track with tasks, giving us vendor recommendations, and helping research additional vendors when we wanted other catering options. She gives you to-do lists after your calls, has various tracking lists & checklists; it was SO easy to collaborate with her. From a logistics standpoint, our wedding involved a LOT of logistics. Two venues down the street from one another (the latter for the dance party), the main venue required a 'flip' (using the same space for ceremony as the reception), valet, shuttles, separate bar/catering at the 2nd venue... But all of this was executed flawlessly. A few notes- our catering vendor did catch an important rental that was left off of an ever-changing rental order. I am definitely more of a micro-manager/anxious type and that made me a bit nervous. I had the slightest doubt whether or not all these details would be executed on the day of the wedding. Come wedding day, Crystal and the other day-of coordinator/assistant Kristen made sure we kept things on schedule and all goes went as smoothly as a live event goes. Crystal’s prowess came to life on the wedding day and she really took charge. There were a few mishaps but I think they were due to miscommunication; nothing that wasn’t fixed or detracted from the event! Overall, we were happy with the outcome and really appreciated Crystal’s efforts. We would recommend her!

Jesse and her team at Fresh Capsule Vibes LLC are wonderful with communication. Coming from a type A bride, she truly allowed me to be present and feel comfortable during my wedding and leading up to it! Jesse is passionate and fun to work with. Her assistant photographer, Lexi was wonderful and her assistant coordinators were as well. I would absolutely recommend them all, they know what they are doing!! Jesse and her team kept my mind at ease and facilitated the day from start to end. Wonderful team! I would 1000% recommend them. We did the photography, videography, photo booth and month of coordination package. Communication was always prompt, quick to get sneak peaks, and overall my day was PERFECT with their help!

I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! It was truly the best day of our lives and it wouldn’t have been possible without McKenna’s help! I was almost not going to choose Ingrid as a wedding coordinator and that would have been one of my biggest regrets as a bride for my wedding. I actually had already put a small deposit down for another wedding coordinator, but once I met Ingrid, she stole my heart. She was my calm to my storm, my ying to my yang, my Robin to my Batman…etc Ingrid is not only an amazing wedding coordinator, but she is also an amazing wedding officiant. She took our love story and crazy ceremony ideas (such as taking a shot with us along with our guests before we sealed the deal or taping our ring box underneath one of the chairs for a surprise ring bearer) and created the ceremony of our dreams. To hear from multiple guests that it was the best ceremony they attended was the best compliment we could receive because the ceremony is the most important part of a wedding. It was my favorite part of my wedding. Then she can amazingly switch gears from officiant to wedding coordinator and rock that too. She can do it all (literally). I always have other couples tell us that their wedding day goes by very fast and they didn’t really get to enjoy all the little things. However, my husband and I felt like our special day did not go by so fast and we most definitely got to enjoy the little things mainly because Ingrid took care of everything behind the scenes that no one sees. She created an amazing timeline for us, took charge of our vendors, made sure we were right on schedule with everything, was super communicative along the way… the list goes on and on. She is everything you would want in a wedding coordinator. I am very sad I won’t get to work with her anymore unless I get married again lol, but I would recommend her to anyone I know and hopefully get to see her in action again.

If we could give more stars we would, Lily ABSOLUTELY deserves it. She was perfect as our wedding coordinator! Even before we officially hired her, she offered to meet me at the venue while I was visiting from out of state, which immediately showed her thoughtfulness and dedication. Her genuineness is what made me confident she was the right person for the job. Before her services officially started, she was always available to answer questions and offer guidance. We purchased the Champagne Package that included 6 weeks of weekly one-on-one meets. She made the meetings fun and something I genuinely looked forward to — thanks to her, I felt excited about the wedding rather than stressed! When she knew she would be unavailable during trip that overlapped with her scheduled service start time, she proactively started her services early to make sure everything was covered — such an incredible level of professionalism and care. Lily made the entire planning process feel seamless and joyful. Her energy, organization, and support on the wedding day were unmatched, and I truly couldn’t have imagined a better coordinator. She made everything feel effortless, fun, and memorable, and we are so grateful for her! Can't recommend her enough!!!
