She went above and beyond as a day of coordinator by having multiple meetings prior to our wedding day to ensure that we thought about every detail to make our day just as we envisioned it. As an out of state couple, Connie and her team were flexible to meet with us based on our busy schedule. Additionally, she perfectly executed her job the day of our wedding by doing all the behind the scenes work that would have caused us stress. She did things like ensure set up/ take down of decorations, coordinated with other vendors to ensure they were ready on time, ensured we had tried all of our hor’durves during cocktail hour while we socialized, and much more. The overall experience was phenomenal and we would highly recommend her team for any size/type of wedding!”

We needed an al a carte service for our wedding reception since we did the ceremony prior and Noah was flexible and helpful in making that happen! They're more than happy to give helpful suggestions to fit your event and take the time to learn about you and what you hope for in a DJ. I really don't think our event would've been the same without them. DJ Fadi was our DJ for the night and he was great! He was so sweet and we had a blast on the dance floor. “We worked with Noelle and Lynn for my August 2025 wedding, and I cannot recommend them enough! Noelle did both my hair and makeup, and she went above and beyond. She was originally booked just for makeup for 6 girls, but when I was in a pinch, she graciously accommodated doing hair for 8 of us last minute. She made me feel absolutely beautiful, and my hair and makeup lasted flawlessly through the entire night. They both arrived promptly, were professional yet so easy to get along with, and made everyone in my bridal party feel comfortable and confident. “Julie's communication was so efficient and perfect for everything we needed. She was reliable and available for any task that we needed of her without question! She took videos for us since we did not hire a videographer, and we just wanted raw and real videos to look back at. She was an amazing coordinator and so kind! “We hired Gals and Ghouls for both hair and makeup. The makeup was absolutely beautiful! It was exactly what we envisioned, lasted all night, and made everyone feel confident and gorgeous. Meghan was such a joy to have around on the wedding morning and truly helped us all feel our best all day. The hair experience, unfortunately, wasn’t as smooth. I had updated my hairstyle vision right before the trial (from half-up to a full updo) but kept the same boho inspiration — loose curls, braids, and soft crisscrossing texture. The trial missed the mark — the stylist didn’t curl my hair and only crimped the roots for volume, which gave more of an unfinished, 80s-style texture than the soft, romantic look I’d hoped for. It felt so incomplete that I didn’t feel comfortable wearing it out afterward. I shared my concerns with the office after the trial and re-sent my inspo photo before the wedding, but unfortunately, the day-of styling still didn’t align with my vision. The stylist ran behind, seemed a bit scattered, and the overall results leaned messy and poofy rather than textured and polished. My mom’s curls fell out within an hour (despite her sharing beforehand that her hair doesn’t hold curl well), so she had to have it redone and sadly missed me getting into my dress and a few special moments. My sister’s hairstyle also turned out very different from her inspo. Although my mother in law and sister’s styles turned out nicely, across the group all the styles had a similar “poof” shape that wasn’t reflective of what we’d shown. The team was kind, and the makeup was truly flawless, but I do wish the hair had reflected our inspiration more closely and felt cohesive and finished for such a special day.”

“We couldn't have asked for a better experience!! From the first day we selected Love Plus One Wedding DJ's, everyone involved was super punctual and really put our dream in motion! We loved that we were able to plan our night with our online planner, then about a week before our reception with talked with DJ Shortstop (Vinny) on the phone and he made sure that he really got a feel for how we wanted everything that night! Not only was DJ Shortstop our DJ that night (and did an AMAZING JOB!!) but when I was super nervous before coming out, he calmed my nerves. I HIGHLY recommend this company, you can tell they have been around for a while and that the DJ's are super happy with their job! Their playlist was out of this world! The DJ also helped us with selecting "must play" songs and gave us tips on how we should roll out some of the songs (dad/daughter dance, etc.). We will definitely use them again!”
