Located in Peyton, Colorado, Double Diamond Ranch is a charming barn and farm venue befitting weddings and other special events. Husband and wife owners Michael and Lisa Wolfer invite couples to hold their nuptial celebrations in this splendid rustic setting. You can exchange your vows outdoors with sweeping mountain views as a backdrop. Rustic wooden benches will be made available as seating for your guests. The interior of the barn venue features adaptable floor space to host groups of up to 100 guests. You will have access to the venue on Friday for setup and rehearsal. On Saturday the barn will be ready for you wedding and reception and then clean up. This venue is an authentic country setting where you can hold your own joyous celebration of your love story. The peak season for the Ranch stretches from June through October.

We are a homeowner's association with a rental facility known as The Grange, which is located 30 minutes between Denver and CO Springs. Cherokee Ranch & Castle features breathtaking views of the Rockies, 3,400 acres of unspoiled land and wildlife sanctuary, and a 1450s Scottish-style Castle with exquisite collections of art and antiques. The pristine property, historic venue and dedicated staff will make your event an enchanting experience, leaving you and your guests with enduring memories. The maximum capacity inside the Castle is 75 guests. During certain months of the year, our Veranda Tent is available and can accomodate up to 150 guests. The Castle is available January through December, and the Veranda Tent is available May through September (October, weather permitting).

We were in the traditional wedding business under the umbrella business, Panache Catering, Inc, for over 30 years and left it because we eventually were worn out by what it had become. In that time we catered thousands of weddings. The expectations among a some groups of wedding families simply became impossible to meet.
