“Capstone occassions made our wedding day absolute magic. I started the planning process on my own but got stuck and unmotivated because i felt overwhelmed/not entirely sure what was next. Tia jumped in and helped me get excited about the process again and accomplish the tasks in order of importance and made sure it was a day that both Mike (my now husband) and I envisioned and wanted to make it special for us. Because of her experience she has so many friends in the business. I appreciated she recommended vendors based on who the two of us are and what we were looking for and within our budget (and ways to save). She thinks about EVERYTHING! Things we never would have considered on our own. My favorite being the sunset photos of me and my husband. He doesn’t like pictures but he loved how they turned out. Not only that, she makes sure it’s a seamless process and day that’s stress free. My mom was so grateful to be able to let loose and relax and could not say enough about how instrumental Tia and her team were to make the day so beautiful and coordinating with all the vendors so we didn’t have to. Day before the wedding, I was honestly a mess and left our name tags at my office and a few other prints including labels and a mock up picture of what we were thinking. So, we had to last minute hand write the name tags and in a rush left unorganized and unlabeled bins for them to sort out. My brain was all over the place and it didn’t occur to me until too late but when we walked in, it was even better than I imagined. They really went the extra mile and made everything picture perfect. Our friends and family were so impressed and we’re still getting compliments to this day. You are fun to work with, easy to get along with (even some of our craziest family members), hardworking, magician ninjas (for all the stuff you do behind the scenes we will never even know about- thank you). “I first met Dusti in January 2024, and the minute I met her, we clicked and I knew she was the perfect person to plan and execute our Un-Wedded Bliss Bash in October 2024. We sat down for a couple of hours to get to know each other and understand what we were looking for for our celebration. She first helped us locate the perfect venue to host the vibe and vision we wanted. Once that was complete. Dusti went to work to create our vision board that guided all of our choices and decisions to create the perfect evening. She is incredibly talented and creative and we fell in love with the elements she put forth. Then it was on to finding all of the vendors. Dusti has so much experience with so many vendors and she made our selection process smooth and stress free. The vendors she selected with us were perfect and she ensured they provided exactly what we wanted to make our dream come true. If she was ever stressed about anything she never showed it… always as cool and calm as a cucumber! Dusti has great communication skills and always kept me informed of where things stood or what might be needed. And when the big day came….she created the event space that was absolutely stunning! She coordinated all of the vendors, kept them all informed on the run of the show and expertly managed the entire preparation. She is so attentive to details and one step ahead of me.. always. I never had to worry about a thing. I cried when I saw the event space come to life. She and Sam took great care of us that evening, ensuring we had food or anything else we needed. “Kim calls herself an honorary bridesmaid but she is so much more. She is a florist, a seamstress, a miracle worker and a friend to everyone she meets. I had a vision for my wedding day and Kim executed it flawlessly. She not only made the day run smoothly, but set up all of my favors, stationery and even the bud vases she made exactly how I pictured it! “We got so lucky with Myah and Paul!! I didn't even know we needed a day-of coordinator, haha, but my husband suggested it and found Myah and Paul through some google searching. They went above and beyond the entire time! They made our entire day completely amazing and unforgettable, and we couldn't have done it without them. They thought of details I would have never considered, and were always super prepared. For the rehearsal, they brought everyone in the wedding party, including us, laminated timelines for the next day. The bride didn't have to worry about a thing the day of which was extremely helpful since it was a destination wedding and everyone was from out of state. Lauren was friendly, meticulous, detail-oriented, and ultimately a pleasure to work with. I am a photographer and spend the entire day with the wedding couple and it was so great to see the bride not have to worry about a thing the day of because she knew Lauren had it handled already.
