Awarded Best of Zola
Ingrid is one of the greatest planners we have had the pleasure of working with in this industry. One of her couples recently used our company, which provides faux floral rentals, to couples looking to save on flowers for their big day. Her responsiveness and impeccable attention to detail truly set her apart from most others in the wedding space, and she does so with such precision and empathy. Timeliness and thoughtfulness are extremely difficult to juggle when it comes to weddings that have so many moving parts, yet Ingrid’s unique capability to execute on both fronts makes her such an asset to work with. Her consistent, on-the-dot responsiveness completely took care of every single question leading up to the event date, and we never had to worry about getting an answer back on anything, which is so rare and deeply appreciated. We worked with Grand Entrance Affairs on a wedding happening on the Queen Mary, which is known to be a logistically more complex venue in terms of setup and weather conditions on the water. Ingrid ensured that all potential hiccups were accounted for long before the event, and has a unique gift for taking care of every single detail and deadline in a way that only someone with profound love and experience can pull off. She has the ability to juggle many different temperaments, extreme time constraints, and a million moving pieces and transforms them all into an unforgettable and beautiful event. She and her team truly embody white glove service and thoughtful attention to detail every step of the way. We will be referring her to all of our clients moving forward.

I cannot say enough good things about LAdigitalPhoto! When I first contacted them to inquire about videography, I got an instant response. Tom answered my millions of questions & sent me photos & videos they had shot at my venue in the past. I felt like a friend, not a customer so I was not hesitant to book. Tom did a great job of building an instant relationship & trust. We kept contact up until the day about details as they unfolded. Brides you know how planning can get the best of you & everything becomes a blur. I totally forgot about having a videographer the day of because everything was chaos until he showed up right on time, of course! We were blessed to get Christian who is an absolute gem! Him & my photographer instantly started working together & they totally clicked, it was awesome. Christian went above & beyond, not to mention he was such a sweetheart. He was an absolute joy to have around all day! He even buttoned up my dress for me because all my girls had nails on & couldn't do it. I would give 5,000 stars if I could! If I ever need videography again, I will never go to anyone else! Thank you, Tom & Christian!

Stephen Tang Photo
Rating: 5.0 (15 reviews)
Pasadena, CA
  • Photographer
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $4,100

While some photographers emphasize their gear or trendy post-processing, I take pride in subject-photographer interaction - the relation I build with clients, picking up on nuances in pose and expression while we shoot, anticipating the viewers' response - because ultimately, that's how photographs that matter to us are created. I'm a native New Yorker who found myself relocating to Los Angeles and making it my home. Wherever you'd like to have your wedding, it would be my pleasure to be your photographer.

Awarded Best of Zola
Stephen is an amazing photographer to work with! From the moment we connected to learn more about his style and craft, we knew he'd be the one to photograph our Golden Age of Hollywood'esque wedding. As we viewed his portfolio, we were immediately drawn to his use of shadows and emboldened colors. He works with so much precision and professionalism from the beginning by asking questions to ensure he knows what you want. For our engagement photos, we wanted portraits that defied the traditional beach settings. Stephen worked with us in capturing Old Hollywood glamour shots that eventually made perfect save-the-dates. He was so meticulous in his planning and execution during our engagement photoshoot that the outcomes exceeded what we'd originally imagined. Our wedding pictures came out fantastic! Stephen made sure to capture items and moments throughout our day that define us. We married at the Cicada Club which lacks natural lighting, so Stephen explored the venue beforehand to know how to set-up the lighting for the wedding. Stephen (and his amazing colleague) not only captured our wedding but also the beauty of the venue. The best moments of our wedding were recorded with so much elegance and care. We can't stress how many compliments we continue to receive from family and friends who reminisce or peruse through our social media posts with pictures. We highly recommend Stephen to anyone looking for elegant results without the exorbitant price tag that others may come with. He was a gem to work with and look forward to hiring him for future events! (As should you!) J&J

You So Fancy Events
Rating: 5.0 (7 reviews)
Pasadena, CA
  • Planner
  • Offers 3 services
  • Starts at $500

I’m Dolores, owner of You So Fancy Events. I specialize in Wedding Coordination (also known as Wedding Management or Day-of Coordination), stepping in during the final stages of planning to make sure everything comes together smoothly. Many couples plan their wedding themselves but want someone experienced to manage the timeline, vendors, and behind-the-scenes details on the wedding day. My role is to organize those moving parts, communicate with your vendors, and keep everything running according to plan so you can be fully present and enjoy the celebration you’ve worked so hard to create.

Awarded Best of Zola
Dolores was my life line! My rock! I would recommend her to anyone with a pulse. I had already so much planned (or so I thought!) and she came in and helped me with everything I was still missing. Her experience in event planning was so reasurring but it was her strength and confidence that made me feel so safe in her handling my wedding. And it allowed me to actually enjoy my wedding! I got to actually enjoy my day with my husband and I felt so secure knowing she was handling my family members, the catering team, my photographer and the DJ seamlessly. I didn't even realize she was down a member of her team because everything was going so smoothly - her execution so perfect that I had no idea she was missing man power. Even the small details, like her ensuring that us newlyweds were fed and had minutes to ourselves before the roar of reception, were some of the most special moments of the evening for me. I am beyond grateful and could not recommend her enough.

Grand Entrance Affairs

  • Officiant
  • Offers 6 ceremony types
  • Starts at $800

Ready to create an unforgettable ceremony for the most important day of your life? I’d be honored to help you with that. As an ordained minister, wedding planner, and copywriter, I offer a unique combination of skills to help me create the perfect custom wedding ceremony—tailor-made for you. I use my interpersonal nature to get to know you as a couple, your love story, and your important must-haves—and my way with words to craft a heartfelt and memorable ceremony that uniquely captures and conveys your essence in front of all your nearest and dearest.

Awarded Best of Zola
Ingrid is not only an amazing wedding coordinator, but she is also an amazing wedding officiant. She took our love story and crazy ceremony ideas (such as taking a shot with us along with our guests before we sealed the deal or taping our ring box underneath one of the chairs for a surprise ring bearer) and created the ceremony of our dreams. To hear from multiple guests that it was the best ceremony they attended was the best compliment we could receive because the ceremony is the most important part of a wedding. It was my favorite part of my wedding. Then she can amazingly switch gears from officiant to wedding coordinator and rock that too. She can do it all (literally). I always have other couples tell us that their wedding day goes by very fast and they didn’t really get to enjoy all the little things. However, my husband and I felt like our special day did not go by so fast and we most definitely got to enjoy the little things mainly because Ingrid took care of everything behind the scenes that no one sees. I am very sad I won’t get to work with her anymore unless I get married again lol, but I would recommend her to anyone I know and hopefully get to see her in action again.

Bloomfield Creamery catered our dessert for our wedding, which consisted of ice cream, frozen vegan dessert, and edible cookie dough. We visited their physical location prior to hiring them, and the ice cream was way too good to pass up. Leila was very communicative when chatting through Zola, and made sure we had everything that we wanted. They showed up on time, and were set up and ready to go right when we needed them. We had a lot of people to serve, and they efficiently moved through the line and made sure everyone had just what they wanted. My wife and I aren't the biggest fans of cake, so Bloomfield Creamery offered a delicious alternative for our wedding dessert.

Little Lily's Kitchen
Rating: 5.0 (5 reviews)
  • Caterer
  • Serves Pasadena, CA

At Little Lily’s Kitchen in Los Angeles, we understand the difference between "custom" and "bespoke". One is choosing bits and pieces of someone else's vision, and the other is actually creating something that is YOUR vision. We start with a blank sheet of paper, and on that, we work with you to create an experience that is all about you and yours. A reflection of the couple. Something to be genuinely excited about sharing with your guests. Our chefs build a completely original menu for you, after an in-depth consultation is completed. The consultation allows us to understand the vision for your guest experience and individual needs.

Kevin, Kari, Brooke & team made our Wedding Reception experience fantastic. We had a very specific vision and they were able to help us execute on it after a round of tasting. The guests loved it as well!

I'm a portrait photographer capturing love & beauty in sunny southern California & beyond. I believe being able to freeze a moment in time to look back on and cherish again is such a beautiful gift. As a kid, my family would host gatherings at home often, and I would pause and blink my eyes really hard trying to take a “photo” in my mind during the fun. Haha :) I never wanted the time spent with loved ones to end. In college, when I tried searching for what I wanted to study and become, I was reminded of those memories - the things that brought great elation, the things that felt like home. I want to capture moments like that for you, too.

I'm incredibly grateful to have chosen Alex Austin Photos! She's not only kind and respectful, but also made my family feel truly special. Her talent for capturing lifelong memories is unparalleled. I'll definitely be returning to her for future photography needs!

The Hendrys
Rating: 5.0 (3 reviews)
Pasadena, CA
  • Photographer
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $5,700

We're Sarah and Darren—nice to meet you! We are LA transplants originally from Scotland and we're been in the wedding photography game for a while (almost 14 years to be exact!). We are not your typical cookie cutter wedding photographers, that is for certain! We go against the usual grain, and that’s exactly how we like it to roll. Normal is boring. Well, for us, at least.

We're actually rating The Hendrys one trillion stars out of five because they are "out of this world" amazing photographers and you should stop reading this review and book them ASAP! If you're still reading though, let us break down our perfect experience with them: They were recommended to us by our venue (Valentine DTLA) and we fell in LOVE with them as soon as we saw their website! Their portfolio and "about me" won us over because we were looking for wedding photographers who could capture the in-between moments, do some fun stylized shots, and be just as fun and goofy as we are! We reached out over the website and heard back from them immediately over email. Their super funny, yet professional personality came through and that got us so excited to work with them! They were also open to us asking as many questions as we wanted (especially when it came to the contract), which made us feel even more comfortable! We then got to meet them over ZOOM where we broke down how the day would go, they asked us what kind of pictures we were looking for, and we just got to know each other. We honestly may have become best friends with them as we couldn't stop talking to them about everything and anything for 2 hours. After that, we knew we were gonna be in the best hands, but we could never have ever imagined how perfect they really would be! When it finally came to the wedding day, The Hendrys went above and beyond! They were extremely professional as they kept us on schedule while experimenting with different types of photos (using a Fish Eye Lens, prisms, neon lights, etc.). They knew how to make everything feel super relaxed and fun and just let us do whatever was natural to us no matter what kind of photo it was. While we were losing it over the fact we just got married, The Hendrys just let us take everything in while politely directing us for photos. When we weren't doing staged photos, they were out of sight, but taking stunning photographs of everything that was happening in between. They were like ninjas as they would disappear and then reappear and grab us for the next shoot! It really was so cool! A few weeks after the wedding, we received our photos in record time and they were the COOLEST PHOTOS EVER (which you can see attached to this review)! We cannot thank The Hendrys enough for their hilarious stories, non-stop professionalism, unwavering kindness & selflessness, and being true magicians with their cameras and artistic vision. We couldn't be more grateful for everything that they did and we feel like the luckiest married couple in the world thanks to them! Now quit reading this review and go be the next luckiest married couple in the world and book The Hendrys! They're worth every single penny! - The D'Elia's

Find us on instagram novem . La for inquiries NOVEM was born out of the union of our marriage. Novem is Latin for November. The month that my wife & I started dating & got married in. My wife is my anchor . She gave me the confidence to start my own dreams instead of making someone else’s . I’ve catered & made dough for many celebrities , artists , & athletes such as the back to back champions the LA Dodgers. Seeing those reactions of how good my dough was received propelled me to get into the business our selves & share our passion with you & your loved ones.

We had Novem come out for a backyard party and it was hands down the best decision we made. The whole setup felt cool and effortless, and the smell of the oven going instantly set the vibe. The pizza was insane. The crust was super airy and light but still crispy. You could tell the dough was made with care. It had that slight chew and flavor that doesn’t taste rushed. Even the simple pies tasted elevated. Our friends kept hovering near the oven waiting for the next one to come out. By the end of the night everyone was asking for their info. It felt fun, relaxed, and honestly way better than traditional catering. Would 100% book again.

DJ Catur

Hello! My hometown of Decatur, GA inspired my DJ name (pronounced: cater). I grew up in the Atlanta area and have been in Los Angeles since 2016. My favorite music genres are Hip Hop + R&B. Although I hail from the South and will always have an affinity to snap and crunk hip hop, I love West coast music, too. I'm fluent in Spanish and know how to spice up a party with some of the more popular Spanish genres, including reggaeton, cumbia, salsa, and Latin pop. I love music, and it brings me great joy to contribute to celebrations and special moments.

We had such an amazing, positive experience with DJCatur! He arrived and departed right on time, and his professionalism showed throughout our event in celebration of our 25th anniversary. Communication wise, he’s very high touch and always responded within one business day. He did an amazing job incorporating the songs and diverse genres we requested, and he really set the perfect vibe and tone we were hoping for. His audience engagement was excellent — both on the mic and through his music choices — and he encouraged everyone, from kids as young as 4 to seniors, to get up and dance. Our guests had a wonderful time, and we couldn’t be happier with his work. Highly recommend DJCatur!"

Gasparian Foto was an exceptional choice for our wedding photographers. From our first interaction, they were always on time, responsive, and incredibly quick to address any questions or requests we had. Their communication style put us at ease and allowed us to fully enjoy our special day. The quality of their work was truly amazing - they have a photojournalistic, editorial style that captured all the candid, genuine moments between my husband and I. At one point, the photographer asked us to simply relax and be present with each other, and he was able to capture some of the most beautiful, natural shots during that time. Gasparian Foto's approach of guiding us through the process, rather than just posing us, resulted in photos that feel so authentic and reflective of our love. We are thrilled with the final product and would highly recommend Him to any couple looking for talented, personable wedding photographers.

Pasadena, CA
  • Florist
  • Starts at $1,500

Atelier is a unique floral boutique based in Pasaedna, CA. We are committed to bringing beautiful, unique floral arrangements to our clientele, focusing on seasonal florals and sustainable installations.

I can’t say enough good things about Emily! She went above and beyond what I had imagined for my wedding florals. From the very start, she was so quick to respond and genuinely cared about every detail. She looked through all my inspo pictures and somehow brought them to life, even better than what I had imagined! I was on a strict budget, but you’d never know it by looking at my flowers. Every arrangement looked like it came straight out of a Pinterest board.. full, elegant, and absolutely stunning. Emily worked pure magic with what I gave her, and I’m still in awe. I’m beyond grateful for her heart, her creativity, and her eye for beauty. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone and everyone. You will not regret trusting Emily with your special day!

Pasadena, CA
  • Bar services & beverages
  • Starts at $1,000

We are a satellite bartending business. As the owner, I have had roughly 10 years of experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry where I first experienced being behind the bar. I fell in love with the industry and am passionate about being behind the bar. I enjoy, not only making drinks, but also connecting with the guests.

Poured Memories was an exceptional bar services provider for our wedding. Their communication was detailed, knowledgeable, and prompt - they answered all of our questions and provided excellent guidance throughout the planning process. The quality of their work was truly outstanding, with a creative and excellent selection of beverages that delighted our guests. On the day of the wedding, the Poured Memories team went above and beyond, providing friendly and attentive service that contributed greatly to the overall experience. We highly recommend Poured Memories for any couple looking for exceptional bar services that will make their special day even more memorable.

Mak's Flowers

I absolutely LOVE being around flowers, and learning how to design and sell arrangements seemed like the best way I could spend more time around them, AND it’s a real treat that I get to share their beauty with others. Floral arrangements are generally considered a luxury because of how expensive they can be and it is important to me to make them more accessible. In addition to floral design services I also offer workshops and DIY flowers, which can be really fun activities for pre-wedding parties!

Makenna did flowers for my wedding and they were so gorgeous, lush, and whimsical. I was drawn to her style because it was a bit more organic than the typically stuffy arrangements one sees and she exceeded all expectations. Makenna has a keen eye for delicate details - the boutonnieres, bouquets and centerpieces were all gorgeous. The flowers are also typically sourced locally and in-season, which I thought was really cool! Additionally, her services were very affordable. I would HIGHLY recommend Mak's Flowers.
