I first met Dusti in January 2024, and the minute I met her, we clicked and I knew she was the perfect person to plan and execute our Un-Wedded Bliss Bash in October 2024. We sat down for a couple of hours to get to know each other and understand what we were looking for for our celebration. She first helped us locate the perfect venue to host the vibe and vision we wanted. Once that was complete. Dusti went to work to create our vision board that guided all of our choices and decisions to create the perfect evening. She is incredibly talented and creative and we fell in love with the elements she put forth. Then it was on to finding all of the vendors. Dusti has so much experience with so many vendors and she made our selection process smooth and stress free. The vendors she selected with us were perfect and she ensured they provided exactly what we wanted to make our dream come true. If she was ever stressed about anything she never showed it… always as cool and calm as a cucumber! Dusti has great communication skills and always kept me informed of where things stood or what might be needed. And when the big day came….she created the event space that was absolutely stunning! She coordinated all of the vendors, kept them all informed on the run of the show and expertly managed the entire preparation. She is so attentive to details and one step ahead of me.. always. I never had to worry about a thing. I cried when I saw the event space come to life. She and Sam took great care of us that evening, ensuring we had food or anything else we needed. I can’t say enough about her kindness, talent and expertise. All of our guests raved about the entire evening—-and we have Dusti and Indigo Moon Events to thank for that. Not only is she tremendous at what she does, I now call her my friend. I couldn’t imagine having done this without her. There wasn’t a thing I would change!

We got so lucky with Myah and Paul!! I didn't even know we needed a day-of coordinator, haha, but my husband suggested it and found Myah and Paul through some google searching. They went above and beyond the entire time! They made our entire day completely amazing and unforgettable, and we couldn't have done it without them. They thought of details I would have never considered, and were always super prepared. For the rehearsal, they brought everyone in the wedding party, including us, laminated timelines for the next day. I'm not the most organized or detailed person, but Myah and Paul made sure everything was perfect and did all the work for us - without us even asking. They coordinated with the vendor and venue, made sure all the table decor, signage, photos, and place cards were set up, and made sure everyone knew what they were supposed to do on the day of (including me and my husband)! On top of all that, they're both super nice and kind people, extremely enjoyable to work with - me and my husband both highly recommend them and were so happy! Putting on a wedding is no small task with what feels like a million things to organize. Pretty early on, we realized a planner may take some of the weight off of our shoulders and we were so thankful we did. Megan did an excellent job coordinating with our vendors, helping us stay on track, and helping us make decisions when we were “decisioned” out with how many choices we had to make. We could not recommend Megan enough, and she truly came through on absolutely everything. She let no detail be overlooked and made sure that we were always on schedule and as least stressed as possible. Above all else, she is a kind human to work with and a wonderful person to know.

At first I was hesistant to hire a month of coordinator, I'm very organized and was loving the planning process so I wasn't sure it would be worth it. Capstone occassions made our wedding day absolute magic. I started the planning process on my own but got stuck and unmotivated because i felt overwhelmed/not entirely sure what was next. Tia jumped in and helped me get excited about the process again and accomplish the tasks in order of importance and made sure it was a day that both Mike (my now husband) and I envisioned and wanted to make it special for us. Because of her experience she has so many friends in the business. I appreciated she recommended vendors based on who the two of us are and what we were looking for and within our budget (and ways to save). She thinks about EVERYTHING! Things we never would have considered on our own. My favorite being the sunset photos of me and my husband. He doesn’t like pictures but he loved how they turned out. Not only that, she makes sure it’s a seamless process and day that’s stress free. My mom was so grateful to be able to let loose and relax and could not say enough about how instrumental Tia and her team were to make the day so beautiful and coordinating with all the vendors so we didn’t have to. Day before the wedding, I was honestly a mess and left our name tags at my office and a few other prints including labels and a mock up picture of what we were thinking. So, we had to last minute hand write the name tags and in a rush left unorganized and unlabeled bins for them to sort out. My brain was all over the place and it didn’t occur to me until too late but when we walked in, it was even better than I imagined. They really went the extra mile and made everything picture perfect. Our friends and family were so impressed and we’re still getting compliments to this day. Thank you Tia and the Capstone Occassions team! You are fun to work with, easy to get along with (even some of our craziest family members), hardworking, magician ninjas (for all the stuff you do behind the scenes we will never even know about- thank you). We are forever grateful for the best and happiest day of our lives!

We could NOT have done our wedding without Janella at Vinella Events. We were looking for a day-of coordinator because we thought it would help us enjoy our day and focus on celebrating with each other and our guests. We had that and more in working with Janella, and I am so thankful she made our wedding day as successful as it was. Janella came recommended to us by our venue, and we first met with her about 4 months before our wedding and went with her 6-week coordination package. We originally just wanted someone to help only for the day of the wedding, but this absolutely was a better deal because she came with us to our venue meetings, helped coordinate our timeline, asked insightful questions for things we never would have even thought of, went through our ceremony with me, and helped me feel SO much more prepared before the wedding through meetings and just being a resource. She helped us run an efficient rehearsal prior to the wedding and coordinated with me so that we would have all of the set-up and items how I wanted them for our wedding day. On the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond in her role. She set up all of our decor, helped facilitate transportation of items, executed the timeline and adapted when things went off time (and importantly, did all of this seamlessly so that myself and the guests didn’t notice), created back-up plans when there were issues with other vendors, coordinated set-up with other vendors, ran to get my lipstick from another room for photos, and too many other things behind the scenes that I didn’t even have to know about because I was able to trust her to tackle them. I had multiple compliments from family members and friends about how organized she was and how kind she was, and she made a 270-person wedding flow seamlessly. She ultimately gave us the ability to just ENJOY the day without having to answer questions or worry about things going on that day. I am so thankful for Janella and would hire her again in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything, Janella!

Hiring Bailee was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding at Pazzo’s in Chicago. From the moment she arrived that morning, she brought such calm, positive energy that instantly made me feel at ease. She stepped right in and took complete control of the day in the most effortless way, making sure every single detail came together perfectly. Bailee managed all of our vendors with such professionalism and grace. When a few unexpected hiccups happened throughout the day, she handled each one so quickly and quietly that I didn’t even know there were any issues until after the wedding was over. She communicated with everyone clearly, kept us on schedule, and problem-solved with such calm confidence that it felt like everything just flowed naturally. She made sure our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception transitions were seamless and not once did I feel rushed or stressed. She also went above and beyond in the little ways that made such a difference. She checked in on me constantly, helped bustle my dress, fluffed my veil before walking down the aisle, made sure our décor looked exactly how I envisioned it, and even gathered all of our personal items at the end of the night so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She truly treated our wedding as if it were her own. Because of Bailee, we were able to be completely present and enjoy every single moment of our day. I didn’t have to worry about timelines, vendor arrivals, or any of the behind-the-scenes chaos that comes with a wedding. I just got to soak in every second, knowing she had everything under control. If you’re getting married in Chicago (or anywhere, honestly), do yourself the biggest favor and hire Bailee. She’s organized, kind, calm under pressure, and has such an incredible eye for detail. Our wedding day was a dream come true, and she played a huge part in making that happen. We’ll be forever grateful for her!
