Well in advance of our big day, Natalie checked in multiple times to see if we had any questions and was always super responsive in general. Leading up to the wedding she was communicative and PATIENT with us. Day-of, Natalie and her team were better than they had even prepared me for. I cannot say enough about them. Natalie, Stephanie and Casey are spectacular humans that happen to be spectacular at what they do. They were there early, worked with a very tight schedule and an array of unique requests, made sure I ate and had drinks, and removed the cat temporary tattoos I (irresponsibly lol) put on my face for pictures and (AND VIDEO). Natalie, thank you for providing the best experience from day one and thank you for the photos you have given us, they mean more to us than you know and you are just wonderful. Stephanie, thank you for constantly being on the lookout. You took fantastic care of me and helped me find my things, keep my dress safe and made me feel truly special. I do not say that lightly or as an over exaggeration either. First, Karina is genuinely invested in you, not just as a customer, but as a person and as a couple. She sits down to get to know both you and your partner, as well as your wedding vibes, your family, and everything else that you didn’t even know to think of. I was stressed about so many things leading up to the wedding, but Karina was one thing that I could say “I know she’s got this. I don’t need to stress about photos.” Day of the wedding, I could not ask for anyone better. My wedding party can be a lot, but Karina knew exactly how to take charge and get the best photos. She helped to gently but firmly ensure that people stuck to the schedule we came up with. My husband, Noah (who normally does not like taking pictures), said that taking our couple photos was one of his favorite parts because of how relaxing and fun of an experience Karina made it. Post wedding, the sneak peak pictures we got (insanely fast btw) were incredible, but they were the tip of the iceberg. Karina’s reveal is one of the best parts about hiring her! You get to sit and see all of the photos together and reminisce about the incredible day. She helps you go through page by page to make your wedding album and pick custom artwork if that’s what you chose to do. She even makes cookies! (She is very multitalented.) I seriously cannot recommend her enough. During this whole process, we had some outside issues that she had nothing to do with, but she still helped accommodate us immediately. I will forever be grateful that I chose her business. When we look back on the most special day of our lives, these are the pictures we will be looking back on.
