“Our venue required a Day of Wedding Coordinator. I chatted with a few but could not find the right fit. Thankfully I found Rachel! We clicked right away. She understood exactly what I wanted and needed. We met with her and Christina for our rehearsal and they made everything so easy. Even got a little surprise for my daughter! “Miranda was absolutely amazing. We worked with her for a year to plan for our Sonoma wedding. She was recommended from a friend whose wedding she also planned and it was stunning. Even though she was not from the Sonoma area, she did an amazing job finding everything from the venue, to the vendors, photographer, and DJ. She has great attention to detail and really makes you feel at ease in the planning process. We had absolutely no idea what we wanted or what we were doing, but she made both me and my husband way less stressed on every matter. We even had a last minute DJ issue and she found us a new one right away. She helped set up food tastings and made sure we were on track for the big day in terms of seating charts and other small details. The wedding was perfect and she did a fantastic job telling us exactly what to do and where to be. She even helped my brother, the officiant, with what he was suppose to say during the ceremony, as this was his first time officiating. “What is there to say other than without Marissa, there would have been no wedding. Joshua Tree has a reputation of being hot- and April is typically mild. NOT ON OUR WEDDING DAY! 40 degrees with wind chill with a wind SO strong that literally almost nothing would stay up (and it was completely outdoors). This girl jumped in to action and made sure that even with the craziest wind, we still had a *stunning* wedding reception. The flowers were picturesque- matching the venue, the bride and the groom to a T. All the smaller details on tables and the use of various pieces made the wedding pop in ways that as an artist and a bride, I will never forget.
