Beth did a beautiful job on the flowers for my wedding! We used one of her arches for the ceremony, and she was able to transfer the arch florals to our sweetheart table at the reception (which was at a different location than the ceremony to boot), which I so appreciated. The centerpieces and bud vase arrangements and everything looked so beautiful, and were actually bigger than I expected! She was never pushy or trying to upsell about anything, and even suggested a more cost effective way to get a lush look on the tables - leaf scatter instead of more arrangements! On the day-of it ended up being sort of long branches of leaves, and they looked so beautiful. She also was so accommodating when I wanted to make my own bud vases, and helped me make sure they were the right size and shape and that she got them in time. Thank you Beth!

The best three words to describe our work and us are quality, consistency and passion. Our company name is a hybrid of the words "Kitchen" in English and "Kouzina" in Greek. We are Greek, so hospitality and food is in our blood! I (Aliki) have been in the Food and Beverage Industry since I was 14 years old. I started as a waitress and went all the way up to a Food and Beverage Manager for big Hotel chains before starting my own company. We live to make people happy and we go above and beyond for our couples. The best part is that we are family-owned and our home-cooked meals are all made with love.

We used Kitchenina for our wedding in October and I will never be able to say enough good things about the entire experience from start to finish. They were super responsive and helped us think about things we hadn’t thought about. The food was delicious, I still have people talking about how good the food was when we talk about the wedding. The whole team was amazing, they were incredibly attentive to all the guests on day of wedding and Aliki was so helpful throughout the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone planning an event, we are so thankful we had them as part of our team on our special day.

I held a birthday party for a large group and they were so amazing! They showed up on time and brought so much food. All of their proteins were incredible—the Wagyu and spicy marinated chicken were def crowd favorites! As a seafood lover, I loved the shrimp stir fry. The presentation was gorgeous with lots of banchan and fluffy rice to round it out. Everyone left the party full, happy, and loving OLHSO. We couldn't have been more happy with them—will most definitely be booking with them again for our next big event!

As soon as I first spoke with Karyssa, I knew I wanted her to be our florist. She immediately saw my vision, and she was able to fit everything we wanted into our relatively modest budget. Saratoga springs is a breathtaking venue. I absolutely loved my space. The staff are caring, communicative, detailed and super easy to work with. We used the Redwood Grove space. It is secluded and intimate. Beautifully covered in trees. The space is amazing and green and so earthy. The staff sets up your space and pulls down your space (if hired). They pay amazing attention to detail and were eager to ensure that my space was everything I wanted. The only issue I have is the short amount of time you are allotted to be on site. You cannot get ready there and you only have one hour to explore the venue and take all the pictures on site that you want. Which on a wedding day is chaotic. It would be nice to have more time to explore the space especially for the cost of renting a space. Other than the time constraints everything is organized, and amazing. The food is amazing and we for so many compliments on our food! The space overall is beautiful and is a place I would recommend to anyone with how attentive the staff are.

Honestly. Patricia was fabulous. As the Mother of the Bride, I watched her handle vendors, last minute surprises, and all of our guests with Grace and Professionalism. I never experienced any anxiety and knew that she had absolutely everything under control. We booked George and his team for our wedding video in Las Vegas, and honestly, they were incredible from start to finish. Opened in spring of 2001, the Los Altos History Museum resides in an impressive three-level, 8,200-square-foot building – built entirely with private donations; building ownership was transferred to the City of Los Altos in 2002. The Museum features a changing exhibits gallery as well as the permanent exhibit, “Crown of the Peninsula,” that describes the rich history of Los Altos and the surrounding area.

I would highly recommend booking this museum in Los Altos for your wedding or any event, really. The venue is absolutely stunning for an outdoor wedding and has an indoor section too. We really wanted a cozy intimate backyard wedding vibe and that's exactly what we got here! Huge plus is my husband loves history, and you get free access to the museum for a year with a ton of other benefits once you have an event here your donation is tax deductible. You also don't need much decor at all due to the natural beauty but we hired a decorator for the arches, stages, and table settings. Lisa will also give you a list of vendors partners you can work with just in case. Overall, she was really amazing to work with and super responsive because anytime we needed to do a tour walk through with vendors or a tour of the venue, she was there. Thanks Lisa for answering all my questions!! You can't go wrong having your wedding here. We had a spring wedding of close to 200 folks and thank God it didn't rain but summer or even fall would be beautiful here. For photoshoot opportunities there’s a ton onsite and a beautiful orchard just steps away from the museum for sunset shots. A magical day indeed.

We had such an amazing experience with our catering team for our wedding! Carla, the owner, was incredibly kind, patient, and so easy to talk to. From day one, she was communicative and very flexible with all the requests I had, which made the entire planning process so much less stressful. One thing we truly appreciated was that they even delivered food to our home during our tastings--it made everything so convenient. The food was already amazing during the tastings, but it was even more incredible on our wedding day. All of our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious everything was! Carla and her team provided exceptional service from start to finish. They were also the only catering team we found who packed up all the leftovers for us, which meant so much since our family stayed at the venue--we got to continue enjoying the food even after the wedding. They also created our wedding cake, which was absolutely beautiful and delicious. We also ordered the raspberry no-bake cheesecake (which I sadly didn't get to try!), but based on how quickly everything disappeared, it was clearly a hit. We only had a few slices of cake left, which says a lot about how much our guests loved everything. We are beyond grateful for Carla and her team for making our wedding day so special. We will definitely be booking them again for future events--highly recommend!

I would recommend Eagle Ridge to anyone over and over and over again. They set the bar so freakin’ high for what a planning team, event team and venue should be for weddings. The staff are incredible. Big shout outs to Priscilla, Jennifer, Casey, Kelly and Xochi. The process from beginning to end was enjoyable and memorable, all because of the staff. Special thanks to Jennifer, Priscilla and Casey for being so attentive and responsive to us during the planning process. The food is so GOOD!! Weddings are always hit or miss when it comes to food, but Eagle Ridge kitchen really delivered! Eagle Ridge had that vintage, warm, romantic feel that we were looking for. It was hard to envision as we were going in for meetings what it would be like on a wedding night, but the photos they gave us provided a really good example of what things COULD look like, and the venue far exceeded our expectations on the day of. The ceremony space was beautiful, and didn’t need too much to spruce it up. The venue itself is filled with many photo op worthy places for photographers and guests alike, and I love that the bar is built in. The way that Eagle Ridge is described on the Wedgewood site is 100% accurate to what it feels like on your wedding day. Everything about this day was perfect. We opted out of draping and any arbor draping for the ceremony space because we knew we had chosen a space that was just architecturally beautiful as it is. It’s not often that you can just walk into a venue and be like “yeah, it’s actually so beautiful just the way it is.” I had printed guides for how to set things up, but for the most part, I just gave high level instructions and told Kelly (our day of coordinator, who was just so incredible btw!!) that I trusted her and her team to set things up the way they felt it fit best. I left some extra decoration items as well, and said they were optional to use if they wanted to. The biggest thing I left up to her and the teams discretion was our arch. We made the floral sprays for it but didn't know what to do with the draping. Let me just say, I was so unbelievably impressed with how everything turned out. Kelly and the team that set up our wedding absolutely KILLED it!!! Everything was so beautifully set up, the arch was better than I could have done myself, the ceremony space was so beautiful, and all the signage was set up perfectly. As a Type-A personality, it felt hard to relinquish control over the small details, but the Eagle Ridge team made me feel comfortable and I didn’t think twice about it. They most certainly delivered! Our Banquet Captain Xochi also was a total boss!! She made sure the night ran smoothly and I never found myself looking for her, she was always close by if I needed her help on something. The night went off without a hitch because of Xochi and her attentiveness! I’ll say it again, yes the building and the venue itself is beautiful, but it’s the team that truly makes the experience what it is. If you want to feel taken care of, seen, heard and like you can trust people the moment you go hands off, Eagle Ridge is it. I will be replaying this day over and over and over again in my head for as long as I live, and it’s all thanks to the work that the team that helped us through it all put into it.
