When I tell you Mountain View Ranch was the best experience a bride could ask for, I say this without hyperbole. I just got married 05/04/25 and the entire experience was so smooth I felt like I had no thoughts on my wedding day. Alex Hubbart was my wedding coordinator and she SLAYED all my wedding planning, day of coordinating, and anything else. I literally, LITERALLY could not have asked for a better coordinator. I had no idea what I wanted and she was so patient and helpful the entire time. Caryn was my banquet captain and if you can you should request her. The whole night went perfect. Aiden was our server and he was so sweet and professional. Kevin and Nate killed it. Our food was perfect. And Christie and Carrie were our bar tenders. They made me a custom drink from my grad school days helped me perfect it. I was pumped. Nate the DJ was a crowd favorite. I got the best feedback about how good he was from my guests. If I got married again, I’d do it at Mountain View ranch and I would pick the same team. Especially Alex. Do yourself a favor and book her as your coordinator before someone else snaps her up. The venue itself is beautiful and all the vendors worked so well with the venue. Imagine because they are familiar with the trip and timeline. If you want a low stress, mountain wedding with stunning views? This is the place.

Your wedding day, one of the happiest and most important days of your life, should be nothing short of perfection. Simple yet elegant, romantic and magical - your celebration at The Manor House will be everything you have always dreamed of. The six acres of the mansion are exclusively yours to enjoy on your wedding day. Whether it be an outdoor ceremony against the dramatic backdrop of Dry Creek Canyon or an intimate gathering near one of our cozy fireplaces, The Manor House is sure to have something that will suit your needs.

Awarded Best of Zola
Our ceremony and reception were at the Manor House on November 30, 2025. We valued the flexibility to have our ceremony indoors or outdoors. Although our dream scenario was to be outside with the epic views and vistas, the weather did not cooperate, and we had to move inside. But, the good news is that you can do that -- no problem -- and, it was seamless and arguably just as uniquely romantic and memorable. Manor House guides you through the entire process and provides coordinator services as part of your package. We met with several different folks as we progressed from planning to the wedding itself, and everyone was professional and knowledgeable. That said, Katie was our coordinator, and she did a wonderful job guiding us to make well-informed decisions that truly delivered our vision for a perfect day we "heart" Katie.  I've lived in the area for 13 years, and I had no idea this place existed. What a shame. It's a hidden treasure. Go visit. Meet the staff. Attend a tasting. If you want a classy, elevated experience that is right here in metro-Denver but feels like you somehow transported to a place like the Stanley in Estes, Manor House is the place for you!

This is SUCH a hidden gem of a venue! Having the full weekend to spend with our friends and family was such a gift and Idlewild was perfect for that. So many guests came from out of state and were super impressed with the whole area and the beauty of the venue in particular. They also loved that they could really see how "personalized to us" we got to make the wedding, thanks to the flexibility of Idlewild. One of our favorite parts was that we got to have the ceremony in a spot that they hadn't held one before, but were completely up for making it work. It was a clearing in the forest, nestled by trees and with the perfect afternoon light. The barn is beautiful, but we really wanted to have cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing all outside as well and they were happy to make that work too! That was really important to us and we were so glad to pull it off. This venue is great for a couple who is creative and wants to truly make it their own, OR for the minimalistic couple who wants to let their natural surroundings do most of the talking. Definitely go check it out and get in before it gets better well-known and books out several years in advance

Pikes Peak Ranch was the perfect venue for our Colorado dream wedding. The ceremony area and reception venue are gorgeous. All of our guests kept saying how they want to come back just for the views! The natural beauty and location is what drew us to the venue but the team is what made our wedding amazing. It was like having friends open up their home for your wedding. Throughout planning, responses were quick and thoughtful. They helped us find amazing vendors, gave us guidance on how best to use the space, and were ready to talk through every detail no matter how small. If possible, I highly recommend staying at the ranch. It was so nice to be onsite for the whole weekend and the cabins are lovely.

Kodie is such a gem of a human being and I am so blessed that I got to work with her, she made my whole wedding experience and wedding day absolutely perfect!!! My (now) husband and I are from MN and we wanted to get married in CO and have a small wedding. At the beginning of my wedding planning I found Kodie when she had posted in groups about her mobile bar business K-Bar, in a CO wedding group on Facebook. I went to her website to check out the bars and such because they looked adorable. While I was looking around the website I found that they had recently began to offer micro weddings at their home/land near Guffey CO that couples can make their own day! So I sent a message and Kodie sent me more information and it was an immediate yes!! We booked and got everything going! Kodie responded to emails and texts in a timely manner and we spoke on the phone many times. She is so nice and took time to go over options, give recommendations, and walk me through everything. She coordinated and put everything together for us! We had a big beautiful white tent with sides that we could open or close (in case of weather) with cafe lights, portapotty, yard games, tables and chairs, beverages, and food!! We had a personal pizza party & a nonalcoholic beverage station! Everyone made their own pizza and Kodie cooked it in a wood fire grill! She had so many topping options for people and it was a HUGE hit!! We got to pick an alcoholic beverage package and what bar we wanted (we went with Johnnie Cash)! Chris was a fabulous bartender and he was so fun to chat with! Kodie had so many fun options, decor, and details!! We have nothing but good things to say about our day and there is not a single thing that we would have changed!! I kid you not, we received compliments from every guest and had multiple people tell us that it was the BEST wedding they have ever been to!! Everything was exactly what I had dreamed of and working with K-Bar was really what made it so great! Not to mention the gorgeous views and their donkeys! When we come back to CO for vacations in the future, I will for sure be reaching out to Kodie to meet up because her and Mitch feel like family now! XO-The Utsch’s!

Our wedding at Craftwood Peak by Wedgewood Weddings was something out of a fairytale. We are from Kansas and always dreamed of a Colorado wedding, and this adorable, yet enchanting venue in Manitou Springs was better than anything we could’ve imagined. Their coordinating team was excellent help when it came to planning a destination wedding. It was the most beautiful day, and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing thanks to the fabulous event coordination team. Our event coordinator, Violet, truly made sure that everything was taken care of and we loved working with her from the second we met her. She is such a kind, and caring person and genuinely a joy to work with. Our Captains, Jenny and Israel, were a tremendous help to us throughout the night and allowed us to enjoy the night thoroughly. They were a very calm presence and we really appreciated them being there. Our server, Landon, was an absolute delight and always made sure we had everything we needed and more. He was very kind, attentive, and always made sure we had something to drink - alcohol or water! Our bartender, Tyler, was a delight and kept our guests happy throughout the night, and served everyone with a great attitude. We greatly appreciate him! Our chefs, Tristan and John, knocked it out of the park with all of the AMAZING food. It was one of the most talked about things at our wedding as everyone was very pleased with their food. Many people told us it was the best wedding food they ever had, and we certainly agree! As a couple who works in the restaurant business, we know how under appreciated the role of dishwasher is. We want to thank Patrick for being there to wash dishes throughout the night - we noticed your hard work as there was about 60 people in attendance and there were no dirty dishes lying around at all. Last, but certainly not least, our DJ for the night, DJ Fritz, was THE life of the party. We got several compliments from our guests on how fun DJ Fritz was and we agree! It was truly a pleasure to work with him! We would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone wanting a Colorado wedding - even for someone who wanted a fall wedding, the venue was so beautiful in late August. Honorable mentions to Dawn’s Floral Creations for helping us make our wedding day so beautiful, to Sugarplum Cake Shoppe for the delicious and beautiful desserts, and also to Summer with Tina Joiner Photography for capturing some of the best photos we’ve ever had taken in our lives! Our wedding was the best day of our lives (so far) and we are so happy to recommend this venue to anyone interested!

We got married in the loft in Nov. 2023 and it was perfect. We had our reception in the Grand Hall. It looked exactly as I had hoped.

Black Forest By Wedgewood Weddings was a beautiful, romantic, and nature-inspired venue for our wedding. While their communication style was not always the easiest, with a 6/10 rating, their incredible planning staff, kitchen crew, and bar staff more than made up for it. They were super professional and really wanted to make our special day exactly how we envisioned it. The venue itself was stunning, with a lovely natural setting that felt intimate and special. WOW. Cannot say enough about how special this venue is. The massive mountain vistas, wide open spaces, fresh air and coziness; this place has is magical. If you are looking for a venue to escape to the mountains and craft a purposeful weekend full of your favorite people in a rustic, outdoor paradise, you've found it. We got married in mid July on the ranch and had the full weekend to enjoy time with loved ones. From the very beginning, Allison was flexible and genuinely wanted to know how to help make our day a success. This is not your traditional cookie-cutter venue and is such an exceptional place to really make your wedding YOURS. All of the basics are there but none of the frilly bells and whistles we didn't need. The property is massive and so picturesque with sweeping plains and big mountains all around. The space is so accommodating for whatever you want to dream up for your special day and perhaps most unique of all, it can be rented for an entire weekend as a place to stay and celebrate with those you love so you don't need to try to squeeze everything into a single evening. We had a relaxed welcome event with a taco truck, beers and yard games on Friday night as an excuse to spend some extra time with out of town guests. As it cooled down, everyone gathered around the firepits trading stories. The night before really took pressure off of the wedding day and the meadow within the ranch was so perfect. There is even a saloon with a whole selection of games (ping-pong, cornhole, horseshoes) already there to enjoy. This also served as a fabulous indoor space for 15 minutes right after our ceremony on Saturday when we had a quick afternoon thunderstorm roll through. The barn was cozy and a perfect space for dancing during the reception. We danced until 2 am and although our vendors all trickled out when their roles were done, there was no cut-off time at the venue itself so we were able to dance all night long. This is incredibly unique. Very few venues allow this. We fell in love with the views first but truly could not have imagined a more fabulous, relaxed space for our celebration. Thank you Guyton Ranch! It will forever be a special place in our hearts.

The Oaks was our dream venue and we knew it from the begining. We toured in August 2023 and wanted October 2024- if you know anything about The Oaks you know that was wishful thinking, they were booked that entire year so we waited until May 25, 2025 and it was worth the wait! It's the most beautiful venue I have ever been to (and I used to work in wedding planning so I have seen many venues). Anna was our coordinator and who we worked with throughout the entire process, and she is an absolute dream. She is patient, and so kind. She also was so helpful keeping me on track and answering all of my questions. I will rave about Anna until the end of time! I also love the tasting party that they have, it adds a little something extra to the planning process and is just such a fun night! On the day of, they take such great care of the wedding parties and you genuinely feel like the venue is made for you. From start to finish, every step was amazing with The Oaks! We wish we could do it all over again at The Oaks!

Their team was kind and patient and organized, their partnership with A Touch of Bliss was so helpful, and their on-site caretaker was awesome! The location is conveniently close to Denver for our guests who didn’t want to stay in the mountains, but it was also high enough that we got to enjoy the mountain vibes we very much wanted at our wedding. Their communication was always prompt, helpful, and friendly, putting us at ease every step of the way. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views that provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. The quality of their work and attention to detail ensured that our wedding went off without a hitch, and many of our guests commented on how stunning the space was. Of special note, we had many sober guests and they allowed us to supply La Croix for them (which Arrowhead doesn’t normally stock). This was very kind of them to do and allowed our guests who were not drinking to be comfortable at our wedding.
