Sean gave us an incredible experience with stunning results. He was punctual, professional, and gave very clear instructions for his shoots. He also was very excited to be a part of the process and involved in our special day. When it came time for the ceremony and reception, he was sure to stay out of the spotlight and took incredible pictures without us having to remember that he was there. 10/10 experience and 10/10 quality on the final photo results. We would highly recommend him for any event you may have coming up!

  • Serves Walnut Springs, TX

Kendra Smith is a documentary-style photographer and videographer working in 35mm, 120, and Super 8 film, where she focuses on honest emotion and documentary integrity. Inspired by the intimacy of Eve Arnold and the elegance of Slim Aarons, she blends portraiture with unfiltered storytelling—capturing raw emotion in images that are candid, cinematic, and timeless.

We were so LUCKY to find Kendra. By the time we met her in person, we already had so much trust in her because of her great prep-work meeting with us several times before the big day. She really felt like one of our guests and we were so happy to have her be a part of our big day. We wanted timeless and classic photos but with a flair of modernity and she captured exactly that. She captured our families so warmly and thoughtfully. She is a true pleasure to work with! You won't regret hiring her for your big day!

Jessie Schultz Photography

5.0

  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $6,750
  • Serves Walnut Springs, TX

I’m Jessie & my husband is Dylan. We are a husband and wife duo serving Austin Texas and Beyond... We are high school sweethearts and have been together since we were 16 years old. We have three crazy kiddos and two golden doodle pups, named Kevin and Theodore. We are the crazy couple who is always dancing and having way too much fun wherever we go (just ask our friends; or better yet, you will probably become one!) We have to pinch ourselves on a daily basis, reminding us that this is real life and this is our job! We have the pleasure of capturing and telling people’s love story. Your story.

Awarded Best of Zola
If you’re reading this, stop what you’re doing and book Dylan and Jessie right now. I’m not kidding—don’t call anyone else, don’t compare prices, don’t waste another second scrolling. Just do yourself the favor. You will thank yourself for the rest of your life. From our very first conversation with them, we could feel their warmth, professionalism, and excitement. But nothing prepared us for how essential they would become on our wedding day. Jessie is a superhuman. She is the rare combination of photographer, coordinator, timekeeper, problem-solver, and emotional support system all in one. She kept the day moving with absolute precision while making sure we never felt rushed. She stepped in exactly when needed—fixing timelines, adjusting details, giving direction, soothing nerves, and grounding chaos. She saw every small thing before we even realized it needed attention. Our wedding day would not have run the way it did without her. Full stop. And Dylan? Pure magic. His calm presence balanced the energy of the day perfectly. His eye for composition and emotion is unreal. He captures beauty quietly and effortlessly—with no pressure, no posing that feels forced, no awkwardness. Just authenticity. Together, they are the definition of a dream team. And THE PHOTOS… I’m tearing up writing this because they captured everything. Not just the big moments you expect, but: • the tiny glances no one else noticed • the chaotic, funny, ridiculous moments that made the day ours • the emotional in-between moments that we didn’t even realize were happening • the details we worked so hard on • the spontaneous ideas we threw at them • the last-minute changes they just rolled with • the JOY, the movement, the energy, the love They followed every wild whim we had. We’d say, “Can we try this?” and they were already three steps ahead, making it better than we imagined. Their creativity, patience, and intuition shaped the flow of our entire day. But here is what makes them once-in-a-lifetime: They put their hearts into this. You can feel it. They cared deeply—about us, about our experience, about our families, about our memories. By the end of the night, they felt like people we had known forever. We didn’t just get photographers—we gained two lifelong friends. Hiring Dylan and Jessie was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Truly. They gave us a gallery we will cherish for the rest of our lives and the kind of support you could never put a price on. If Google would let me, I’d give them 500 stars. Actually, I’d give them the whole galaxy. Book them now. Don’t hesitate. Don’t think twice. They are the best of the best.

Our small team of award-winning photographers and videographers celebrate the candid, authentic beauty of your day. Because when you look back on your album you should remember the fun, easy, imperfect, personal moments that make you, you -- not how long you had to pose.

Adam and team were fantastic. They helped everything go so smoothly and all the guests raved about the team's work ethic and persona. Adam literally stepped up to help with our day of timeline to ensure we arrived to locations on time, kept our group calm, and made great suggestions as to photo ideas. We love the photos and videos and will cherish them forever, along with the positive memories!

After getting out of the Marine Corps and photographing weddings for a larger "big box" company, I decided I wanted my own brand that really connects and cares about the couples I work with. And here we are 4 years later. I am a very "unprofessional professional". I love to have a good time and I embrace weirdness (will do your wedding for free if you're wearing all denim) but at the same time I also am very Type A; I love a good spreadsheet, I'm punctual, logistically minded, extremely detail oriented, and I will always advocate and/or problem solve for my couples on wedding day.

Awarded Best of Zola
Tyler was absolutely amazing! He was so helpful with all of our questions and helping us with ideas, and even helped out with a good bit of our timeline planning and day of coordinating! We were so grateful for his expertise and fun energy. Our photos turned out amazing and we had a great experience throughout!

Photography truly has a full grip on my soul– I love EVERYTHING about capturing special moments to be forever held in time! I consider my style to be way more candid, as I truly adore capturing an authentic experience that is almost tangible to the person viewing the photo. I want the viewer to feel the emotion and as if they were there with us right back in that moment. I love realness of a perfect candid shot…my goal—especially with couples—is to get to the heart of their connection and connect with my couples, as well, to truly make them feel comfortable in front of the lens so that we can get to those authentic magic shots!

Awarded Best of Zola
Shannon was absolutely perfect! She made our wedding day truly special. She was attentive, professional, clear and concise, and so well prepared for the day. She eased my stress and took a load off my shoulders when I was worrying about all of the small details. Not to mention she saved me with eye drops when I got an eyelash in my eye and looked like I had pink eye 30 minutes before having to walk down the aisle. Not to mention, she had a gallery of nearly 100 photos for us as sneak peeks sent in two weeks, when she had two other weddings on her books within a week of mine. It was truly a wonderful experience to work with her!!

Hereafter Films was one of the first vendors we booked early on in the wedding planning process, and we are sooooooo glad we did! Ryan and Sharayah were amazing to work with, along with their entire team. They photographed both our engagement session and our wedding day, and honestly, both sets of photos came out better than we could have imagined! Photography was one of the most important parts of our wedding. We really wanted our day to be captured in a way that felt authentic, emotional, and true to who we are, and Hereafter ABSOLUTELY nailed it! We looked at a lot of photographers, but the second we saw their portfolio, we were sold. Their style immediately stood out, and the fact that they shoot 35mm film was huge for us. The Super 8 option was such a fun bonus and made us even more excited about working with them. Their work feels timeless, intentional, and full of real emotion. On the wedding day itself, it felt incredible knowing we didn’t have to worry about a single thing when it came to photography and video. We trusted their creative process 1000%, and they truly made the entire day feel effortless. They handled our family and friends with so much patience, care, and ease, and so many people kept telling us how wonderful they were. Looking through our photos now instantly brings us right back to how the day felt, which is something we’ll always be grateful for. Beyond their obvious talent and artistry, Ryan and Sharayah are just genuinely awesome, laid-back, fun people to be around, and their calm, cool energy made such a difference. We feel incredibly lucky to have had them capture one of the most important days of our lives. 1000000% recommend booking Hereafter Films!

Hi! My name is Steve. I do visual storytelling. I’m married with three kids and in my spare time I record music and build things. I've been filming and photographing weddings since 2009. I love travel and getting to know unique couples.

Awarded Best of Zola
We hired Steven and his team to do our wedding photos and videography. I really wanted a photographer that could capture the soul of the event, and Steven did exactly that. His photos are full of life, and I shared so many portraits with guests that actually got printed out or posted online. If you're looking for hundreds of photos of your wedding party that look exactly the same and for every planned second to be documented, Steven is not your person. If you're looking to hit the big moments but focus on capturing raw moments with timeless photos to get framed, I couldn't recommend them more. I never thought I would get a wedding video because it always seemed cheesy to me. But after watching examples of his work I fell absolutely in love with his videos. I've honestly had a hard time watching ours because it evokes so much emotion. Steven was collaborative and willing to go with the flow. We gave him the difficult task of being prepared for 3 different locations with totally differing lighting (indoor/outdoor plus shooting from high sun into the night). He puts an immense amount of care into his work and the photos are truly art that we will cherish forever. If there are specific things you want covered, be sure to share a list. When it comes to capturing the moments that can't be planned, he is on the case!

Hello! My name is Hannah, the owner of Smallwood Photography! I definitely have the wedding bug and if I could physically do a wedding every single day I would gladly do it. There’s just something about the joy, excitement, and genuine love that I cannot get enough of! I absolutely love doing little detail shots of all the beautiful decorations that the couple put so much thought into. I want my couples to look back on the photos and be reminded of every detail, big and small, that made their special day perfect. My goal is to photograph a wedding in every state!

Awarded Best of Zola
I can honestly say our wedding experience was perfect, and Hannah definitely played a big part in that. She was absolutely fantastic to work with, and made sure my husband Peter and I had everything we needed throughout the ceremony. She took sooooo many photos for us, and did a great job making sure everyone in the shot(s) looked just right! The photos are phenomenal--anytime I show them to people they say we look as if we belong in a wedding magazine! She technically shot our engagement photos, though we didn't call them that at the time, with her bluebonnet sessions earlier this year (which also came out amazing). We are scheduled to take Christmas photos with her this year as well, which I'm sure will be wonderful. We seriously can't recommend her enough!

I'm a reportage-style wedding photographer, documenting all the in-between moments that make up the authentic story of your wedding day. I believe that the photos should be about your wedding, not the other way around. My couples crave a natural, photojournalistic take that tell the real story of their day, not just pretty, perfect photos. Because your wedding day is not a photo shoot.

From the moment we first spoke with Rae, we knew we had found our perfect wedding photographer. Rae's personable, kind, and knowledgeable communication style immediately put us at ease, even though I was feeling indecisive and terrified throughout the whole planning process. Rae took the time to truly understand what my husband and I wanted, and helped us create a timeline that was as relaxed as we had hoped. On our wedding day, Rae's compassionate and fun presence made it easy for us to forget the camera was even there, allowing her to capture the most beautiful, richly colored, and candid moments. Hey, I'm Annie. I'm a film + digital wedding photographer based in Texas. I do this for the generations to come. For the little girls, just as I once was, sitting on the carpet flipping through their grandma's and mothers wedding photos and dreaming of a love story such as theirs. I take a documentary meet's editorial approach. Leaving space for emotions to evolve when the moment calls and stepping in to gently guide when needed. No two weddings should ever look like they could belong to anyone but the couple themselves and I stand by that. This truly is my creative passion.

Awarded Best of Zola

They took the time to understand our vision and were fun and clear in providing direction throughout the day. I’m Monica Cassell, and I’m on a mission to ensure your photos are really damn good. When you choose me as your photographer, you’re not just choosing another vendor who’ll punch in and punch out. Hell no. You’re choosing a comprehensive client experience. I prioritize spending time with you, getting to know you individually and as a couple, and serving you in this season through engagement photos, recommendations, and anything else you might need. By the time you run through the sparkler tunnel to your getaway car, we’ll be so close you might just ask me to come with you (JK, unless it’s Disneyworld).

The communication was great with Monica and Tyler. They let us know before hand what we were going to do and helped out a lot during photos with things that they didn’t have to help with. They gave great and fun vibes to us for our wedding and during wedding. They made us feel comfortable while doing photos and videos. Hey, thanks SO much for being here! I am honored you are checking out my page. I became a full time wedding photographer after realizing my connection to capturing love stories. I value connection, transparency, and having a fun time with my couples!

First off, Tia is one of the sweetest human beings I have ever worked with! My husband and I were lucky enough to be in Yosemite at the same time as Tia and her boyfriend (hello fate??) and we had the best engagement session! We were, then, lucky enough to have her photograph our wedding in May. We're so happy we chose Tia to photograph all our special moments as our photos turned out better than we ever could've imagined. Being able to relive all our moments and feel the emotions through the photographs is truly so special. On top of that, Tia is so pleasant to work with - she is attentive, present, and always prepared for anything photo related (and more!). Her communication is so fast - always keeping me updated with changes if there were any. Everything felt like a collaborative effort which I so appreciated, especially in the wedding industry. At the end of the day, throughout my wedding planning process, I felt so supported working with Tia and felt like I had a friend capturing all our special moments. Tia photographs everything so beautifully and authentically and her photos will be timeless memories in our home for years to come.

Hi! I'm Sherry, the owner of 83 Weddings, and I’ll be your direct point of contact from your very first inquiry all the way through final delivery. My background is a little unique—I previously worked as a field photographer for the FBI while capturing weddings in my spare time. Over the years, my passion for weddings grew, and today it has become my full-time focus. Along the way, I’ve built an incredible team of talented photographers and videographers, allowing 83 Weddings to serve couples across the country.

From the moment we inquired about 83 Weddings' photography services, we were impressed by their professionalism and responsiveness. They walked us through all of their package options and pricing, which we found to be extremely reasonable for the high-quality work they deliver. On our wedding day, the photographers were punctual, organized, and a joy to work with - they seamlessly captured all the special moments without being intrusive. The final photos exceeded our expectations, beautifully preserving the memories of our big day. We are thrilled with the results and would highly recommend 83 Weddings to any couple looking for affordable, top-notch wedding photography.

We can’t say enough good things about them! From the start, they felt like part of the crew, super chill, easy to work with, and just fun to be around. On the big day, they somehow managed to be everywhere without ever feeling like they were in the way. They caught all the laughs, happy tears, and little moments we didn’t even realize were happening. And when we saw the photos/video? Absolutely blown away. It’s like they bottled up the whole feeling of the day, and now we get to relive it forever.

This review is so long overdue, and I hope it brings home just how much I value Tess' work, and how talented of a documentarian I think she is. Since college, I've vowed to never book a friend for photos unless I really loved their work, because I often found myself disappointment when I should have invested in a professional instead of doing a friend a favor. Though Tess is a dear friend from school, she is absolutely no exception. I would have never been so excited to hire her if her photography work wasn't exactly what my husband and I wanted for our wedding day. Our ceremony was small and intimate, but Tess' work made it feel no less important because the guest size or venue. I'm a fat woman of color, and I'm often self-conscious of how other people, even friends, photograph me and the effort they lack in taking even casual pictures of myself or of me with my husband. However, Tess captured exactly how I felt that day. Not because of any editing, but because she captured our beauty and love for each other exactly as we are. Though Tess did put in so much time and effort into knowing me and my husband as a couple, it doesn't matter how intimately you know your subject — without talent, without having an eye for precious moments and framing and being able to anticipate a shoot's big moments, there's no way you can do what someone like Tess does. We planned our ceremony and reception ourselves — no planner, no coordinator — and Tess' experience helped immensely in planning exactly what we needed and wanted for photos. Despite being a friend, she treated us like any other pair of clients, with extreme professionalism and care, and even went above her scope of work for shooting during the reception and returning our gallery. I'm so happy to see her thrive in her calling, and am honored to have experienced her talents. Tess is an absolute pleasure to work with, and I know we'll be booking her to document important life milestones in the future.
