My mom got in touch with Tamara herself, who was on vacation with her family and still took our call. Tamara asked her WONDERFUL senior hair stylist Jody to come in at a moment's notice -- she arrived quickly and made everyone's hair look like a movie star's. I cannot emphasize how incredible this team was, from the quality of the services they provided, to Tamara going above and beyond while on vacation to make sure I had a special day! “Where can I even begin? Alex wasn’t just our dj, he pretty much helped us create a timeline for our entire day. He was our host, support system and truly helped us throw the best celebration. Our guests LOVED him they are still talking about how awesome our DJ was. For months, we jumped on calls to perfect the experience we wanted and Alex was so incredibly supportive the entire time. A week before our wedding we had to change our wedding and he was one of the first people we called. Within minutes he had lists of places to call. When we figured out a new venue he did everything he could to become familiar with the new space and the owner. “I cannot say enough fabulous things about Itasca country club & its staff. We were at our wits end searching for venues and then decided let’s check out the country club. We were amazed by how beautiful the space was both inside and outside. It was a no brainer from there. We worked with Genny as our coordinator and she helped keep things organized and on track but was equally a calming presence. She took over at the midway point as we had a different point of contact and she did so with grace. Our meeting with her 2 weeks out helped us feel like she had everything under control and alleviated our stress. The wedding day was beautiful, so many places to take photos outdoors! Guests were raving about the food & we can honestly say the crab cakes were the best we’ve ever had. Having heard horror stories about the bride and groom not even being able to eat on their wedding day, Genny and team served us our full meal instantly ensuring we were well fed and ready to hit the dance floor. “Sarah Tjaden did our hair for my wedding! She was absolutely amazing! She always responded back to me pretty much right away (even if I sent her a message or inquiry at random hours of the day or on the weekend).
