She was passionate, thorough, thoughtful, committed, and organized throughout the entire process. On our wedding day, Arin ensured everything went smoothly - she expertly organized everyone for the ceremony, coordinated our ceremony music, kept us on our timeline, and went above and beyond to alleviate our stress and ensure we had an incredible time. She even calmed down our officiant (a family member) who had some last minute nerves! Arin has an incredibly calm and thoughtful presence, and I cannot recommend her and A.L.M. Events enough.

Lindsay with Mostest was AMAZING! She helped us tremendously when the event planner for the Charleston Princess quit just a few weeks before my daughter’s wedding. There were many obstacles to navigate including not being able to board the vessel to set up and decorate until 2 hours before guests would begin boarding. Lindsay single handedly transported a car load of personalized details, decorations, party favors, bar items, extra linens, numerous picture frames and a huge Charleston Harbor nautical chart that served as the guest book. She had to take several trips from her car down a very long pier to get to the boat and set it all up in such a short time span. She managed it all beautifully! The timeline she created was amazing and we were actually a bit ahead of schedule prior to the ceremony. This gave us all some time to relax while sweet Lindsay was preparing for all of our guests to arrive. After the reception, Lindsay stayed on board and began packing up all of our special items carefully. We returned to the vessel after sending the bride and groom off, to find that she had managed to pack most of our items without our help. I can’t say enough about all that she did for us, especially with all of the hiccups and stresses we faced the last few weeks. She handled everything with such grace and poise! This MOB was quite stressed with the adversity we were facing that was out of our control and Lindsay smoothed everything out!! I can’t say enough about her!! My wedding was this past weekend, and I still want to shout Amanda's praises from every rooftop! Hire her now! We had a complex wedding design: a full three-night, four-day weekend with several different spaces and layouts involved, and different guest lists for each day. Amanda handled everything masterfully. Every detail was exactly as we imagined (and more!), and she was a true joy to work with. My mother and I have different working styles and visions, and somehow Amanda found a way to meet both of our needs at each turn and help us avoid any conflict with one another. Amanda is highly detail-oriented and has a way of handling so many things "behind the scenes" and well in advance of the wedding - including crafting much of the decor and guest gifts weeks in advance, then personally transporting them to the wedding. It was efforts like this that really set her apart from other planners -- measurably reducing our stress each moment and taking things off our very full plates. We will genuinely miss speaking and working with Amanda. Our only regret was not hiring her sooner - she joined us after we had personally booked our venue and a handful of vendors, but having her with us earlier would have only enhanced our planning process.

If you want someone who is going to take care of every detail before you can even think to ask about them, she's your girl. From our first call, my husband and I knew we would be working with her. She has such a calming demeanor but she's also incredibly resourceful and uses her knowledge and abilities to the max. Having no family in the area, I really had to lean on her for a lot more than I thought I might, especially when I was having issues with my wedding dress. She even came with me to pick it up the first time!! Greta has so many connections and really knows her stuff when it comes to weddings. She'll be real with you about what's possible within your budget and she really helped us stay within ours - she has a great system that she provides you access to. For context, I had already booked most of the major elements of my wedding, but with the amount of DIY involved, I realized it would likely be overwhelming for me—and for my family and friends—to manage everything on the day. I somewhat hesitantly started reaching out to coordinators, and often found that others would jump straight into telling me everything they would do, without really understanding what I needed. Carrie was completely different. She asked thoughtful questions about what I wanted the day to feel like and what kind of experience I wanted for my guests. I truly felt she was focused on understanding my vision and bringing it to life in a way that worked for me. From there, she went above and beyond at every step. She consistently reached out first to check on progress, and I was honestly amazed at how quickly she responded to texts and emails—even when I worried I might be asking too much. Without me prompting, she would often mention that she had already checked in with vendors and completed multiple confirmations, which gave me so much peace of mind. We ran into a few communication hiccups with our venue, and Carrie stepped in seamlessly and handled everything—I didn’t have to lift a finger. Even though we’re both based in the city and the venue was about 1.5–2 hours away, she insisted on doing a site visit as part of her services, which meant so much. On the wedding day itself, there were zero hiccups. My family, friends, my husband, and I were all able to be fully present and enjoy every moment without worrying about logistics. I had planned many of the décor details and left some extra elements in Carrie’s hands to use as she saw fit—and everything she set up was absolutely stunning. I truly can’t recommend Carrie enough. Having her on your team means you can actually enjoy your wedding day, knowing everything is being handled with care, thoughtfulness, and expertise. You will absolutely love having her by your side.

Since then, I’ve made every kind of wedding magic happen for every kind of scenario you can imagine: from cinematic Bollywood-style extravaganzas at venues like The Bowery Hotel and St. Regis in Aspen, to more intimate celebrations at homes.

My spouse and I found Seema on a website called Modern Rebel. We initially only hired Seema as a day of coordinator because we thought we could handle three separate events and a guest list of over 200 people. As one would expect, we quickly felt overwhelmed and asked Seema for her opinion on a few things. Seema took the initiative and offered to take certain things completely off our plate, which we were incredibly thankful for! Within the first couple of meetings, it was clear what a professional she is in the world of wedding prep, and so she took on the role of a planner for most of our entire wedding weekend. She helped us navigate with grace everything from the food, to flatware rentals, to itineraries, to a last minute snafu with our wedding decorator. My spouse and I also wanted to have a lot of personal touches for our wedding, including custom stage backdrops that we made ourselves, custom table name cards, a gift table, unique name cards for guests, a food truck, and much more. Anyone else may have told us to let go of a few ideas and simplify but not Seema! She was flexible, excited about our ideas, and best of all she pulled off all of our weird and creative silly ideas. If you are looking for a unique, personal wedding weekend that feels like YOU, Seema is the person who will cheer you on. Her team is also fantastic. Every person that Seema brought to work on our event was kind, attentive, and ensured that the events went well. At no point did our guests feel unattended to, and it really felt like the weekend could not have gone better. There were times it felt like she literally worked magic to make something happen, like when we needed a seating chart for the pre-wedding Sangeet because my spouse and I forgot to prep the file for her, and she got something drafted, printed, and on site looking beautiful and in the same color scheme as the rest of our materials on the day of the event (I still have no idea how she did that). I have so many lovely memories of the weekend and I feel so thankful to Seema and her team for that gift! In short, I can't say enough good things about Seema. It really felt like having a beloved family member helping us with our event, because you could tell that she cared just as much about the details as we did. (Warning, you may be susceptible to wanting to be her best friend by the end of your wedding too because she's just that cool). I would have complete faith in her to handle a wedding of any kind because she is just such an adaptable person and she will be your calm in the storm!

On the big day, Caroline was everything and more. She was calm, collected, and full of life. She seamlessly managed every detail while keeping the energy light and fun. She vibed effortlessly with our families (which was no small feat—our crew is chaotic), and somehow made everyone feel seen, heard, and cared for. Things definitely went wrong behind the scenes—because that’s just how weddings go—but I, the bride, never heard a single thing about it. That’s the magic of Caroline. My husband and I had drinks in hand at all times, and every single moment we had planned happened on time, correctly, and seamlessly. It was like watching our vision come to life without lifting a finger. We did not deserve her. She was truly priceless. We could not have imagined a better wedding planner than Claire. She didn’t just make our wedding day flawless—she made the entire 17-month planning process smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. From the very beginning, her knowledge of vendors and her prior experience with our venue were invaluable in helping us make confident decisions and understand our options. She was incredibly knowledgeable when it came to navigating contract challenges, always thought a step ahead, and kept us calm during the inevitable lulls. What could have been overwhelming felt easy and exciting with her by our side. On the wedding day itself, Claire was nothing short of a miracle worker. She handled every curveball seamlessly—from A/C issues at the venue, to having my second pair of shoes waiting at my seat, to making sure we had leftovers packed up in our room for later. She thought of everything, big and small, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. And on top of all that, Claire surprised us the very next morning with a video she had put together of clips from the day. It was the most thoughtful, unexpected gift, and brought us right back into the joy of it all. Hiring Claire was the best decision we made during this whole journey. We absolutely LOVED working with Justine at Mills Memories for our special day! Justine went above and beyond at every step of the way for us. We knew we needed a coordinator for the day of, but Justine met with us about once a month for almost a full year leading up to the wedding. She made sure we were staying on track with all the to-dos and even provided a checklist for us to work through. The week of the wedding she was on top of everything. All of our other vendors sang her praises and we can confirm, working with Justine made our whole wedding day so much smoother. She also came to our rehearsal which was a huge help, not only because it was great that she knew how everything at the church should go on the day of, but also because I had a wardrobe malfunction and she was there to help my matron of honor sew me into my rehearsal dinner dress. To top it all off, when we were going through the cards from our wedding night, we found the sweetest card from Justine, which was such a beautifully kind gesture. We are so grateful for all the hard work and dedication that Justine put into our wedding day and we can’t recommend her enough!
