Schaffer Sound Disc Jockeys is a family owned and operated business. Our founder, Ken Schaffer, started the company in 1977 at the ripe old age of fourteen! He started providing DJ entertainment for grade schools and parties and as he grew older demand for his company’s services soared. Soon, those same students he was playing for in school gymnasiums and cafeterias were getting married and many hired his company to perform at their weddings. Our business started 5 years ago when a local club needed line dance instructors. We loved dancing so much that it just made sense. After making a name for ourselves we had several of our dancers ask us if we did wedding and so it all began. There is nothing we enjoy more than helping a couple make their wedding day unforgettable and stress free. We enjoy keeping the energy up and making every moment count.
