Once you book with us we start helping just not day of. Helping develop timelines, reminders of where we need to be in the process. Reviewing contracts. Day of we are there for set up, clean up, deco, keeping deserts filled, tables clear, timeline on track, keeping bridal party hydrated and fed. Keeping vendors on track. Take the stress off of you. Need errands ran that day we have you covered. We have no time caps.

“Connie & Justine were so incredibly helpful. In the beginning, I was crazy enough to think I may not need a DOC until I had my first phone call with Connie. You think you have everything together but they TRULY do. They do not miss a detail. From the beginning, they schedule your meetings together and give you an outline of what to work on and guide you on the goal timeframe to have certain things done. They give great recommendations when you feel lost or overwhelmed. We had a rehearsal the day before our wedding to set up decor and do a mock ceremony. They were there before us, already setting up decor and getting everything organized. They did great directing everyone & keeping the focus of a large wedding party. I also can’t say how amazing it is that they have decor you can rent for booking with them. That is UNHEARD of with all of the coordinators I looked at. Even the night before the wedding they were able to get last minute details that I had forgotten. The day of, Justine did amazing. She made sure to let you enjoy your day but also check in to make sure everything was running smoothly. I truly did not have a single thing go wrong the day of the wedding. And if something did, I’m sure Justine took care of it without me ever knowing. I also have to say that Connie worked closely with me even while her husband was battling a severe illness in the hospital. That type of dedication is truly admirable and there is no question that I could have had such a great day without them. Thank you ladies!! P.S. “Frank was awesome. From the start, we really enjoyed working with him. He was professional and to the point, yet still personable and fun. He was really organized and his website helped us get ourselves and our day organized, especially his timeline template. He was happy to take all of our requests (we had a few playlists put together) and took requests from our guests. He was extremely attentive during cocktail hour and dinner and checked in multiple times to make sure everybody understood the timeline and was ready for cake cutting, speeches, etc. And not just with us, but with our involved family and friends, too. “I’ve put off writing this review because I didn’t want to do a disservice to the Treasury. To start, the venue is stunning, it made planning so easy for a bride like me who had no idea where to start for decor. The thing that you can’t see in pictures is how incredible the staff is. They were super communicative throughout the entire process. Any questions I had, they would answer within a day or two of me reaching out. They were proactive when a deadline came up, sending a heads up message a few weeks before so even if I had forgotten, I had time to get everything together. Finally, I did not expect their attentiveness on the actual day of our wedding but Hayley and Josh helped make us feel so special the whole day. The discord on wedding Facebook and TikTok is that the venue coordinator is there for the venue and to not expect them to help out day of except for anything venue related. That was not my experience at all, for example, I got sucked into talking to guests while dinner was being served and yet almost an hour after everyone ate, Josh arranged my husbands and my dinner in the private room, and it was freshly cooked and still hot. My wedding day was one of my best days so far, and so much of that can be attributed to the Treasury.”

“Noelle was so sweet, friendly & warm! The makeup & hair were absolutely gorgeous and lasted forever. Weather was 95 degrees, causing my groom to get heat stroke and be hospitalized, missing our reception. But this makeup did not BUDGE regardless of hellish heat & lots of tears lol”

“I cannot say enough amazing things about Julie, our day-of wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond to ensure our day was flawless from start to finish. Communication was seamless, she was incredibly responsive in the weeks leading up to the wedding and totally understood our vision. I had purchased over 400 vases, candles, and fresh roses for the decor, and Julie handled the setup beautifully. She brought everything to life just the way I imagined, elegant, romantic, and perfectly styled. I provided a timeline, but she took full ownership of it and made sure everything ran right on schedule without me having to stress for a second. She also coordinated with vendors, kept everyone in the loop, and managed behind-the-scenes logistics like a total pro. I’m sure there were many things she quietly handled that I’ll never even know about, and that’s exactly what makes a great day-of coordinator so invaluable. On top of all that, she took care of the entire clean-up, which was such a relief at the end of the night. One of the most thoughtful surprises was that she captured so many amazing behind-the-scenes moments throughout the day, she even created videos and shared a whole album of beautiful photos with us. It’s been such a joy to look back on those candid memories that we otherwise wouldn’t have had.
