As for my video I still haven't received anything and I've heard this is a normal occurrence with them, so I'd recommend using a different videographer. Communication was pretty consistent and Alex was great with answering any of the questions I had leading up to the wedding. Everyone showed up to the wedding pretty timely and there were only a few minor issues, but nothing that ruined our moment. Had I received my video from the wedding by now then I would have given 5 stars because their services were spot on and I had no difficulties with them.”
