Day of we are there for set up, clean up, deco, keeping deserts filled, tables clear, timeline on track, keeping bridal party hydrated and fed. Keeping vendors on track. Take the stress off of you. “All I can say is that my wedding would not have been the same without Connie and Justine. I hired them In February for my wedding that was September 28th and it was honestly the best decision I have ever made. They did way more than just helping the day before and day of my wedding. They contacted vendors for me, they set up my timeline for my wedding day, ran the rehearsal the night before and made sure everything ran smoothly. They had extra decorations that we used at my reception and I forgot to buy table numbers and they had them! They went out and even bought some extra decorations and made me a bouquet for my bouquet toss. If you are thinking about hiring them I would highly recommend it and you will not regret it! “Chime entertainment is an all around amazing vendor for DJ/MCEE, Photo booth, and videography services. Our day was amazing thanks to them! The Photo Booth added such a fun touch to the evening and was definitely a huge hit with all the funny props! It also left us with a full digital album of all of our guests having the time of their lives and was immediately available for us to look at (which came in handy while we waited for our wedding photos to come back). Everyone wont stop talking about how fun/perfect our wedding was and these guys were definitely the reason. Adam D, our main contact, was always quick to respond and always available when it came to answering our questions. Our DJ, George, was incredible, not only keeping the energy high all night but also stepping in to help coordinate the evening. He read the room perfectly, checked in with us throughout, and adapted seamlessly to any changes. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ and MC. Our videographer, Leeland, went above and beyond to capture our day beautifully. He brought such fun energy while also knowing when to step back and let private moments unfold naturally. His balance of presence and discretion made us feel so comfortable, and we’re so grateful he was part of our day. “We recently celebrated our wedding at The Treasury Ballroom on October 3rd, 2025, and even though I work at this facility, there was never a question in my mind — no other venue even came close. The Treasury is truly in a league of its own, and our wedding day exceeded every expectation we had. The food was nothing short of incredible. Chef Kyle went above and beyond, taking extra time to create custom dishes and desserts specifically for our wedding, and our guests are still talking about how amazing everything tasted. From the cocktail hour to dessert, every bite was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. The service staff were equally impressive — attentive, professional, and genuinely kind — constantly going above and beyond to make sure our guests were comfortable and that every detail of the day ran seamlessly. A special thank you to Josh, Kristin and Natalie for helping make the day even more special and for helping with every detail, allowing my husband and I to relax and truly enjoy the day from start to finish. We had an off-property private ceremony, and afterward our guests returned to The Treasury for a small, intimate cocktail hour in the vault for those who attended the ceremony. This ended up being one of our favorite parts of the day. Many of our guests had never seen the bank vault before, and they absolutely loved getting to experience such a unique and historic space. It also gave our guests something special and memorable to enjoy while we finished photos, before the main cocktail hour officially began — it worked out perfectly. The space itself is absolutely breathtaking. The architecture is stunning and elegant, allowing for minimal décor while still feeling grand and timeless. We also took a large portion of our photos inside the vault, which made for the most incredible and unique memories you truly cannot recreate anywhere else. We truly couldn’t have imagined a better place to host our wedding. From the food, to the service, to the one-of-a-kind atmosphere, The Treasury made our day feel incredibly special and completely unforgettable. “We had the absolute best experience with SpaceCat! From the planning stages to ease of payments (and willingness to split up payments), to the party itself. We love this band and can't wait to hear them again! The band worked with us to learn songs that were special to us and it made our night so unique. They were able to set up before the party started and we used their speaker services during cocktail hour/dinner. The band is huge - so many talented artists and musicians and incredible range of vocals. People have not stopped telling us how much fun they had at our wedding. “I highly recommend the Holly Vault for any event you are having! The second me and my husband got into the car after touring all the venues, we knew we were going to have our December wedding there! Working with the Holly Vault team was so easy and they were so communicative and up front about everything throughout the entire process. The venue was incredibly clean and all spaces are beautiful. We had our wedding at Venue One Eleven (our ceremony in the Nova Room and then the reception in the Pavilion). We had so many compliments from our guests on how cool the space is there with the bar being in a separate area, allowing people to talk and hangout without music blaring in their ears! One thing I knew I wanted was to have a bridal suite where I could get ready at and the bridal suites at Venue One Eleven are absolutely perfect and so comfortable to get ready in! Hannah was our day of coordinator and I could go on and on about how great she was. She answered every question we had, hopped on a call when we wanted to talk things out, and really helped bring our vision to life. She made the day run so smoothly and everyone in my bridal party was so impressed with how helpful and kind she was throughout the whole day! I couldn't recommend her enough!! Overall, we had an amazing experience working with the Holly Vault. The food was delicious, the space was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend having an event here to anyone!!!”

“Julie's communication was so efficient and perfect for everything we needed. She was reliable and available for any task that we needed of her without question! She took videos for us since we did not hire a videographer, and we just wanted raw and real videos to look back at. She was an amazing coordinator and so kind! She was so pleasant with our guests and family, she made sure we had everything we needed and also did a lot of work for tearing down our decorations.
