“Have you ever been in a high stress situation and thought yourself man I wish I just had somebody that could read my mind and handle it for me? Well, that is exactly what it feels like to have Connie as your coordinator. I first hired Connie in January 2025 and I was not married until December 31 of 2025 throughout the entire process not only was Connie professional, but she asked so many questions that I had never even thought of. She had numerous family obligations and a very stressful personal life. However, I had no idea any of it was going on because that is how professional she remained on our calls. When it came to wedding set up Connie showed up and knew exactly where everything went. She never asked me a single question unless it was for pertinent information and she truly made my vision come to life. She was kind to all of my family members which I think is so important especially on a day as big as that, and she did everything in a timely, discreet manner. As the bride, I had no idea if something did or did not go right on my wedding day because I never had to deal with it nor was I told about it. Connie truly is a mind reader and was able to make the entire day go smoothly. Hiring Connie is not a want for your wedding day. It is an absolute need. I can sit here a week after I am married and say with a confident face that she is truly the reason why my day was able to go so smooth. “Chime entertainment is an all around amazing vendor for DJ/MCEE, Photo booth, and videography services. Our day was amazing thanks to them! The Photo Booth added such a fun touch to the evening and was definitely a huge hit with all the funny props! It also left us with a full digital album of all of our guests having the time of their lives and was immediately available for us to look at (which came in handy while we waited for our wedding photos to come back). Everyone wont stop talking about how fun/perfect our wedding was and these guys were definitely the reason. Adam D, our main contact, was always quick to respond and always available when it came to answering our questions. Our DJ, George, was incredible, not only keeping the energy high all night but also stepping in to help coordinate the evening. He read the room perfectly, checked in with us throughout, and adapted seamlessly to any changes. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ and MC. Our videographer, Leeland, went above and beyond to capture our day beautifully. He brought such fun energy while also knowing when to step back and let private moments unfold naturally. His balance of presence and discretion made us feel so comfortable, and we’re so grateful he was part of our day. “We worked with Noelle and Lynn for my August 2025 wedding, and I cannot recommend them enough! Noelle did both my hair and makeup, and she went above and beyond. She was originally booked just for makeup for 6 girls, but when I was in a pinch, she graciously accommodated doing hair for 8 of us last minute. She made me feel absolutely beautiful, and my hair and makeup lasted flawlessly through the entire night. They both arrived promptly, were professional yet so easy to get along with, and made everyone in my bridal party feel comfortable and confident. She also did an incredible job working with the space we had, making everything run smoothly without stress. “We had the absolute best experience with SpaceCat! From the planning stages to ease of payments (and willingness to split up payments), to the party itself. We love this band and can't wait to hear them again! The band worked with us to learn songs that were special to us and it made our night so unique. They were able to set up before the party started and we used their speaker services during cocktail hour/dinner. “I honestly thought the vision of an outdoor winter wedding was going to continue to just be a dream. So many people told us we were crazy and “good luck” because why on earth would we get married outside in the cold. It wasn’t until I brought this idea up to the Holly vault, and they immediately said “let’s do it!” The staff at this venue were out there until minutes before the ceremony blowing off snow from the chairs, putting salt down, and cranking the heat lamps. A huge shoutout to my coordinator Sam, and all the staff at this venue who worked their butts off to make this happen for us. Every single coordinator, server, bartender, and staff member at this venue worked so hard to make our day/night so special. We have recieved numerous comments on how impressed our guests were with the service provided and we just couldn’t be more thrilled. You will not regret going with The Holly Vault.”

“The experience so far has been great! We are getting married in July 2022, but are currently planning our wedding from out of state. We knew a great DJ was a must because the music can make or break a reception. The Mike Staff Productions experience is so unique from any other company I contacted. They send you video profiles on available DJs, so you can actually see and hear how the DJ. This was awesome, because we could get a glimpse into how the DJ would make announcements on our wedding day. We were also pleased to hear about their back-up plan. “We hired Gals and Ghouls for both hair and makeup. The makeup was absolutely beautiful! It was exactly what we envisioned, lasted all night, and made everyone feel confident and gorgeous. Meghan was such a joy to have around on the wedding morning and truly helped us all feel our best all day. The hair experience, unfortunately, wasn’t as smooth. I had updated my hairstyle vision right before the trial (from half-up to a full updo) but kept the same boho inspiration — loose curls, braids, and soft crisscrossing texture. The trial missed the mark — the stylist didn’t curl my hair and only crimped the roots for volume, which gave more of an unfinished, 80s-style texture than the soft, romantic look I’d hoped for. It felt so incomplete that I didn’t feel comfortable wearing it out afterward. I shared my concerns with the office after the trial and re-sent my inspo photo before the wedding, but unfortunately, the day-of styling still didn’t align with my vision. The stylist ran behind, seemed a bit scattered, and the overall results leaned messy and poofy rather than textured and polished. My mom’s curls fell out within an hour (despite her sharing beforehand that her hair doesn’t hold curl well), so she had to have it redone and sadly missed me getting into my dress and a few special moments. My sister’s hairstyle also turned out very different from her inspo. Although my mother in law and sister’s styles turned out nicely, across the group all the styles had a similar “poof” shape that wasn’t reflective of what we’d shown. The team was kind, and the makeup was truly flawless, but I do wish the hair had reflected our inspiration more closely and felt cohesive and finished for such a special day.”
