“We hired Steven and his team to do our wedding photos and videography. I really wanted a photographer that could capture the soul of the event, and Steven did exactly that. His photos are full of life, and I shared so many portraits with guests that actually got printed out or posted online. If you're looking for hundreds of photos of your wedding party that look exactly the same and for every planned second to be documented, Steven is not your person. If you're looking to hit the big moments but focus on capturing raw moments with timeless photos to get framed, I couldn't recommend them more. I never thought I would get a wedding video because it always seemed cheesy to me. But after watching examples of his work I fell absolutely in love with his videos. I've honestly had a hard time watching ours because it evokes so much emotion. Steven was collaborative and willing to go with the flow. “We found "Mark Joven Photography" through my fiancé who worked with him before during group trips with his friends. I really liked the photos he took we booked him for our engagement photos and he did NOT disappoint at ALL! “I had a great experience with Jon and would highly recommend his services to others that are looking to hire a photographer for a surprise proposal. I contacted Jon through his website less than three weeks before I was planning to propose. I received a response within a few hours, had a call with him to work out the details within a few days. Jon had great suggestions for my proposal plan and was able to provide example images of other proposals he had captured at various locations. The examples he provided were very helpful in my planning and gave me assurance as to what the final product would look like. Jon contacted me the week of the proposal to confirm final details and was responsive via text the day of. He was prompt and was at the location at the planned time. Initially was hidden in the background allowing the proposal to still feel intimate and private. He captured great pictures of the proposal, and you would have no idea other people were in the area by looking at the final pictures. Jon exceeded expectations in capturing photos after the proposal. He provided clear instructions and the photos turned out great. The photos were made available to us online within hours which made it easy to share with family and friends.
