Jess made my absolute dream wedding florals come true! After our initial consult, she sent me a beautifully pieced together PDF of her ideas/vision for the florals which must have taken her so much time. We discussed any changes, and then signed the contract. She was extremely responsive, flexible, and understanding throughout the entire wedding process which made my life as a bride so much easier. On the day of the wedding, she was there early and had her set-up process down to a schedule. I have to say, the florals were absolutely stunning and had my guests asking for the name of my florist. I feel that her work was truly worth more than what I paid for and I appreciate everything that she did so much. I don't know how to give more than 5 stars but I would if I could!

We had such an amazing experience with our catering team for our wedding! Carla, the owner, was incredibly kind, patient, and so easy to talk to. From day one, she was communicative and very flexible with all the requests I had, which made the entire planning process so much less stressful. One thing we truly appreciated was that they even delivered food to our home during our tastings--it made everything so convenient. The food was already amazing during the tastings, but it was even more incredible on our wedding day. All of our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious everything was! Carla and her team provided exceptional service from start to finish. They were also the only catering team we found who packed up all the leftovers for us, which meant so much since our family stayed at the venue--we got to continue enjoying the food even after the wedding. They also created our wedding cake, which was absolutely beautiful and delicious. We also ordered the raspberry no-bake cheesecake (which I sadly didn't get to try!), but based on how quickly everything disappeared, it was clearly a hit. We only had a few slices of cake left, which says a lot about how much our guests loved everything. We are beyond grateful for Carla and her team for making our wedding day so special. We will definitely be booking them again for future events--highly recommend!

It was great having Jenni photograph our wedding. As a fellow queer, there was a level of comfort and understanding that was nice to not have to think about. And she sure knows her way with a camera. We had her dealing with unfavorable lighting (noon sun under leafy trees) and difficult angles (hills) and she gave us some beautiful pictures. She has a good eye and is a quick thinker. She speaks up about what she needs and will do what needs to be done to serve her client. And the editing was done quickly!

Marisol is a fantastic florist! Working with her was a breeze, and she is incredibly knowledgeable. We connected early in the wedding planning process and had a Zoom call to discuss my needs and inspiration. She was able to tell me what types of flowers were in the inspiration and what would realistically work for the time of year and my budget. As the wedding date approached and we finalized the number of centerpieces needed, Marisol was flexible and helped adjust the order to best utilize the flowers. Closer to the wedding, we met with my coordinator and quickly finalized all the details. Marisol shared photos of the fresh flowers upon their arrival, and I was thrilled with the beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, arch floral piece, and centerpieces on the big day. I only wish we could keep fresh flowers forever! Thankfully, I got to enjoy the centerpieces a little longer by taking some home. Marisol's dedication and talent truly made our wedding day special. I highly recommend her services to anyone in need of a skilled and reliable florist.

As a fine art photographer, a clean, modern look makeup plays such an important part in a successful photo session. Kelly's hair and makeup style and skill makes working with her a dream. I don't know how she makes it, but she can bring the bests out of clients/models. She is very easy to communication with and pays great attention to details. Every time I know that an engagement session or wedding has Kelly as the HMUA, I feel a big release, because I know I will get so many dreamy bridal shots.

An engagement session was included in our package, and that was so helpful to get to know her and feel more comfortable in front of the camera! For the wedding day, Sarahi showed up early and did a BEAUTIFUL job with the details photos. Those are some of my favorite photos from the whole day! She and her assistant worked really well with our videographers even though they had never met before, and they helped to make sure we stayed on-track with the timeline the whole day and night. She captured everything we wanted, and even helped find beautiful photo spots that we hadn't considered before. I’ve always been inspired by the strong, ambitious women in my life who built successful small businesses in the hospitality industry — from restaurant owners and bakers to caterers and florists. Growing up surrounded by their entrepreneurial spirit, I was motivated to follow my own path and create something meaningful in the world of events. After spending two years working as a Wedding Coordinator at the Westin, the pandemic hit and forced a pause on hotel weddings. That unexpected turn of events only fueled my determination to turn my passion into a full-time business. And so, Kaci Danae Events was born.

My now-husband and I hired Kaci to be our day-of-wedding coordinator and we cannot begin to express how amazing and essential she was to making our wedding vision come to life. She met with us multiple times leading up to the event and provided many suggestions and reassurance that made the planning process as smooth as possible. We got married at our home and so had to manage a lot of details ourselves; she was able to be flexible and roll with quirks of a non-standard venue. She also recommended some vendors for us and they were all fabulous as well. The day of, she made sure we never had to worry about anything and could enjoy the day to the fullest. She is a calming and unflappable presence. She is extremely kind, competent, and clearly enjoys her work. Truly cannot recommend her enough.

We found TPE through Yelp and are so glad we chose Leah. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, matching our energy and preferences perfectly to bring our vision of a cozy, laid-back celebration to life. Natasha's Treats
Rating: 5.0 (24 reviews)
  • Cakes & desserts
  • Serves Campbell, CA

Raised in Ukraine, I grew up loving the delectable European cakes my mother would bake from scratch. This experience cultivated my love for sweets and baking, and taught me to appreciate desserts that offer both exceptional flavor and just the right amount of sweetness.

Awarded Best of Zola
It is truly an understatement to say I love cake. It is actually my weakness! So when I was searching for a bakery or baker to make my wedding cake, I really wanted to make sure I was not only going to love the look and taste of it but also choose someone that is actually passionate about it. I reached out to so many places and no one responded so kindly and promptly like Natasha. It is no doubt that her work is impeccable (what you see in pictures does not do justice to how even MORE beautiful it is in person), but her communication throughout the process and commitment to executing your vision is incomparable to other bakeries and bakers. I had a very intimate/small wedding (15 people), and other bakers made me feel like my event wasn't worth their time and effort to make, but Natasha was so sweet and kind - made me feel like she genuinely wanted to make our day special. I especially loved that she offered a cake tasting for us even though we were only ordering a small 2-Tier cake. Other bakers refused to do a tasting unless I was intending to spend over 700. All of the flavors she offered were SOOOOO good! It was tough to choose one but we are beyond satisfied with the berry shortcake flavor Everyone at my wedding was so impressed by the cake. So clean, chic and timeless. She truly executed my vision from just the one inspiration picture. Unfortunately I did not get any clear pictures of the cake due to the dim lighting in the restaurant . My guests were also amazed how moist and tasty it was too (make sure to follow her recommendation to serve cake at room temperature to enjoy at its full potential). You can really feel the love, time and effort she puts into her work!!! A TRUE TALENT. She was very honest and reasonable when it came to pricing as well! I definitely plan to work with her again for future events

Saratoga springs is a breathtaking venue. I absolutely loved my space. The staff are caring, communicative, detailed and super easy to work with. We used the Redwood Grove space. It is secluded and intimate. Beautifully covered in trees. The space is amazing and green and so earthy. The staff sets up your space and pulls down your space (if hired). They pay amazing attention to detail and were eager to ensure that my space was everything I wanted. The only issue I have is the short amount of time you are allotted to be on site. You cannot get ready there and you only have one hour to explore the venue and take all the pictures on site that you want. Which on a wedding day is chaotic. It would be nice to have more time to explore the space especially for the cost of renting a space. Other than the time constraints everything is organized, and amazing. The food is amazing and we for so many compliments on our food! The space overall is beautiful and is a place I would recommend to anyone with how attentive the staff are.

I never experienced any anxiety and knew that she had absolutely everything under control. My husband and I arrived before anyone else and watched as she seamlessly made sure that everything was done as planned. Her presence was barely noticeable except when needed and then she would almost magically appear anticipating the need. I am so impressed with her skills and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to my closest friends and family.

Venue considerations

Bride’s Perspective Our wedding was a candlelit pizza party in the garden—casual, approachable, and elegant all at once. About 80 guests came. The ceremony was under the tree near the entrance. During cocktail hour, some guests (especially families with kids) enjoyed docent-led tours of the house. For dinner, we seated everyone at two long banquet tables on the bricks. While a lot of us were dancing inside, guests also gathered outside around the heaters under blankets we provided. The venue’s gardens and old trees meant we needed very little décor — we went with some DIY Trader Joe’s flowers & lots of candles. When the sun set, the glow from the candles and string lights provided by LAHM was magical. One highlight was cutting the cake at the end of the tables, looking out at our laughing, candlelit guests. We expected warm October weather, but the forecast dipped into the low 60s. Propane heaters worked perfectly, and combined with candles, lights, and blankets, the night felt intimate and warm. We live close to the venue and got ready at home, which turned out to be ideal—relaxed, convenient, and comfortable. Before planning, I imagined a rustic barn wedding, while my husband wanted something elegant. The museum was the perfect balance — and better than either of us pictured. Working with Lisa was wonderful. She was professional, responsive, and calm from the first walkthrough through the end of the night. I enjoyed checking in with her throughout the event, and everything ran smoothly. We trusted her recommendations and appreciated how she coordinated with all our vendors. We joke that if we ever got married again, we’d do it all the same — same space, same people, same Lisa! Groom’s Perspective We knew our venue search was over when we found the Los Altos History Museum. Lisa, the venue coordinator, not only manages a beautiful space but also brings clarity with straightforward policies and transparent pricing, which gave us freedom to design the day exactly how we wanted. The event moved naturally through the property: ceremony under the trees, cocktails near the house, dinner on the bricks, and dancing inside. It felt private but accessible, and the gardens were perfect for photos. My favorite moment was watching the sun set over dinner as candles and string lights took over. Lisa was fantastic — responsive, flexible, and organized. She met with our vendors in advance and made space to store supplies several days ahead of the wedding. She was the first to arrive and last to leave. She even helped pack our car at the end of the night. A few notes for future couples: there’s limited getting-ready space (we used our home, which worked great), tenting for rain can be tricky and expensive, and there’s no commercial kitchen. None were issues for us, and Lisa explained these points to us early so there were no surprises. As someone with a darker skin tone, it's often difficult to find MUAs who are experienced with my complexion. Adrianne did an amazing job matching both mine, my husband's and my wedding party's skin tones. She was incredibly accommodating with all my requests and delivered a flawless look.

All inclusive was the best way to go! Jennifer and Priscilla was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Even when I added a bunch of things last minute. They were able to help with all my questions. The venue is stunning and packaged vendors were just wonderful. This was my dream wedding. If I could change anything it would be to allow the food to stay out all night or just longer than 90 minutes. Also, if I could have gotten into the bridal suite to actually get my makeup done that would have been a nice touch. But that’s minor. The suite was lovely and spacious enough for my immediate family to do our touch ups and change. The drinks were nice and strong. This was the best day ever!
