“Connie and Justine were honestly our saving grace!! No task/request was too big or too small for them to help with! They listening, they understood, they perfected everything to make the day perfect!! Connie was the main source of communication — she answered texts and emails very quickly, and was very thorough going through the timeline to make sure everything was PERFECT! We had a lot of vendors coming in and a lot of moving parts that needed to come together for the day to be a success! Connie was able to communicate with them all, reached out to one I hadn’t heard from in a while, and even went above and beyond to call and confirm a few orders even the day before to make sure everything was set! I was able to let go of control, and trust that connie would bring it all to life! The day was perfect!!!! And i cannot thank Beautiful Crazy Coordinator enough for everything!!!!!”

“Noelle is a magician when it comes to hair and makeup! I sent her photos of what I wanted, and she matched them to a tee. I just got married 2 days ago and don’t have all of my photos. But I truly wish I had photos from the end of the night to show you, because even on a sunny 87 degree day, my curls were still in tact, my makeup looked like it had just been applied, and everything was still all around flawless. Seriously Noelle, you are MAGIC. Thank you for everything. You made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day, and you were a ton of fun to work with. I can never thank you enough.”

“We had the pleasure in having SpaceCat at our wedding and could not have been happier with our choice. They were nothing short of spectacular exceeding our expectations. “Venue One Eleven was everything we envisioned and more. The food was AMAZING. We had so many compliments on the food. Highly recommend the salmon & short rib. The venue itself was so spacious & beautiful. It’s pre-decorated which made our lives so much easier and saved us a lot of money in the long run. The courtyard is filled with flowers & was a good place to step away from the dance floor for some fresh air. The stage was perfect for our band & made it feel like we were at a concert! We rented the townhouse about 10 steps across the road from the venue for our wedding parties. It was AMAZING to be so close to the venue for the entire weekend & it is decorated SO cute. It sleeps about 16 guests so our wedding parties didn’t have to worry about driving the night of the wedding & my bridesmaids & I used the top floor to get ready together the morning of. Our coordinator, Alisa, was the biggest blessing we could have asked for. That woman went above and beyond to make our lives as easy as possible. She has worked with many vendors in the area in the past so it made planning the day of timeline much easier for us! Wedding planning can be stressful & expensive, but Alisa managed every stressor & helped to save us money too. We trusted her completely & welcomed any & all of her advice.”

“I cannot say enough amazing things about Julie, our day-of wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond to ensure our day was flawless from start to finish. Communication was seamless, she was incredibly responsive in the weeks leading up to the wedding and totally understood our vision. I had purchased over 400 vases, candles, and fresh roses for the decor, and Julie handled the setup beautifully. She brought everything to life just the way I imagined, elegant, romantic, and perfectly styled. I provided a timeline, but she took full ownership of it and made sure everything ran right on schedule without me having to stress for a second. She also coordinated with vendors, kept everyone in the loop, and managed behind-the-scenes logistics like a total pro. I’m sure there were many things she quietly handled that I’ll never even know about, and that’s exactly what makes a great day-of coordinator so invaluable. On top of all that, she took care of the entire clean-up, which was such a relief at the end of the night. One of the most thoughtful surprises was that she captured so many amazing behind-the-scenes moments throughout the day, she even created videos and shared a whole album of beautiful photos with us. It’s been such a joy to look back on those candid memories that we otherwise wouldn’t have had. A great day-of coordinator brings peace of mind, organization, calm under pressure, and a sense of total trust, and Julie brought all of that and more. “We hired Gals and Ghouls for both hair and makeup. The makeup was absolutely beautiful! It was exactly what we envisioned, lasted all night, and made everyone feel confident and gorgeous. Meghan was such a joy to have around on the wedding morning and truly helped us all feel our best all day. The hair experience, unfortunately, wasn’t as smooth. I had updated my hairstyle vision right before the trial (from half-up to a full updo) but kept the same boho inspiration — loose curls, braids, and soft crisscrossing texture. The trial missed the mark — the stylist didn’t curl my hair and only crimped the roots for volume, which gave more of an unfinished, 80s-style texture than the soft, romantic look I’d hoped for. It felt so incomplete that I didn’t feel comfortable wearing it out afterward. I shared my concerns with the office after the trial and re-sent my inspo photo before the wedding, but unfortunately, the day-of styling still didn’t align with my vision. The stylist ran behind, seemed a bit scattered, and the overall results leaned messy and poofy rather than textured and polished. My mom’s curls fell out within an hour (despite her sharing beforehand that her hair doesn’t hold curl well), so she had to have it redone and sadly missed me getting into my dress and a few special moments. My sister’s hairstyle also turned out very different from her inspo. Although my mother in law and sister’s styles turned out nicely, across the group all the styles had a similar “poof” shape that wasn’t reflective of what we’d shown. The team was kind, and the makeup was truly flawless, but I do wish the hair had reflected our inspiration more closely and felt cohesive and finished for such a special day.”
