Is the reservation fee/deposit refundable?

The deposit is non-refunda ble or tra nsfera ble in the event of cancellation, it being the agreed loss suffered by the photographer due to ca ncella tion. Cancellation less than 12 weeks before the date of the event will require payment in full

How do you accept payment?

Payment is accepted in either Wire-Transfer, Check, Cash or Credit-Card (Credit cards includes a 3%fee)

What do we do if it’s raining on our wedding day or engagement session?

Accepted Answer

Incase of rain, we can always reschedule or decide on an indoor space. Unfortunately with weddings, we wouldn’t be able to reschedule. However with some pla nning we ca n use the rain to our advantage and create beautiful photographs.

Question 4

How many images can we expect from our engagement or wedding?

Accepted Answer

Typicallythe clientwillreceiveabout125 images for their engagement session. As for their wedding, the espresso package provides 700-1000 photos and with the cortado/cappuccino package the client is provided with 1000-1400 photos.

Do you post everything you shoot online?

Accepted Answer

We try to post as ma ny as possible, however our main focus is providing a smooth reliable service and delivering photos on time.

Question 6

Do we need a second shooter?

Accepted Answer

A second shooter isn’t required if the bride and groom are getting ready at the same location and have less than a 100 guest. However I always recommend a second photographer if the bride and groom are getting ready at separate locations or have more than 100 guests attending their wedding.

Do your prices include tax?

Yes, the tax is already included in the price.

Does it cost to have you travel to our wedding? How much?

Accepted Answer

There is no cha rge to travel in the NYC a rea, although parking garages are covered by client. As for other areas, the client covers travel and board.

What do you shoot with and are you insured?

Accepted Answer

MyteamandIaresuckersforCanonLseries gear! Our arsenal consists two 5DIV bodies, equipped with a 14mm, 24mm, 35mm, 50mm, 85mm. 100mm, 24-70mm and 70-200mm along with 4 canon ex600 flashes. As for insurance, we’ve been with hiscox the last 6 years.

How do we pick photo locations?

One of my biggest engagement session tips when considering locations is not to think too much about what landmarks you want in the background. In many cases I can make something work but I wouldn’t wa nt tha t to be your prima ry reason to choose a spot. Instead of a single backdrop, think about the location in terms of an environment or atmosphere.

Can we order prints of your images or does that cost extra?

We deliver all the photos in both small a nd large formats. The small format photos are great for social media and 4x6 prints. The large format photos are great for anything larger than 4x6. If interested in high/custom quality printing, we always recommend clients to reach out to us.

Question 12

Can I have unedited versions of the photos or the RAWs?

Accepted Answer

My photos represent my bra nd. I have worked hard to get where I am and to establish my brand. My photos represent a part of that. If I give Raw files anyone can edit them and say that it was me. They have the base beginning image, with all my metada ta. The photos we take with digital cameras now are supposed to be edited.

Can we bring our dog? Can we bring props?

Leave ’em a t home. Okay, some people really like tha t stuff a nd ma ny photographers will encourage it. I’m just not one of them. Again, I operate under a philosophy of keeping it simple. Having to worry a bout ca rrying a n extra bag of stuff around during the shoot can be a bit of an inconvenience since you’ll constantly have to keep an eye on it and figure out where to put it when we shoot.

How long until we get to see our photos?

Accepted Answer

Engagement photos are delivered within three to four weeks and wedding photos are delivered within 4-5weeks. However, I will send you a few preview photos of your engagement session and about 150photos of your wedding wishing the next 5-6days.

Question 15

Does the photographer retain the copyright to the images? Does that mean we can’t share them?

Accepted Answer

he entire copyright in the photographs is reta ined by the photographer a t a ny time throughout the world. Copyrights belong and are transferred to the client. When the photographs are delivered via online gallery to the client as part of their wedding collection, these photographs may be printed, and displayed online, for personal or commercial use.
