“Julie was such a pleasure to work with as our Custom Design Blueprint Designer, funny story actually we were about to be paired up with someone else and Julie sent a message explaining her background and how it fit PERFECTLY with what we were looking for for our wedding! Julie was super attentive and completely understood exactly our vision for our wedding day and I feel like we were only 5 minutes into our meeting! She is super responsive and has a great eye for detail, we wouldn't have had a complete wedding vision without her. She had a quick turn around with a pinterest board and when we went through it together I was gasping the whole time!! “Hiring Jessica and the Pine Events Co. team for design and planning was the best decision we made for our wedding! We got married at Brooklyn Steel in Williamsburg — a first for the venue — and from our very first meeting through the wedding day, Jessica completely understood our vision. She handled every twist and turn of vendor management with professionalism and a positive, can-do attitude. Every detail — from the timeline and floor plan to décor and vendor logistics — was executed flawlessly. Jessica and her team transformed a raw music venue into a stunning, one-of-a-kind wedding ceremony and reception space. She’s incredibly creative and resourceful, finding ways to bring our Pinterest vision board to life. For example, I had fallen in love with a floral tablecloth that was far outside our rental budget, and Jessica managed to source it herself — it became the centerpiece for our sweetheart table and the color inspiration for all our flowers and décor. The PEC team also designed beautiful displays for our merchandise stand (leaning into the concert theme) and our cards and gifts table, adding so many thoughtful touches throughout the day. Behind the scenes, Jessica and her team handled everything with such grace and professionalism that we were able to be fully present and enjoy the moment. “Let me start by saying my wedding was a tall order! I wanted a wedding that was gothic, elegant, Victorian-inspired, dark, and moody. We were going for gothic without it being “scare grandma” gothic! And to make it a step harder, our wedding was in a very modern looking building in Manhattan. And to make it even one step harder, my husband and I are based in Ireland. Lauren completely understood my vision and designed the most beautiful wedding I have ever seen. We had so many friends and family approach us about how beautiful the decor was, and even multiple members of staff and various vendors saying they have never seen the venue look so amazing. Her attention to detail is beyond phenomenal and everything is done with such thoughtfulness and due diligence. Lauren was so organised throughout the entire wedding planning process. She helped us look for the best vendors, she went to view different tablecloth landscapes and furniture when we couldn’t (again, we live abroad!) and kept me up to date every step of the way without bombarding us so we could continue to regulate life outside of wedding planning. I have recommended Lauren multiple times to newly engaged friends, and will continue to recommend City and Terrace in the future! “Working with Greta for our February 2025 wedding was a dream come true. From the moment we met with her (and even before we signed a contract with her) she was incredibly supportive and helpful. If you want someone who is going to take care of every detail before you can even think to ask about them, she's your girl. From our first call, my husband and I knew we would be working with her. She has such a calming demeanor but she's also incredibly resourceful and uses her knowledge and abilities to the max. Having no family in the area, I really had to lean on her for a lot more than I thought I might, especially when I was having issues with my wedding dress. She even came with me to pick it up the first time!! Greta has so many connections and really knows her stuff when it comes to weddings. She'll be real with you about what's possible within your budget and she really helped us stay within ours - she has a great system that she provides you access to. The venue was in a small town in upstate NY, quaint and charming, by the river. From the welcome bags at our hotel, and the newspaper with all the event details we knew we were in for a treat. The wedding venue was absolutely gorgeous, and beautifully decorated. There were thoughtful touches like the telephone to leave a message for the couple, the personalized watercolors of the attendees as momentous, and the sunglasses for the guests as we hung in the garden at the venue, this was one of the best events I have attended. “Carrie was beyond fantastic—truly one of the best investments we made for our wedding. She is incredibly communicative, professional, and organized, while also being down-to-earth and genuinely easy to connect with. What stood out to me immediately was how she listens first. For context, I had already booked most of the major elements of my wedding, but with the amount of DIY involved, I realized it would likely be overwhelming for me—and for my family and friends—to manage everything on the day. I somewhat hesitantly started reaching out to coordinators, and often found that others would jump straight into telling me everything they would do, without really understanding what I needed. Carrie was completely different. She asked thoughtful questions about what I wanted the day to feel like and what kind of experience I wanted for my guests. I truly felt she was focused on understanding my vision and bringing it to life in a way that worked for me. From there, she went above and beyond at every step. She consistently reached out first to check on progress, and I was honestly amazed at how quickly she responded to texts and emails—even when I worried I might be asking too much. Without me prompting, she would often mention that she had already checked in with vendors and completed multiple confirmations, which gave me so much peace of mind. We ran into a few communication hiccups with our venue, and Carrie stepped in seamlessly and handled everything—I didn’t have to lift a finger. Even though we’re both based in the city and the venue was about 1.5–2 hours away, she insisted on doing a site visit as part of her services, which meant so much. On the wedding day itself, there were zero hiccups. My family, friends, my husband, and I were all able to be fully present and enjoy every moment without worrying about logistics. I had planned many of the décor details and left some extra elements in Carrie’s hands to use as she saw fit—and everything she set up was absolutely stunning. I truly can’t recommend Carrie enough. Having her on your team means you can actually enjoy your wedding day, knowing everything is being handled with care, thoughtfulness, and expertise. “My spouse and I found Seema on a website called Modern Rebel. We initially only hired Seema as a day of coordinator because we thought we could handle three separate events and a guest list of over 200 people. As one would expect, we quickly felt overwhelmed and asked Seema for her opinion on a few things. Seema took the initiative and offered to take certain things completely off our plate, which we were incredibly thankful for! Within the first couple of meetings, it was clear what a professional she is in the world of wedding prep, and so she took on the role of a planner for most of our entire wedding weekend. She helped us navigate with grace everything from the food, to flatware rentals, to itineraries, to a last minute snafu with our wedding decorator. My spouse and I also wanted to have a lot of personal touches for our wedding, including custom stage backdrops that we made ourselves, custom table name cards, a gift table, unique name cards for guests, a food truck, and much more. Anyone else may have told us to let go of a few ideas and simplify but not Seema! She was flexible, excited about our ideas, and best of all she pulled off all of our weird and creative silly ideas. If you are looking for a unique, personal wedding weekend that feels like YOU, Seema is the person who will cheer you on. Her team is also fantastic. Every person that Seema brought to work on our event was kind, attentive, and ensured that the events went well. At no point did our guests feel unattended to, and it really felt like the weekend could not have gone better. There were times it felt like she literally worked magic to make something happen, like when we needed a seating chart for the pre-wedding Sangeet because my spouse and I forgot to prep the file for her, and she got something drafted, printed, and on site looking beautiful and in the same color scheme as the rest of our materials on the day of the event (I still have no idea how she did that). I have so many lovely memories of the weekend and I feel so thankful to Seema and her team for that gift! In short, I can't say enough good things about Seema. It really felt like having a beloved family member helping us with our event, because you could tell that she cared just as much about the details as we did. (Warning, you may be susceptible to wanting to be her best friend by the end of your wedding too because she's just that cool). I would have complete faith in her to handle a wedding of any kind because she is just such an adaptable person and she will be your calm in the storm!”

“I truly don’t have enough words to express how incredible Caroline was as our wedding coordinator. From the moment we started working with her, she brought a sense of calm, confidence, and joy that we didn’t even know we needed. She asked thoughtful questions and raised important considerations in the lead-up to the wedding—things we never would have thought of ourselves. Caroline went above and beyond by personally reaching out to every single one of our vendors ahead of time. She made sure she had a point of contact and verified all the details so that nothing slipped through the cracks. That level of preparation gave us so much peace of mind. On the big day, Caroline was everything and more. She was calm, collected, and full of life. She seamlessly managed every detail while keeping the energy light and fun. She vibed effortlessly with our families (which was no small feat—our crew is chaotic), and somehow made everyone feel seen, heard, and cared for. “TLDR: Claire is the absolute best!! If you are looking for a wedding planner, you can stop looking now. I am a very type A person with high expectations and Claire has exceeded them all! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and I cannot thank her more. Please see our pictures, credited to Alicia King Photography (https://aliciakingphotography.com/) First: She is a real problem solver - our dream venue was non-negotiable (and one she found/recommended!), but we had issues finding certain vendors (not the venue’s fault, mainly had to do with timing). For example, we were having trouble finding our perfect florist, transportation and hair and makeup - Claire used her contacts and relationships and were able to find the most wonderful team for us and we could not be more grateful. It was true dedication for her to take matters into her own hands when my husband and I were thinking of giving up (i.e., we started looking into DIY options) and it is a testament to her reputation, character, and professionalism that certain vendors decided to make exceptions for us just to be able to work with her again Second: She has great judgment - many parts of the wedding process are not straightforward, and it was great to have Claire be a sounding board for what to do and what not to do. She will always try to give us what we want, but that does not mean that she’s a “yes-woman” and she will always offer her perspective with clear rationale when asked. Third: She cares so much - you can tell she genuinely wants to have each wedding be the best it can be! As you look through her portfolio (check out her instagram “@wewedwell”, where she began making reels post weddings) you’ll see that each wedding is unique and beautiful - no cookie cutter copy and paste here! Our respect for Claire grew through the little moments, whether it’s her proactive emails/lists telling us our immediate next steps (many of which would never occur to me), following up with vendors without prompting, super organized Google drive for resources, and just being extremely responsive (or proactively telling us when she may be slower to respond while working a wedding/on vacation/etc) We loved working with Claire!”

We selected her "partial planning" package and I cannot begin to explain how grateful we are that we did! She is extremely responsive (near instant text replies!! I could never!), open minded and willing to brainstorm, but also an important (yet patient) force in guiding important decision making and keep everyone on task / deadline. Best of all? Raquel is such a wonderful human being, that over the course of the year we became genuine friends. She CARES, and I think that's one of the most incredible things about her (aside from the very obvious talent she has for planning and coordinating weddings).”
