We do not have a fixed minimum. Each proposal is customized based on your guest count, service style, and overall event needs. A casual food cart reception will require a different staffing plan than a plated dinner or full bar experience, and we’ll guide you toward the right team size to ensure smooth flow.

Do you offer help with rentals?

Yes. We offer in-house service rentals including bar equipment, buffet equipment, food warmers, beverage dispensers, and select consumables such as ice and bar garnishes. For full place settings, linens, and larger rental needs, we coordinate with trusted local rental partners. If we manage those rentals on your behalf, a 15% coordination fee is added to the rental invoice to cover handling and logistics oversight.

We are based in the Portland Metro area and serve weddings throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington. We frequently work in the Columbia Gorge, Willamette Valley wine country, coastal venues, and the greater Vancouver/Ridgefield/Stevenson area. Travel fees may apply depending on distance and event logistics.

Yes. Our team can professionally cut and serve your provided cake either buffet-style or individually plated and presented to guests.

Do you provide any food?

We do not prepare food, which allows you the flexibility to choose your favorite caterer, restaurant, food cart, or private chef. Our role is to professionally prepare, present, and serve your selected cuisine so it feels cohesive, elevated, and seamlessly executed. For bar service, we can provide garnishes, mixers, and select bar consumables as needed.
