Veronica and Amy did an INCREDIBLE job planning and executing our 3-day, 200-person wedding which included 3 music vendors, 2 floral vendors, 2 officiants, 4 food vendors… you get the picture… I spent the entire weekend without one worry because they took care of EVERYTHING! Everyone says something goes wrong at each wedding… honestly, not one thing went wrong at ours, thanks to Veronica and Amy! During the entire process, I don’t think more than an hour went by before our emails to Veronica were answered, and answered soooo thoroughly and thoughtfully. Veronica and team were prompt, detail oriented, kind and caring. Couldn’t have asked for better people to mange my most important day. Amy even carried fabric scissors with her and saved us when we had to (sadly) cut my dress after the bustle broke. Saved the day. Cannot recommend them enough.

On the day-of, Katie managed set up/clean up, kept us on track, and gave us a general sense of peace. I’m usually a little Type A, but as a bride I felt I could fully chill and enjoy the day with Katie there - we were in good hands. I am so glad that we worked with Lyssa and Modern Sage for their day of coordination services. We started planning our wedding on our own as we had a good idea of what we wanted, but working with Lyssa made the planning process easier as I didn't have to take the time to look up recommendations on things like how much to tip vendors, I could just reach out to Lyssa. We hired Lyssa because we didn't want to have to worry about anything the day of the wedding, but I couldn't imagine how much of a difference having her involved would make. She helped with so many little things during the event that I just didn't have to think twice about anything other than enjoying my wedding and spending time with our guests. From making sure everything was set up for the ceremony and making sure we both always had a drink or whatever else we possibly needed, to saving some of the passed appetizers for us to enjoy and putting together an incredible video for us after the wedding, Lyssa did it all and so much more. From the very beginning, she was incredibly organized and consistently thought of details we never would have considered on our own. Leading up to our November 2025 wedding, we met weekly, and Haylie made sure we had everything in place to create the wedding of our dreams. I first met Dusti in January 2024, and the minute I met her, we clicked and I knew she was the perfect person to plan and execute our Un-Wedded Bliss Bash in October 2024. We sat down for a couple of hours to get to know each other and understand what we were looking for for our celebration. She first helped us locate the perfect venue to host the vibe and vision we wanted. Once that was complete. Dusti went to work to create our vision board that guided all of our choices and decisions to create the perfect evening. She is incredibly talented and creative and we fell in love with the elements she put forth. Then it was on to finding all of the vendors. Dusti has so much experience with so many vendors and she made our selection process smooth and stress free. The vendors she selected with us were perfect and she ensured they provided exactly what we wanted to make our dream come true. If she was ever stressed about anything she never showed it… always as cool and calm as a cucumber! Dusti has great communication skills and always kept me informed of where things stood or what might be needed. And when the big day came….she created the event space that was absolutely stunning! She coordinated all of the vendors, kept them all informed on the run of the show and expertly managed the entire preparation. She is so attentive to details and one step ahead of me.. always. I never had to worry about a thing. I cried when I saw the event space come to life. She and Sam took great care of us that evening, ensuring we had food or anything else we needed. I can’t say enough about her kindness, talent and expertise. All of our guests raved about the entire evening—-and we have Dusti and Indigo Moon Events to thank for that. Not only is she tremendous at what she does, I now call her my friend. I couldn’t imagine having done this without her. There wasn’t a thing I would change!

We could NOT have done our wedding without Janella at Vinella Events. We were looking for a day-of coordinator because we thought it would help us enjoy our day and focus on celebrating with each other and our guests. We had that and more in working with Janella, and I am so thankful she made our wedding day as successful as it was. Janella came recommended to us by our venue, and we first met with her about 4 months before our wedding and went with her 6-week coordination package. We originally just wanted someone to help only for the day of the wedding, but this absolutely was a better deal because she came with us to our venue meetings, helped coordinate our timeline, asked insightful questions for things we never would have even thought of, went through our ceremony with me, and helped me feel SO much more prepared before the wedding through meetings and just being a resource. She helped us run an efficient rehearsal prior to the wedding and coordinated with me so that we would have all of the set-up and items how I wanted them for our wedding day. On the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond in her role. She set up all of our decor, helped facilitate transportation of items, executed the timeline and adapted when things went off time (and importantly, did all of this seamlessly so that myself and the guests didn’t notice), created back-up plans when there were issues with other vendors, coordinated set-up with other vendors, ran to get my lipstick from another room for photos, and too many other things behind the scenes that I didn’t even have to know about because I was able to trust her to tackle them. I had multiple compliments from family members and friends about how organized she was and how kind she was, and she made a 270-person wedding flow seamlessly. She ultimately gave us the ability to just ENJOY the day without having to answer questions or worry about things going on that day. I am so thankful for Janella and would hire her again in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything, Janella!

Wow. Where do we even begin? We could not have asked for a better Day of Coordinator. Brooke was everything we needed and more. At every turn, she was so in tune with the entire event. Any snag or potential bump in the road was immediately dealt with by Brooke flawlessly. She plays the role that anyone can only dream of at their weddings. She goes above and beyond and even helped with planning, organizing, setup, and cleanup. To be clear, the extra duties she did were NOT in her job description but she did them anyways because she wanted everything in our wedding to go perfectly. Specifically, she not only made sure all members of our wedding party and vendors stayed organized, timely, and on task but also made sure all of our guests were confortable and made sure their every need was met. She handed out flip flops we provided to guests when their feet were tired, she helped charge the father of the groom’s phone when the battery was low, and came the day before for our rehearsal so we all knew what to do and where to go. The best part was we didn’t need to ask for these things, she just knew how to help and took initiative. Multiple people at our wedding have commented that they’ve never seen a more smoothly ran wedding. Our parents even told us how kind and helpful she was to them throughout the wedding. Brooke has a true talent at her job. Do what you love and your work will speak for itself. Well it’s clear that Brooke loves what she does because she may have just been one of the best (if not the best) member of our wedding team. When we first talked with Brooke she reiterated that her goal was to make us feel like the bride and groom and she did exactly that. Amber is the best choice you can make for your day. We hired her as a day of coordinator. What we got was so much more. There was so many elements we had no idea about that amber held our hand through and just handled. We thought the florals were the decor. How wrong we were thank goodness we had Amber and her collection of candles to complete our room and make it perfect. In addition she went half with us on the chuppah and built it and kept it for her future brides to rent. Literally, any way amber could make our lives easier or better she did. She took on all the communications with our vendors at the 6 month mark. If something went wrong on our wedding day my husband and I couldn’t tell you. Amber made the day flow so seamlessly. She went so far above to the point where she literally took care of over 50 butterflies that my mom sent to her the week before our wedding for a release. She told me she was ensuring they stayed alive and got them there in their envelops the day of. While also keeping it a secret from everyone. I also told her multiple times when it comes time for my future children’s bar/bat mitzvahs and any other large parties she will have to branch out from weddings because I will trust no one else with those big days but her. Amber is a calming presence and becomes a friend by the time your big day comes along. I could go on forever. I could not recommend her enough. She makes all your crazy wants and desires happen.

Where should I even start? Jelena and her team are the #1 reason my husband and I decided to move forward with our dream wedding, and I can’t begin to thank her enough for that. We chose her full wedding planning service, and she was INCREDIBLE. She is so friendly and easy to work with but will take charge in times of conflict and stress (which is inevitable when you are planning a wedding.) It may be tempting to try and cut costs anywhere you can when planning but I highly recommend not cutting out a planner, she is worth every penny. I met with many planners before I connected with Jelena and after our first zoom call, I knew she was different than the others. She made sure each vendor we selected fit in with our vision and more importantly our budget. She listened and brought our dream to life, even better than we could have imagined. It’s rare to find a planner who is willing to help with any and everything, she even helped me squeeze into my dress and carried my long heavy train in 95-degree weather. Even after our wedding she has kept in touch and made sure we are doing well. Jelena, you were made for this career and are impacting lives in big ways. We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!

I am a professional wedding photographer and found that working with Elizabeth in the capacity of wedding coordinator was overall a great experience! She was very professional and prompt with her communication and her actions on day-of were nothing less than above the bar!! It was my first time working with Liz and I found that she knew the right questions to ask me (as the photographer) and how to make it a great and easy experience for the couple.
