When we started Wedding Co. with just 2 employees, we dreamed of growing the team to multiple planners and an incredible support staff. Our passion is to serve you and your family with the upmost concierge experience and do it with a little fun and southern hospitality along the way.

We are Virginia Wedding experts who know what Virginia has to offer, how to bring your wedding day all together with a little southern hospitality, and allow you and your families to actually be a guest at your own wedding. With over 500 weddings in our portfolio ranging from high-end luxury to intimate gatherings, we have experience in collaborating with only the best vendors the State of Virginia has to offer.

  • A Dreamy Wedding Day with the Best Coordinator!

    Working with Alissa was such a wonderful experience, and hiring her for day-of coordination was one of the best decisions we made. Even though we officially began working together about three months before the wedding, she jumped right in and immediately made us feel supported. From our first meeting, it was clear that Alissa was professional, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping bring our vision to life. I’m pretty particular and have a strong eye for detail, so it meant a lot to work with someone who shared that same level of care. She was always a joy to bounce ideas off of and was consistently responsive and communicative throughout the process. In the weeks leading up to the wedding I definitely felt nervous, hoping everything would come together the way I imagined, and Alissa made that happen. On the wedding day she was such a calm, joyful presence. She never rushed us, always stayed patient, and was ready to jump in wherever needed. Because of her, everything flowed so smoothly and I was truly able to relax and enjoy the day. I felt completely confident we were in good hands. Alissa truly knocked it out of the park, and I’m so grateful we got to work with her!

    The Wedding Company of Williamsburg was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From our very first interaction, Jess and her team demonstrated a consistently clear, confident, and professional communication style that put us at ease throughout the entire planning process. Their attention to detail and top-notch execution resulted in a stunning design and seamless coordination with all our other vendors, making the entire weekend completely stress-free. We truly felt like part of their family, and their incredible teamwork and dedication ensured our special day was everything we dreamed of and more!!     As a venue owner, I was thrilled to work with the Wedding Company of Williamsburg (Now Wedding Company of Virginia) for one of the more elaborate and complex weddings we hosted. Their communication style was upbeat, flexible, enthusiastic, and genuinely kind throughout the entire planning process. The experienced, hard-working staff provided personalized, high-quality service that made the day truly memorable for the couple and their guests. From the beginning, they listened to our unique needs and desires, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was executed flawlessly.
