I'm obsessed with Charlene! She was a dream to work with. She brought such professionalism to our hectic event. We were planning a wedding at a personal property, meaning we had to supply every single vendor and she handled everything amazingly. She wrangled the vendors prior to the day of and she helped me keep my cool during the stress of the morning. You can tell she's a pro at this! There were times I felt a little underwater in terms of managing an event I had no experience with, and her demeanor was so calming and she handled any last minute things. She also helped with some post-wedding issues even though she could have wiped her hands and been done with the event day of. I've already told multiple people in her area to book her immediately.

As someone who had an unfortunate experience with a wedding planner scamming me (aka I paid her a deposit and she ghosted me), believe me when I say Breanna is the real deal. I signed her for partial planning services and she did not disappoint. For context, I had no idea what I was doing. I had never attended a wedding and my parents are immigrants who didn’t have the whole American wedding experience, so they had even less of a clue of how it works. I knew I’d miss crucial details and needed someone along the way as I was planning all by myself. Breanna came up with timelines, emailed vendors for me, checked in frequently, and gave me solid guidance whenever I needed advice. I think where she really shined was the day of. So if you’re considering it, at the very least sign her to be your day-of coordinator. I’m an extremely organized person, but on the wedding day I didn’t want to be running around. She was extremely professional and responsible throughout the whole day. Breanna was always one step ahead. I arrived at the church, she was already there waiting having organized the wedding party to walk down the aisle. Bus pulled up at the venue, Breanna was already there clipboard in hand. Reception started, Breanna was already next to me asking about my thoughts on the food and how things were going. Another thing — before I said it, she already did it. For example, I was worried my welcome sign didn’t get set up so I asked her. She pointed at the sign. She had already set it up. I was worried about vendors knowing about a change of location. Breanna had already updated every single one of them via email days ago. I was worried about whether I signed the right vendors. Breanna vetted every single one. And they all nailed it on the day of. Like I cried tears of joy for over my photographer and florist and how phenomenal they were. Hear me out. I’ll be the first to admit I have trust issues and I am the person who is very much like “I’d rather do it myself because I know it will get done and get done well. So I’ll just do it.” But girly pop, you can’t do it all. And you shouldn’t have to. Enjoy this moment. Breanna is the planner you can trust. Believe her when she says she’ll do it. Know she will do well. For the first time, I could close my eyes, take a deep breath, and know I had nothing to worry about.

We had heard of Julie from our Caterer - he had recommended her to us. And we are SO GLAD he did. She was a Rockstar on our wedding day. She helped set up our venue and coordinate our vendors on the day-of so we did not have to lift a finger. She had been super communicative with us before the wedding so she knew what was our vision. And it was truly a dream come true. Julie had helped the caterers set up almost everything! She worked with them to set up the ceremony (which was beautiful). She set up our archway and put down the decorations with the florist. Then she transferred our arch to the sweetheart table! There were so many details that she helped set up from our tablescapes to the audio guest book to the table and guest cards. She did it all! She also was super helpful and communicated with us on the timeline, helped organize our line-up for the ceremony, made sure we had food and drink during dinner, coordinated with our bus driver, and cleaned up everything at the end of the night for us to pick up in the morning. We would highly recommend Julie for anyone who needs a Day-of Coordinator!

Booking Cassie to be my wedding coordinator three months out to my wedding day was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! I really thought I did not want or need a planner/coordinator, but having Cassie there really allowed me to enjoy my wedding. Cassie was diligent, organized, responsive, and patient. Cassie was so on top of every detail and knew all my vendors’ contracts inside and out! I had done lots of research online to make sure I knew every detail going into the wedding planning process, but there were some things I would not have known and Cassie was able to guide me through. For example, one of my vendors insisted an additional hour of rental time needed to be added to the wedding day (that would have cost me hundreds of dollars) and Cassie advocated for me, citing their contract, that it was not necessary. Cassie was also available to help make decisions regarding decor, helping me decide on pieces that best suited and enhanced the venue. I explained my vision of romantic candles everywhere throughout the event. Cassie and I worked together to shape where everything would go to create the seamless look. Cassie (and her assistant Cammie) made everything look stunning on the wedding day - and expertly packed up everything at the end of the night for us. I thought I could have my sister or family friend be in charge of so many of these tasks, but it was *so nice* delegating this out to a professional so that everyone could enjoy the day. Working with Anna at Hunt Creative Events was an absolute dream from start to finish. I interviewed multiple planners but after our call I knew that she was the one to help bring our dream wedding weekend to life. She planned multiple events for our wedding weekend and executed every single one flawlessly. Each design she created perfectly reflected our vision—from the color palettes and linens to the smallest details, everything felt cohesive, elegant, and personal. What really stood out was how well Anna knows her vendors! Her relationships and expertise made every decision smoother, and she guided us toward choices that were both beautiful and practical. Despite searching high and low for vendors myself, Anna somehow always knew the perfect vendor I didn’t find that fit everything we were looking for. My husband and I planned a very big wedding in a very short time frame. It was not an easy feat at all, and Mailyse did a phenomenal job. She was a God sent! We took a chance on her as ours was the first wedding she had planned in Charleston (even though she had extensive wedding planning experience in the Northeast). She planned the most incredible, detail oriented wedding. I had so many compliments on how well the wedding was planned and that people were impressed by how well we paid attention to every little detail. Mailyse’s attention to detail and organization was admirable. I trusted her suggestions with every decision from design to budget to everything in between. When I spilled steak sauce all over my dress, Mailyse was there in a second with fabric wipes. When I started to feel indigestion after dinner, Mailyse had tums ready for me. When one of my bridesmaids dresses didn’t fit the morning of the wedding, Mailyse was there to offer a creative solution. She paid attention to everything that was important to my husband and I, like making sure we maximized our time on the dance floor. She structured our wedding day schedule to accommodate our wishes and found flexible ways to do that when the dinner came out slower than we had anticipated. Our wedding was the best day of my life and there’s no way I could have made that happen without Mailyse! I would recommend her to anyone with glowing reviews. I could not have asked for a smoother wedding day. When we first decided to have our ceremony and reception at two separate locations, and eventually realized we would be working with around ten different vendors, I didn’t fully understand how essential an experienced day-of coordinator would be until late in the planning process. Looking back, I’m so grateful I had the foresight to book with MB Events. I worked with Caroline, and she was truly my rock on our wedding day. She communicated clearly and consistently and brought such a calm, genuine presence that immediately put me at ease. We had a few last-minute changes with some guests who were unable to attend while another one was added at the last minute. Caroline handled everything by coordinated directly with the venue to remove chairs and add name cards without needing any prompting from me. I was extremely stressed leading up to the wedding, but in hindsight, I really didn’t need to be. Caroline had everything completely under control! We met four times before the wedding: an initial Zoom meeting, another Zoom call about three months out to review the timeline and vendors, a venue walkthrough, and the rehearsal. She was incredibly detail-oriented and always thoughtful in her approach. It was so helpful to have a professional to bounce ideas off of, and she often raised considerations I hadn’t even thought of. I truly felt like she was my safety net throughout the process. Caroline planned everything down to the minute while remaining flexible and when changes came up. I never once felt rushed, and I appreciated how down-to-earth and approachable she was. Our wedding day came together so well, and I genuinely believe MB Events was the cornerstone that made it all happen.

Sarah was a clear standout from all the planners we met. My initial impression of her was that she was warm, kind, and professional. She didn’t expect us to have every detail figured out and was incredibly welcoming from our very first conversation. We hired Sarah as a full-time planner, and she was always available to text, email, or chat about anything and everything. I still wanted some independence when it came to design choices, and she was very respectful of that. She is extremely organized and always came prepared—asking the best questions during vendor meetings. She also served as the main point of contact for all our vendors, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Since we’re currently out of state but wanted our wedding in Massachusetts, Sarah went above and beyond for us. She visited all the venues we were interested in and sent us videos so we could make informed decisions from afar. I met Sarah in person for the first time on our wedding day, and immediately noticed how sweet and endearing she truly is. Wei Yuh was hired for the task of organizing a lovely and elegant Victorian Romance themed wedding rehearsal dinner at the Omni Parker Hotel on October 24, 2025. Following the dinner, a private Ghost Tour of Boston also took place for the wedding party, and the timing for these events was crucial. She did so professionally, with good communication with myself, the hotel staff, and the florist. From lace table runners to floating candles, everything was perfect when we arrived. Wei Yuh also communicated well with our guests concerning the day’s itinerary, suggestions for appropriate dress (since the ghost tour could be a bit chilly), and handled special needs requests with ease. She took charge of scheduling gift presentations and toasts between courses, tweaking them as needed to meet our schedule. I couldn't be happier with her services and I appreciate the work she put forth to make this event a very special evening!
